I have been optometrist shopping for several years, which is frustrating and expensive. I have finally found "the one" in Dr. Lesslie. She is so knowledgeable and thorough in her exam. She explains so clearly and answered all my question. I could not be more pleased with her. Save yourself time and money by visiting her office first. read more

Dr Lesslie was wonderful. One of the best exams I've had since moving to South Carolina. However, the eyeglass technician was horrible. She said several times that if I was not happy she would gladly return my funds. I received my glasses. After a few week I returned them as I could not see unless I was looking out the very top of the lense. So she was to have them remade. Upon return I still had to lookout the very top and now at night I could not wear them at all as all I saw was starbursts. Took them back she again said I could get a full refund. A week or so later I received a voicemail from Dr Lesslie saying she would not refund anything. I was originally told the glasses end of this enterprise was separate. I suggest getting exam and maybe contacts from this facility but NEVER GET GLASSES. They are very expensive and do not stand behind their product or their word read more

Dr Lesslie is very pleasant and her exams are efficient. My visits are always as quick as can be and all the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to Dr Lesslie for years and have no complaints. The location is not the best part of town but I never feel unsafe going there and the Office itself is clean and neat. read more

Doc is nice but office staff is horrible! I was overcharged and couldn't get the office manager to call me back. When she finally did, she didn't apologize or even offer any type of excuse. The list goes on but I'll spare you. Bad area of town and office building very run down. I originally had a decent visit but dealing with her staff after the fact has been miserable. read more

This is the 2nd year that my children and I have used Lesslie Vision Care. long story short when I got my glasses I was unable to see. I called the office the office manager was very rude. I told her that it was something wrong with the glasses, she tried to tell me that I had to get use to them. I told her that I felt like I would fall down if I tried to walk when wearing them, she looks in the system and says that they should have been a minus but were put in the system as a plus. I told her it was an inconvenience that I would have to come back to the office she told me to just have my son bring them back. Dr. Lesslie was nice however i am still without my glasses. Dr. Lesslie advised that I could mail them back and they would reimburse me for the postage. I had to get my step mom to pick up the glasses, when I got them I called the office it was a little blurry looking at the computer so I called the office and was told that they had them done exactly they way the were I am not sure what that means. At this point I am so over it. read more

Lesslie Vision Care Is A Great Eye Doctor. I was a patient there ever since I was in Elementary school and now my kids (who's in elementary school) goes there.
