I found a screw in my tire - the tire was still round so I went about my day and made an appt for later with Les Schwab. I arrived, a little early (as usual) and they took my vehicle into the bays. I asked them to check the tire with the screw - and the other tires also. I am a Realtor and tour homes and construction sites and have had nails/screws in my tires before. I wanted to make sure they looked at all of them. They came back 5 minutes later and said - the screw wasn't imbedded in the tire. It came right out - the tire is fine, no other nails or screws. Just got 2 tires done on my truck yesterday. Maybe not the "cheapest" in town but certainly make up for it in service, quality, timeliness, and professionalism. Ordered my tires in the am (as they didn't have my exact tire in stock), they went and picked them up in town, dropped off my truck around 2:30 and they had it all done before 4:00. Time is money and they delivered. Worked/talked mainly with Nathaniel and Daniel, both of which were very nice and professional. I really like the fact they don't force you to make an on the spot decision when it comes to your options, nor do they try to upsell you like a lot of places. I'm actually surprised at the low star review. My experience with this location was for a winter tire change over. I was easily able to make an appointment online and received a confirmation email the evening before. We (kiddo and I) arrived and were promptly greeted, checked in for our appt, and we're able to get comfortable at one of the many tables available for waiting customers. They said it would be about 60-90 minutes (typical wait). They were done in 68 minutes start to finish. It was $90, about $60 less than up in Truckee. I'm definitely going back. read more

I needed new tires for my car and had researched all the dealers in the area. I got all my past ones at Sears, but we all know how hard that would be now. I was able to schedule the appointment on line through the company web page, complete with which tires I wanted and what other services I needed. I also scheduled an alignment for my new tires. When I dropped off my car at my appointment time, the person who helped did not try to upsell me on my tire choice. This was something I was prepared for but glad it didn't happen. I was called 2 hours later and my car was ready. When I returned, the work to my car was explained and there were no surprises. It was also explained to me that I would get free tire rotation and it is recommended every 4k miles. So far so good and I hope it continues as I will be brininging my car back for my tire rotations. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]These guys in service are extremely rude and deserve a zero in customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had a tire leaking air; parked the car outside; ran in and waited and the service lady advised the tire-guys would air it up; they never did; they drove the car in the bay on the wheel; damaging the wheel. Needed new tires. Showing wires on one after my wheel well plastic came loose and did some damage. Made an appointment with this location at 4 pm. When I arrived they decided to cancel my appointment. They said they wouldn't install tires in my truck unless I bought them from les Schwab. This must just be the case for this store, I was at another location last week and they had no problem installing my tires that I had brought in. The guy who greeted me was also a dick. He said it was too close to closing time to install my tires.. but not too close to closing time if I bought tires from him... hah Needless to say this guy sent me in my way with unsafe tires and then I watched him drive off with some chick. Not so much concerned that I was going to be charged to fix a slow leak, but the attitude was horrible. The guy took my info then stuck his hand out and said, "$20" I almost paid and then I asked how long and then he said there were two people ahead of me, so minimum one hour. Ok...except there was not a single person anywhere and every time I go to Les Schwab...they ALWAYS say that. Not usually. Every time. Pepboys is currently fixing my tires. read more

These guys are AWESOME! We got a flat tire while in Sparks, NV, had to call AAA to get the Dummy Spare on, and in the morning went to Les Schwab, was able to fix to fi the tire so we could get the car home to Graham, WA. If you need car service, especially tires this is the place to go! read more

Disappointed & based on other reviews we expected more. A tire on our vehicle had begun to lose air, we knew it was a long shot but stopped in the Les Schwab Tire Center, 1405 E Prater Way, Sparks, NV 89434 to see if they could accommodate us. They assured me they could take care of us before they closed & took our information, we were told they would get to us. After waiting & waiting & hearing nothing from the staff (we never heard anything from them) we departed. We were able to inflate the tire at another location to get us passed the emergency & we will deal with the tire later but we won't be returning to Les Schwab. read more

He needs a refresh in "customer service training" He doesn't really seem to like customers. I came back to my vehicle sitting on a flat & I called around a couple different tire shops.They weren't very friendly and told me it was first come first serve and I needed to drop the vehicle off and they couldn't give me an estimated time, & needed to drop the car off for the day . I called less Schwab, next and was told I could have it finished within an hour, so I brought my car in I was helped by a gentleman named Dwayne . They had my car done quite quickly in less than an hour, and I was very pleased with the service that I received, and I will be coming back for further needs . Thank you again :) read more

Poor customer service. I walked in with my spare trailer tire and wheel looking for a replacement. I was immediately told by the salesman (in a very rude fashion) to leave the wheel outside on the bench. A customer was sitting on the bench, so I leaned it up against the building. I went back inside and was greeted by the same employee having a fit because I didn't put it on the occupied bench. He went outside, grabbed the wheel and proceeded to lean it against the building on the other side of the entrance. So, I went across the street to Tires Plus and got great service. I was just getting ready to put $2400 worth of tires on my truck. Les Schwab won't see a dime of it. read more

I am a big supporter of Les Schwab but this location is slower than slow. I went in and asked if there were walk in appointments available and the mechanic said yes. I said great, went in for a routine tire rotation. 2 hours later they said it would still be at least an 1 hour 15 minutes. I expect more for the premium prices I pay here. I took my keys with out the job being finished because that is too long. If it was a long line the should have communicated that versus saying that there was availability for walk ins. Also the response from the attended was super in apologetic. Horrible customer service from this branch. Very disappointed. Will not visit again. read more

Went in for a service, the gentlemen upfront said he couldn't help me today bc my fleet company wouldn't approve it right away and i would need to schedule a appt for a alignment. I have never been told this before at any shop when i come in with a fleet card. I will never return here again. read more

First and foremost I've never written a bad review or any type of review for that matter so here this goes. My buddy and I went to Les Schwab looking to get our wheels switched from one truck to another, when we went in they quoted us 187 dollars for the whole job, we waited almost 2 hours for them to tell us they couldn't do it, [[HIGHLIGHT]]when we asked why they treated us like we were completely naive to the whole situation and job that we asked them to do, their employee Nate which I'm not even sure they gave me the right name yelled at us because we were watching them as they were working on our trucks like any civilized concerned American would[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked "Nate" to show me the issue and he proceeded to refuse to show me, then proceeded to talk to me in a baby voice very slowly as he explained the issue in terms which I didn't understand[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd advise to never use Les Schwab as a basic maintenance shop and to never spend a dime in there. I also had them install a leveling kit on my truck about 3 weeks back and they didn't even put anything in my truck it still sits the same way it did before they "leveled" it out. had a horrible experience here and will never spend another dime in this place ever and I strongly advise you not to either. read more

I purchased a set of tires and rims online and had mounted them. My tire pressure sensor light was on and wouldn't go off plus I had the worst shaking when I would drive on the freeway. It was to the point that I was refusing to drive on the freeway because I was scared my tires would fall off even though I was assured that they were on securely. I took my vehicle in and Les Schwab not only replaced the sensors in my tires because they said it would be easier than trying to determine which one was out of place or if it was damaged in shipping and then they balanced my tires for free because the delivery person had thrown them off the truck which was a big no-no. After everything was done my car drove smoother than it had before I had the new tires put on. Thank you for fixing everything and making me feel safe driving again! read more

Took my car in to have a tire looked at since my pressure indicator light came on. I didn't have to wait at all which was awesome (Big O told me I'd have to wait an hour). I was also really happy to have complimentary popcorn to eat which btw tasted delicious because I was starving! Turns out they found a razor blade in my tire!? So maybe I have someone out to get me, but either way these guys were great and didn't even charge me for the service. Wow how nice is that!? They have definitely earned my future tire business. We just paid for a total overhaul of our brakes, continued fallout from our Les Schwab brake job in January in Sparks. After literally almost being unable to stop the car, next day asked for a re-check and were told we "just needed to get used to" the new brake pads. A mechanic friend did a quick diagnostic and informed us the left caliper was not positioned correctly. They, under great duress, "fixed" it, unbeknownst to us, with only one of two bolts to connect the caliper. After continual brake problems for six months, all brakes have needed to be redone. So, we are out $$$ for two brake jobs, but at least we won't be dead, nor anyone else on the road due to the total disregard for human life, incompetence, and arrogance of Les Schwab in Sparks, NV. read more

i got quoted over $2.5k for some rims and tires. went down the street to big o tires and got almost the exact same rims and tires for less than half of what les schwab quoted me. they were also rlly pushy here to try and get me to apply for their credit card. wouldn't come back here for any of my car services and actually more satisfied with big o tires. read more

Went in this morning for a scheduled 9:00 am appointment to get a nail repair in tire as well as a wheel alignment. The gal at the front said it would be 1hour 45 for both repairs. Thought I'd wait after 2hrs10 min I go up to the front and ask for an update she says the alignment is done waiting on the nail repair I told her I'd have it done another time. One of the guys comes out and says oh I'm sorry we dropped the ball and your alignment hasn't been done yet. I'm so upset they had me wait all this time for what I needed to get in for. I hadn't been to Les Schwab in a while and will definitely not come back for any wheel services or tires for any of my vehicles. I suggest if you do go in for services go up and ask for an update on your car. read more
