It appears the restroom may be shared with neighboring businesses, but regardless, it's something that needs to be addressed. Coordinating regular cleanings or sharing the cost of maintenance with the other businesses could make a big difference. Hands down the worst bowl of pho I had, and I have over a thousand bowls! I even played it safe and order a vegetarian bowl of pho. The broth when I had the first sip was absolutely tasteless ( not even a veg broth). Had to dump a whole thing of chili crisp to even get any flavor and even with that I couldn't finish it ( not because of the dump of chili crisp, it was as the lack of any flavor) Probably the first bowl of pho ( vegetarian or not ) that was so unappetizing , I left it half eaten & still hungry and then paid 18$ . Looks like they only have indoor seating to dine in with nice decor and with a nice big storefront window.. Pick up was easy and was ready upon my arrival. The broth for the pho was still very hot by the time we arrived to our destination to enjoy our food. I appreciated the extra cling wrap packaged for the spring rolls and peanut sauce so that it wouldn't spill or get messy in the take out container. The avocado spring rolls were fresh though I do agree that the shredded lettuce makes it tend to follow apart quite easily. The dipping peanut sauce is really good not too thick and not too runny thin just the right consistency with good flavor as a complementary spring roll sauce. I thought the lemon grass tofu was rather small and portion, but maybe that could be the container that it was in and it did come with rice. The pho was overall good with lots of great veggies. I could tell they shortcut the recipe a bit and was left unsatisfied. My husband did say his bowl had solid quality meat and tendons. But I found this place on yelp and the previous reviews did not disappoint in recommending this meal! It looks like a lot of meat but it melts in your mouth so you're not doing an aggressive amount of chewing or anything. Also, the bowl is hot and keeps the soup warm which is a huge game changer! My review is only for the caramelized Chilean sea bass claypot! I've been eyeing that dish for a while, I feel like it's not as easy to find except maybe if you're in Viet town. Usually whenever I get this dish it's made with catfish. I actually liked the change to Chilean sea bass because you don't have to work around as many bones, it's not as "muddy" tasting as catfish can be, and the texture of Chilean sea bass is also smooth/soft tho not as soft as catfish, but soft fish is overall what I prefer. I thought this dish was a tad salty but overall very delicious. It also comes with a side of salad and white rice. I was dipping the white rice into the sauce because its so good. However rather than salad I wish they added some bell peppers to this dish (like bu luo lac style). I think it would take this dish to the next level! I got the bo kho - there were few pieces of tender beef chunk and lots of noodles, but not much vegetables. The broth was decent but not super flavorful nor outstanding. Meanwhile, my friends got the wagyu pho which was kind of interesting since it's like a mini shabu shabu, and the signature claypots which had rice topped with different meat.
