I had all my lights on esp,especially, tire and traction control . Took it in they said front sensor out and replaced it,only to have all lights back on in 7 days ,they replaced it again,and found it still threw a code. I now am in need of going to mechanic to diagnose the issue but les shwaab refunded my money for the repair without any request frome whatsoever. I am blown away. I started my afternoon with a screw in one of my tires. The tire was losing air in 10 minutes. I nursed my truck to the Belfair Les Schwab. They were very busy, but Angela said they could get to it in about an hour. I went for a walk and sat in there waiting area for about 15 minutes. The tech called my name, no charge and I drove away. Just had another exceedingly great experience at this Les Schwab yesterday where we were in and out in under 15 minutes for our scheduled maintenance appointment. The wife and I were very impressed and I felt compelled to report our great experience here. We really love this location, we've been going to this Les Schwab for almost ten years for all of our tire, brake and various auto needs. These guys are just great, one of the best businesses I've experienced. Also having the terrific auto parts store next door is incredibly convenient. I went into Les Schwab for a wheel alignment and checked in I was under the impression from my last alignment it was maybe going to be $100. When I checked in it was $147 for a full alignment for my AWD car!!! After the service, they told me they only needed to align the front. So I expected the price to reflect that. Instead, I was charged $130--just $17 less than the full service! I basically paid nearly the full price for only half the work. How does that make sense? From other Les Schwab experiences the usually inspect my car from brakes to tires and etc. but they did not sadly. I had to ask them to check how much wear is in my tire and how much longer I have. Sadly, I think I will be done returning to Les Schwab. read more

Took my car in to have aligned they said it needed a outer tie rod made the appointment to have it done when i took it back they said it was not the tie rod it needed ball joints they could not do it then so when i got home i went to check them for myself and all the lug nuts were loose i took them off with my finger if you go there for more then a tiers you are taking your chances i will never go there again they are unqualified read more

I was towed here when my wheel came off while driving, unable to be recovered. Fearing the worst, as the brakes had just been replaced, I was pleasantly surprised when they quickly and affordably put my spare on and quoted me for a new one. I ran over a metal rod in a parking lot with my F350 that sits on 37's. I had to have it fowed there on a Friday night after hours. I showed up the next morning to my truck parked & my tire fixed. I was sure I was going to have to buy brand new tires and nearly cried when the keys were handed to me with a smile and "no charge". I have and always will be, a huge fan of yours. About a week ago we had a tire repaired on our class A motor home at the Les Schwab in Tumwater. We were very pleased with their service as we were with the Les Schwab in Puyullup in 2017 when they installed 6 new tires. As we getting were getting ready today to vacate Belfair State Park, we noticed that the tire had dropped in pressure by 10 psig. Greg at the Les Schwab Belfair location was very attentive and thoroughly checked the tire for leaks. He was unable to find any leakage and told us to keep a close eye on it with our Tire Tracker tire pressure monitoring system. Greg was a great pleasure to work with and we wished him well. Great customer service at this Les Schwab location. I'm an out-of-towner visiting Belfair for an offroad trip through Tahuya State Park. Happened to ram my wheel against a fallen tree and separated my tire off the rim. Had me a little worried since the tire was hissing out air fast! Luckily this facility is only about 10 minutes into town. Arrived a half hour before closing on a Saturday. The manager told me to pull up the rig to one of their bays and the service tech got right to it. Job done in less than 10 minutes. I asked the manager "How much for the job?". He told me "Have a good night". Wow. Unbelievable service! I didn't catch the managers name but this was on 1/14/17. If I am ever in a pinch again while at Tahuya I'll be going back to these guys. read more

This shouldn't happen to a dog. August 14, 2104 raining cats and dogs and I get a flat on Rt 3 from Silverdale to home in Grappview. You wanna know where the Dodge Caravan engineers put the spare? Underneath the car between the driver's and passenger seat! You have to crank it down (33 turns, thank you) THEN jack the car up to retrieve it. Soaking wet, while cars a whizing by at 65 mph, I'm on my hand and knees in pouring rain and get the damn thing changed out. Enough about (poor) me. I stopped by Schwab in Belfair where I purchased the tires. Joe said 15 minutes and I'll have you back on the road. True to his words, 15 mins later he hands me back the keys and says "you're good to go." I asked how much. Nothing. It comes with the warranty. Ok, that would be good enough. I get home and find that they not only changed out the tire, they replaced the spare back to it's holder (33 turns each way) AND put the jack back where it belongs. Now THAT is service. I went Les Schwab at around 4 30 today . I spoke with Levi and asked if they replaced light bulbs for head lights as part of the services provided. He came out and spent about 30 minutes replacing it due to the difficulty of accessing the area to replace it. He had to remove the car alarm which was in front of the fuse box and all most resting on the assembly to get to where the bulb was. He did so with a friendly smile and disposition the entire time. If I had to do this I would have taken a hammer to the whole car out of frustration. After he was through I was told that there was no charge for this and even though I tried he would not accept a tip. He even offered to throw away the old light and the package from the new one. A true example of excellent customer service above and beyond expectation . Big kudos and two thumbs up to Levi and Las Schwab tires. read more

I've been to this store twice: Once when I bought my used car and they completely checked it including the fluids and the tire pressure. They found one tire had a hole in it and they patched it for me. The 2nd time was recently when my tire pressure light came on - I drove in and they checked the tire pressure, filled the tires, and sent me on my way. They did both of these services and refused to take any money for the work . Needless to say when I buy new tires this is where I will go. Again, tire damage before a trip. I am so appreciative of the folks down at my local Les Schwab. For free I got my tire repaired and peace of mind. These employees are friendly and super knowledgeable. I know that even in chain business each store has it's own individual vibe. Well, Mr. Les Schwab would be extremely proud of this location. Absolutely professional, clean store, and helpful staff. I think if anyone were to walk in there and have a bad experience, it's their own fault. Their motto is 'doing the right thing' and they truly hold to it. I will pay the prices, wait for my turn in line (there is always a wait, which is a good sign), and positively Yelp for these folks over and over again. I had a tire with a slow leak but couldn't find the source. I took it into Les Schwab in Belfair, WA to see if the source could be found. That is where I met Kaleb. He removed the tire from my car and found no leak In the tire itself. He then checked the rim bead and found some grime had gotten between the rim and bead causing a slow leak. He cleaned and remounted it. When I asked about a good replacement set of tires, he took the time to discuss and recommend at set to me- a tire brand he has on his own vehicle. He even printed out a copy of the price including mount and balance. At the end of all of this I inquired what I owed. To my surprise he said "nothing." I was flabbergasted. I tried to give him a tip for his efforts which he graciously declined saying company policy didn't permit it. At first, they were helpful in finding me some tire chains that would fit. I went for the almost $100 chains because the woman told me they were easy to fit. I got home, tried them, and couldn't get them to fit. Myself, my roommate, and both my parents tried and couldn't get the things on the tire. The instructions explicitly said to fit the chains as tight as possible before driving, and we couldn't attach them at all. So I looked up the Les Schwab website... "We'll gladly take chains back!" Cool! Not the case. I took the chains in and essentially what happened was the two working there had disagreements on how the chains actually went on, which wasn't encouraging, and then they made me feel foolish, like I wasn't able to figure out the chains or something. They didn't offer to help put them on or anything, only offered to trade them out for another pair in case mine were defective. It was embarrassing. I thought it would be an easy process, but they just made me feel stupid. Gonna stick with other locations from here on out. Not a fan of these guys. Not very gracious. read more

My husband brought his boat to Les Schwab in Belfair to repair his boat trailer. The representative told my husband that they could not bring the boat in each night so he should remove the batteries and any other valuables. We live very close and drive by several times a day so he took a chance and left them with the boat. We believed LS to be a reputable business and hoped it would be done in at least a weeks' time. No, it wasn't. Last night 10 days after dropping it off both batteries were stolen. We called each day to ask if it is done but it was not and still is not done being repaired. By the way no parts are waiting to arrive they just back burner it. My husband is a civil servant and is upstanding member of the Belfair Community. Les Schwas manager told my husband we should not have left the batteries in the boat. I have always touted LS for its highest customer service and excellent in every area. I had called earlier this week on Monday to make an appointment for a tire alignment for the following Friday. When I came for my appointment I was told that no appointment existed and if I confused it with another store. When the lady at the front desk asked her manager he said that I probably called the wrong store. Which was not the case since I pulled up my call log on my phone and it was the correct phone number to the Belfair store. Funny thing was when she asked for my phone number my information and car details were in the system.. Interesting how that was the case, since the manager made it seem like I "never" called their store to make my appointment... I am a working mom and based my whole work schedule around this appointment. I am highly disappointed with my interaction today and will be taking my business else where. I guess if you want to make an appointment here make sure you drive into this location and make it in person... Because if you do it over the phone you are WASTING your time. read more

I bought 4 tires here and returned a few months later because they looked low. The tech who helped me gave me the bum's rush probably because I'm elderly and said all were fine. 3 out of 4 of them were 4 lbs. low. My next set will be purchased somewhere else. I will never buy tires anywhere else. I love Les Schwab. The people are friendly, the service is quick and its always clean in there. It even smells like tires. You can have all the free popcorn and coffee you want. They won't try to rip you off either. They are honest about your tires. One time I had a big gash in my tire, so I took it in. They said it was "cosmetic damage" and didn't even try to sell me new tires. Sometimes I slash my own tires, just so I have an excuse to go in there. read more

My car battery died while visiting Belfair, WA. It was an old battery, so after getting a jump start, I stopped at Les Schwab (about 1/4 mile from where I was visiting). Before I even opened my car door, a young man ran out to my car and asked how he could help. I told him I wanted to price a new batter, and if it wasn't too much, I needed to have it installed right away. He ran back inside and after a few minutes, came out with three different prices for different battery lengths. After selecting a 60-month battery, he had me pull into the shop, where he immediately started replacing my battery. The whole time, me and my companions were sitting in the car. After he was through, he took my credit card and brought me my receipt. Then I was off and on my way home. I never had such fast and courteous service before! I need two new front tires, so I will definitely consider a local Les Schwab when I'm ready to replace them! read more
