If I had Apple Care, it would've been a $99 deductible. I paid less than that deductible cost alone for Empire to replace my charging port! 10/10, I would absolutely recommend coming here for this, and the charging port isn't something Apple looks at when you trade in a phone. I decided while I was there to get a new battery as well since mine was two years old and only charging to 79% of the original capacity. Cheaper than Apple AND the phone recognizes it as a genuine Apple battery. The technician was friendly, answered all my questions, and finished in less time than quoted. The business was also speedy to reply to my quote request.

I didn't know that I had to reset my phone to get the screen working so I was just stranded without my GPS in an area I did not know when my phone suddenly stopped working after I just paid to get it fixed two weeks ago. I fixed the front screen and the back screen. I somehow made it to their shop and the guy there told me that with the price I paid for the screen, (which he did not tell me until two weeks later when my phone stopped working is not the highest quality) and that this happens sometimes and I can pay $50 more to get a screen where this will not happen . I did say I was just fixing the screen to send my phone in and get an upgrade, but I was not told that this would happen, and it has happened multiple times since then where the screen stops working and I have to restart my phone. So I just think other customers should be aware of this. Definitely pay the extra $50 but that also seems like something they should've communicated when I purchased this.

A few months ago, I took my phone here to get the back glass repaired. They told me it would take…read morean hour or two, which seemed reasonable. But as soon as I got home, my phone started turning on and off constantly--I couldn't even unlock it. Later, I found out the motherboard had been damaged during the repair. What made it worse was learning this was their first time attempting a back glass repair. They clearly weren't experienced, and the parts they used weren't Apple-certified (confirmed by an Apple technician I spoke with). And this isn't the first time this repair shop has broken another peoples phone. Because the phone was stuck in a boot loop, I couldn't recover anything from it and had no choice but to replace it entirely. After a lot of back-and-forth, the owner did eventually give me a full refund--but that doesn't make up for losing my phone and data. I will NOT be returning to iRepair Crack Mobile, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not Apple-certified, and from my experience, they lack the proper qualifications for repairs like this.

But within 2 weeks, the screen on my ipad air 2 came loose. So what did I do? I snapped it back into place, and I did it gently. Apparently, I didn't do it gently enough, because the screen went blank. Okay, so I called FixCenter and told Elvis the problem. He said: "Well you are still under 60 day warranty, so please bring it back in and we will fix it." I'm thinking, "Okay, great. If they do this for me, then I will certainly update my review and at least give them 3 or 4 stars." But here's what happened. Elvis tells me, "Well... you cracked the screen. You shouldn't have snapped it back into place. We can't help you." I told him, "Wait. You told me over the phone that you would fix it. Then I come back again, for a THIRD TIME, and now you tell me that you can't help me?" He says, "Well, you shouldn't have snapped it back into place." Well, if they had fixed it right the first time, I wouldn't have had this problem!!! Ugh! After I left, he writes this to me [this is a copy and paste from his email] : "Hello. I understand you are upset and maybe mad at the fact the iPad screen stopped working, you are right the screen was under the non cosmetic warranty but was voided when it broke. I'm sorry for that... We will offer to fix your screen for $129.00" WHAT!!!??? SORRY FOR THAT!? You're kidding? You want to charge me $129 to fix it a second time!? WOW!!! STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
