It is served with Bini's spicy tomato cilantro sauce on top; the sauce is delicious with just a slight/mild kick. Vegetarian Momos ($12) - Comes in 8 pieces. Vegan dumplings filled with tofu, carrots, & cabbage. Also served with the spicy tomato cilantro sauce on top. I love how clean yet tasty this is! Vegetarian Combo ($18) - Comes with 4 vegetarian momos and one veggie side served on top of fragrant basmati rice. For the sides, I love the Baigun Bharta, a tomato-based braised eggplant. It's saucey and pairs extremely well with the rice. The only reason I'd dock off half a star for this combo is the price. You can also mix and match the momos. For a more balanced meal, I request half chicken and half vegetarian ($14). Bini's also has a stand outside the Ferry Building every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. They also have caramel corn and some other selection popped within the last day, but I've only seen the kettle corn fresh. It costs a bit more than the rest of the flavors tho. I've also tried spinach and mushroom. Those were very good, too. The chips are very delish as well. I had both the plantain and yucca. I liked the spicy plantain chips a lot. One of the cashier ladies struggle with simple math so that can be a drawback or advantage depending on how much she asks you to pay, lol. The menu is surprisingly diverse for a food truck given the space constraints. I had the $10 Vegetarian Combo, which provides three veggie dishes, dal, rice and naan. The veggie dishes that day were Chana Masala (savory chick peas), Okra Bhaji (fried and curried okra) and boiled carrots from Riverdog Farms (photo: http://bit.ly/1MxBtY7). The okra was the best of the bunch with a spicy edge that cut through the sauce. I like how the owner makes a special point of using organic ingredients in his various stews. There was plenty of basmati rice to sop it up though the naan was a bit skimpy crumbled in the aluminium foil. It all came in an easily transportable covered tray that allowed me to avoid the suits.
