Les Schwab ROCKS! Super friendly staff, and really clean inside and out. On May 21st, 2026 we were getting a flat tire and had a Doctor appointment to get to. We stopped here and paid for what was needed in advance. I dropped off my friend to her appointment, after we had to put on the donut tire on the way and then I drove to this Les Schwab. I was welcomed when I got there and on a first come basis there was a little bit of a wait but, I didn't mind waiting at all. When done, they did a quality job with a great value. I highly recommend this Les Schwab. Note: We did stop at the Les Schwab in Deer Park first on our way to Spokane and they told us, "if you don't have an appointment, we can't get to you until after 6:00 pm". Then they did tell us to stop by the Les Schwab in Spokane as well. So glad we did. read more

I dropped my car off before 9am on my way to work. All I wanted done was for them to check my tires and tell me how the tread was and to look at my breaks, because I am getting shaking when I break at high speeds. I think it might be my rotors. They were perfectly kind when I dropped my car off. Took my keys and I was on my way. It was 12:45pm and I hadn't heard from them so I called to see if they had checked it out. The guy was short with me, said they hadn't and that they couldn't give me an estimated time, but to "rest assured" they would call when it's done. It was 2pm and I still hadn't heard. My right from work was going to leave soon, so I tried to call again, they picked up the phone, put me oh hold without saying anything. They didn't that multiple times and eventually just hung up on me. I called at 3:15pm and finally got the lady and she said that there were still NINE walk-ins in front of me so it would still be a few hours. I said that I had plans at 4:30, so I was just gonna come get my car. But asked if someone could just go out and at least look at my tires and tell me about the tread. I got there to pick up my car, and the lady at the front desk said she went out and looked at my tires, not even one of the mechanics, and said that my front tires are in a "gray area" and that they do have tread on them, but they might not be great in the snow, but my back tires are great, so I could just rotate them. They didn't measure the tread or anything. This was all around really disappointing service. Had they told me when I dropped my car off that there was potential at 3:30 PM There could still be nine people in front of me. I would not have left my vehicle. They need to be transparent about their wait times. I don't understand why they wouldn't just take a peek really quick, knowing that I'm not asking to have any work done. Went in yesterday with tire light on and asked them to check the pressure. Waited over two hours before asking for my keys back. Saw couple mechanics standing around and only car in bay. Only got noticed when I demanded my keys. Not a fan. read more

Had to return snow chains for our truck. When we purchased them, we were assured that if they weren't opened that we would get our refund. Now it's time to refund. It must've taken me 30 minutes to convince them that they were never used and never opened, etc. I finally did get my money back, but they were hell-bent on making sure they weren't going to give me the refund that to me is horrible Customer Service. I will not go back to Les Schwab again. She found the transaction on my credit card and I'm not sure why that wasn't good enough. When I lived in East Wenatchee, I had gone to Les Schwab there for maybe 20 years. No matter how busy they were, they always had a smile, and always seemed glad to see customers. I moved to Naselle and went to Les Schwab in Warrenton for many years, and they were all wonderful. 1-1/2 years ago, we moved to Spokane. Because I had gone to Les Schwab for about 42 years, I went to the one on N. Division. Not a single employee, including the manager, looked happy, and no one smiled. I went in again this spring to get my snow tires off, and still not a single person that worked there looked happy or even smiled. Yesterday, I called to see if I came in within the next 1/2 hour, if they would have time to put my snow tires on. I was told it was no problem. So I went in. And still not a single person there looked happy or even smiled. In addition, 2-1/2 hours later, my car was still sitting there. I asked how much longer as it was my day off and I had a lot to do. I was told that because I had not made an appointment, they would have to fit me in if there was a time to do so. At every other Les Schwab I have ever been to, if I call and they are busy, they say, "We are busy now and it may be a wait. Would you like to schedule an appt?" This one is the only one ever that did not make that suggestion, so I didn't know I would have to wait that long. I am so darn angry to sit for 2-1/2 hours FOR NOTHING! I had a lot of other things I needed to do, and wasn't able to get anything done! It is bad enough to go to a Les Schwab where NO ONE LOOKS HAPPY, but to not be informed as to how busy they were was outrageous. I will NEVER go back there again!! read more

I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 30 years. The customer service used to be stellar. This is the reason I continued to purchase from that company. I have purchased all my tires from the North Spokane store. They used to actually come out to where you are when you have an incident and do what they could to change and repair the tire. The last incident I was across the street from their business when I had a flat. They would do nothing to help me. I then had my husband take the tire off for me and I brought it in to sit and wait 4 hours to get the tire fixed. Apparently they take ALL of their appointments first and have no available body to deal with emergent things that come up. For this reason I will go elsewhere for cheaper tires as the customer service I have received from that store lately can't get any worse anywhere else. read more

I cannot recommend visiting Les Schwab as a young woman. As an owner of brand new aluminum wheels, I have come by a few times to have them torqued with no issue until the last time in which I was told I have different tires on the back of my car than the front and that I should get it fixed. After I spoke with my long-time mechanic and he verified that this was incorrect, I had a sour taste in my mouth about this location. My partner arranged an appointment for me to get an alignment at Les Schwab before an upcoming trip, as we could not get in to my normal mechanic in appropriate time. When I arrived I was greeted by a very kind blonde gal who checked me in quickly. During my wait I overheard the same gentleman who told me I had different tires on the front and back of my car talking to a coworker about how I "come in so often to get my wheels torqued" and that "they are never loose" and "its not the problem". This was just an utter lack of people skills, as I was certainly in listening distance from them. After my appointment I was told they were not able to do the alignment because they needed to do $470 worth of work before to replace my tie rods. Feeling as though my quote was absurdly high, I reached out once again to my mechanic who 1. Questioned the honestly of the diagnosis, as we had done a safety check on my car approximately a month ago and 2. Explained that if we do need to make this repair it should cost me about $200. I feel as though they saw a young woman with little knowledge about cars and saw an opportunity to take advantage of me financially. Additionally, the disrespect on multiple occasions from the same gentleman is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back or recommending this Les Schwab location to friends or family. read more

Unsafe at ANY Speed! I had a rental car from Hertz, driven across country. Had a flat along the way. Got the flat fixed but that tire shop said the tires were unsafe because of wear. Arrived in Spokane. Took the car to this Les Schwab location and asked them to inspect the tires for wear. The employee who looked at the tires said "they look fine and probably had another 5,000 miles left on them." In preparing to return to Indiana, 2,000 miles from here, a different tire experienced a flat. I took the car to a different tire store and the technician there said and SHOWED me that the tires are legally bald, with tire bars showing at tread level. With the tire off, it is very clear to anyone. The employee at this Les Schwab was incompetent or indifferent, and when it comes to life or death, neither is acceptable. read more

I have been having issues with at least 3 of my tires losing and not holding air. This location was very helpful in 2021 when I needed to replace my tires due to damage. So, about a week and a half ago I called and asked about getting in for a flat repair and overall tire check. I was told that it would be much faster for me to make an appointment online, that an appointment would make it so I wouldn't have to drop off and just wait until they had time. Was quoted about an hour, hour and half because I was concerned about all 4 tires, and she was very nice and explained that if there was something wrong it could take longer than an hour. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, and due to my own scheduling error, realized that I did not have enough time. They were very helpful and got me rescheduled for the next Saturday at 12. I showed up at 11:45 and handed my keys over. Unlike my original appointment, I was not asked if I was staying, and was not given an approximate time for my appointment. Really, an hour and half isn't really that long. I brought my laptop and textbooks to pass the time. At 12:37 I realized my card has not moved from where I parked it. If this should've taken an hour and a half, then even after 40 minutes I was expected to wait ANOTHER hour or more. It was only when I got up at 12:40 and asked how much longer it would be, as I was not given that estimate when I arrived (early...) The kind man up front step into the back and came out shortly to let me know they were FINALLY starting on my car. A little over an hour later, someone else came up to the front to let me know that they 2 tires left and had 2 guys working on my car to speed the process. Their only saving grace was that they identified and fixed the problem. I'm grateful that they prioritizing this, but it is NOT the care I received 2 years ago and even 5 days ago. read more

Our local store always takes very good care of us with excellent service and timely too. We have bought tires and had tires repaired as well as switched out winter tires and always the courtesy is above par. The waiting area has both coffee, vending machine, as well as free popcorn, and a TV and some comfortable seating. These accommodations make for a rather enjoyable wait, if service is being done that requires us to wait for the car. We have been longtime customers because the service and quality is so good. read more

I have been using this particular store for 2 years for seasonal tire changes. They have always been friendly and efficient however today I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm. I was greeted by Frank, not the friendliest person I have met. When he found out I had to wait for my vehicle he proceeded to inform me that it will 1.45 to 2 hours. Why even allow appointments if you aren't going to honor them. I KNOW it doesn't take that long to do the changer over as I have had it completed there 4 times. To make this experience even worse, Frank proceeded to inform another female customer the same information however as 4 gentleman came in after me they were all greeted very cordially and were not informed they would be waiting that long. Worst experience I have ever had at this business. To make it worse they are not inforcing the mask mandate that is CLEARLY posted on the doors. Two customers came in without masks and nothing was said. Horrible! read more

I bought 4 tractor tires for my skidsteer and spent over $1100. I expected to get quality tires with quality service. Unfortunately...that was not the case. After only 2 hours of moving dirt with my machine I discovered a large split in the thickest part of the tread. I called Les schwab and requested a truck come out and replace the obviously defective tire. When the man showed up, he stated that the tire was cut by a rock...not defective. I could pay to have it repaired. Two hours of use and a rock cuts the thickest part of the tire on a machine meant to work in tough conditions? My husband told the man it was a defective tire and they need to replace it. He replaced the defective tire and left. We then received a call from the manager of the store stating that the tire was our problem and they would fix it for a price but they were returning to retrieve the new tire off my tractor. I immediately called the manager "Josh" back and asked him why they are not standing behind their tire and they needed to leave my tire on because the one they sold to me was obviously defective. He continued the same claim telling me that he did not like the way I was communicating and that I only wanted to argue. He then hung up on me. I called the service truck driver and told him not to come on my property or take my tire. Apparently they are not afraid to criminal trespass or steal because when I was at the grocery store, he came and did just that. I returned home to find an old used tired with no tread on my tractor and a defective split tire leaning against it. I called the corporate customer service and they continued the same line as all the previous les schwab employees. I voiced my disappointment in their integrity as a company and unwillingness to stand behind their product...all of which obviously fell on deaf ears. I was also told my tires have no warranty... I was a loyal long time customer for all my tire needs with this company however after this, I will not be giving any more business to this corporation and will continue to share my story with everyone I know. I am also considering pressing charges for the criminal activity which was all caught on surveillance video at my home. Please be aware if you choose to use this business. read more

today i originally started to go to perfection tires to get the air pressure in my tires adjusted they were from what i could tell very busy ,being my wife went there last week to get an oil change and have her tires rotated and waited for 4 hours to get the service done ...which i would have complained myself ,i decided to hit les schwab as i drove up and near the air compresure a young man ran out to greet me and i told him i needed the air in my tires checked , he was extreamly friendly and happy to assist me ,I didnt even need to get out of my car. I went with my boyfriend to meet with the Manager Josh. We purchased a modified truck with over-sized black wheels and tires in December. He took the truck in a couple days ago for an alignment. This truck is hand washed and waxed like every couple days. I am not kidding when I say he knows every mark on it. After the alignment they rotated the tires and did the usual check up. What is disgusting is they gouged and scraped up all four black wheels around the lug nuts! I was so surprised while standing there to hear Josh change the story and deny that they could have even been responsible for the damage. He changed tactics from saying their tools don't do that to blaming the shape of the wheels to accusing us of just not having noticed that it must have been there before. One more reason why I LOVE Spokane....... My car battery died the other day (another one of our really cold days to boot) I've only been here 7 months and didn't know who to call for service. The first place I called told me it would be about 2 hours to get someone out. The second place was short-staffed and very apologetic- he said I should try Les Schwab on Division. I called them and when the gentleman I spoke to realized I was just across the street he offered to send someone and waived the service fee!! A very nice gentleman showed up less than 10 minutes later, got my car going and said it sounded like the starter was going out. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the help and telling me about the starter!! We'll be replacing the battery and it's a no-brainer about having it done at Les Schwab! If they worked on starters I'd have that done there as well.....In the future we'll be going there for all our tire-related needs. Have been going to Les Schwab for years, but the one time I stray and decide to go to another tire shop down the street for a "deal" on new tires...I ended up with a car that shook so bad I needed a visit to the chiropractor. Turned out this other tire shop....get this...forgot to balance the new tires. Les Schwab saved me today from further torture of being shaken violently in my car just to get down to the grocery store. Even on a busy wintery day, they had me in and out of there in 45 minutes!!!! Super nice people, and very helpful explaining to me how "unbalanced" my car was. My car now drives on all 4's and I have gotten the feeling back in my hands!!!! Thanks guys and gals at N. I have been a Les Schwab customer for years and they are usually great, but this location was a horrible. Would not warranty tires that were their brand and still under warranty because they said they had no record of me buying them. Luckily I still had my receipt to prove to them I did purchase the tires from them, same name and phone number on receipt they said did not exist in their system. Screwed up the alignment I paid for so it pulled hard to one side when I applied the brakes. Had to take it back and wait for them to do it right the second time. Came in for what I thought was an alignment and ended up being a full set of new tires plus an alignment. The staff here were so incredibly nice. They kept on apologizing for the wait and checking in on me to see if I had a ride home. A part didn't fit on my car so they overnighted another one so I could leave town the next morning around the time I originally planned to. Brought my RV in today with a flat on the outside dually. The service guy, Jason, started working on it fairly promptly, a few people ahead of me.He had the tire off quickly and diagnosed the problem as a leaking valve extension. He replaced it. This was all that I requested to be done, but he said that he wanted to check the inner tire also. Not only did he take off the inner tire and check in the water bath but he did the two on the other side as well. He checked and adjusted all air pressure including the front tires. Ok, so I am pretty impressed with the service, but here is the kicker. NO CHARGE. What? he just spent 45 minutes working on my vehicle. Can't say enough about the service and how friendly everyone was. Thank you. You guys saved me a bunch of headaches down the road. read more

As parents who live 1,200 miles from our daughter who is attending Whitworth, we must rely on recommendations from others in Spokane. Les Schwab is frequently recommended on the parent boards and we are more than happy to add our names to that list. Our daughter was taking a road trip with friends and her tire was low. She took it to Les Schwab and the told her that it had a bit of corrosion on the rim, cleaned it and refilled it.... all at no charge! Of course, the free service was appreciated, but moreover, the honestly is priceless. They could have easily told her she to spend a lot of money on new tires and we'd have no way to know if that was true. Thank you, Les Schwab. This place has changed. Spent $60 on snow tire change over for my daughter. At 35 mph the shaking was horrible. My daughter calls and asks if they balanced tires. Matheus said "no, you have to ask for that but we don't charge extra". I took them back and all 4 ties way out. Who doesn't balance tires on a snow tire change over, especially when they aren't on a separate set of rims?? They said they would "redo no charge under warranty". Terrible Les Schwab! About two tires three weeks ago I asked less swab to check the tire pressure and tell me if the tires in the back row OK they didn't do it. I check the tire pressure in my back tires when I got home about a week afterwards they only had 30 pounds of pressure in the two that I could check I took the motorhome back to less swab told him what happened he dropped everything I was doing and fixed it immediately. Everybody messes up sooner or later that's what makes us human. This is the very worst auto repair faucility which I have ever visited. I am a disabled veteran and was is dismay at the attitude of the staff and management. I have Been there 2 times and waited close to 8 hours and my truck is still not right. This last time after waiting several hours with no one looking at my truck the service advisor recommended I bring back when it is not snowing outside. I witnessed one of their employees drop one of my wheels while getting tire work done resulting in a bent wheel. They argued it was only cosmetic and that they did not need to do anything to make it right. Eventually they agreed to replace the wheel but then after several days on my spare and stoping in to complain twice they instead bent the wheel back. I now don't trust this wheel. There's no way a dealer would cold bend alloy. Stay away from the North Spokane Les Schwab. read more

I use to go to Les Schwab all the time ( 3 or 4 sets of tires a year) until the one in our small town in Montana was pulled for not paying franchise fee's (this what I heard 2nd hand) I pick up a car or truck now and the to resale after I have cleaned and serviced them. So I started driving 120 miles to the next closet one and after not coming home with a center cap and wheel beat to SH'T ( funny how the wheel missing the cap and beat up is all ways placed on the passenger side rear and they pull up and hand you your key at the door so you do not see the BS) Today we made a on the spot choice to trade a car in to a Spokane dealership and sine it had newer good truck tires I wanted to take them off and put on another truck I have because it needed tires. We got a quote and rushed to Les Schwab only to have the quote $193 raised to $200 to change 8 tires and balance only 4 seemed high but OK because I needed them done pronto! While setting in their parking lot I noticed a Discount Tire across the street so I called and was quoted $185 to do all 8 tires mount-balance-TPMS work if needed. To balance the other 4 tires on the trade in car was another $62 at Les Schwab. Total would have been $262. Went to switch out my winter tires for my summer tires last week and was quoted $58. That's $20?cheaper than wendle ford. So I said yes please. After an hour and a half of waiting they came out to me and told me that they "Mis-quoted" me. Then new and improved price is now $155 because I didn't buy my tires there and that they were 18". Boy was I mad! I have been going to les shwab my whole adult life I told them that not only get me car off the life that the reason I didn't buy my tires there was because it was a new car and that they already came with Goodyear tires on them ..... You know the brand that you sell!! Never go back rigg now I'm at the dealership getting my tires changed over for $85. You just lost a good customer. Semper Fi! read more

been a Schwab customer all my life and I know my family has bought from Schwab even longer however I am done. There have been two incidents in the last 5 years and both were handled extremely different. The reason why is the previous manager Dennis retired a couple years back and his replacement is incompetent to say the least. The last time they did tires for me they did not torque my lug nuts at all and I lost my left rear wheel going about 70 mph on the freeway with a camper on. This should have never happened and it was taken care of promptly. Today I went in to have my lifetime warranty shocks replaced and they refused to do it unless I purchased a new set of tires from them. Well after my last visit I refuse to do business with them and I will not be buying a set of tires. I have however filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and will follow through with it completely. Be warned, find a different location or be prepared to be ripped off. I hear the Francis location is quite friendly. read more
