Let's Move It Right exceeded all of my wildest expectations. David, the owner of the company is trustworthy, reliable, and honest. The foreman, Ergun, is an incredible leader and is extremely good at what he does. I have never seen a team work so hard and fast with such precision and care. None of our things were damaged at all during the move and the workers got the job done crazy fast. All of the workers are full-time employees rather than contracted workers, so they all know each other and work extremely well together. During a cross county move, Lets Move It Right movers broke the legs off six tables, crushed a large format printer wrapped by the movers, lost four boxes, damaged two expensive queen mattress that were folded up and are now lumpy. Damage was immediately documented on the bill of lading and photos of the damaged tables were emailed to the company. After waiting many months, Let's Move It Right (Eden Relocation) and their insurance company have refused to reimburse me at the minimal rate in the contract (.60 cents lb). Very disappointing and unprofessional. read more

The staff and movers at Let's Move It Right were very helpful and professional. Tom assisted me in scheduling a move for one of my elderly clients who was unable to move herself. The 3 movers helped with the packing of my clients belongings and furniture. In addition, they helped throw all the trash away and they took the items she was donating to the Salvation Army. I'd made calls to several other companies over the weekend requesting quotes and no one replied until Monday after 12 noon, unlike "Lets' Move it". I saw their ad, submitted the very brief info and within 4 minutes I got a call from Tom, received my quote, which was fair and reasonable, made my deposit which was a part of my quote set a date...(they were prepared to move me the very next day) and waited. They were on time, called and text me to keep me abreast, moved my belongings out of the storage unit itself within 1 hour (I paid for 2 men min of 4 hours), and completed my move within 4 hours, that included putting together my queen size bed and my dining room table....did I tell you we actually had some laughs along the way as well :). I will definitely use them again, fact. I'd be remiss if I didn't add that Joey, called to confirm they had correct addresses and info so that eliminated wasted time and chaotic slip-ups. read more

Our move with this Company was an absolute disappointment and a disaster. We were given incorrect information about the storage process, we experienced significant $ damage and are now unable to get them to send us a claim form. Upon delivery, the driver was combative and complained about everything. He threaten to live our BBQ at the front door rather take to the back of the house. He brought 3 helpers to unload, promised them an hourly rate and then reduced it by $3-4 dollars an hour after they arrived. A fist fight ensued in the street between the lead driver and one of the helpers. Our neighbor who has 2 small kids called the police and 3 cars responded to break up the fight. All 3 helpers quit on the spot after the police interviews were done, the day was wasted and our household goods sat on the sidewalk while the Company was trying to do damage control. They insisted on cash payment of the remaining multi thousand dollar move before they would unload the truck. I have done 4 multi state moves and have never experienced this type of service, business transaction and poor quality of move. The damage is in the thousands of dollars for one particular special handle piece that we paid extra for the packaging. The piece is being repaired for well over 6 thousand dollars but not by them. We cannot even get them to send us a claim form for their insurance and they are not responding to calls. I would highly recommend that you research their Better Business practices before going with this firm. We really wish we had gone with a different company. In addition, they said that their storage in San Fernando was air conditioned. Some of our damage was due to poor packing but some was also due to heat exposure which melted things sensitive to heat. One of their practices is to use different sub contracted moving companies. These subs have different agreements for which we did not sign. They then held us hostage to a contract that was not legally binding on us but withheld our household goods to get us to yield. Unbelievable. read more

I bought a house and had to love from LA to Tucson which is about an 8 hour drive. Long distance movers generally have up to 2 weeks of delivery window and I didn't really want that as I was working and I wanted to get settled asap without taking too much time off work. My realtor referred me to two movers. First the bad.... Mark was due to the come out for estimate but the client he saw before me was late which made him late. I understand that. However he cancelled me altogether as to keep everyone else on time. If it was my business I'd have ditched the late client bc it was there fault. Luckily for him, the other mover also screwed up and missed the appointment. So now he was back in the running. There are a few things that made me wary - the negative reviews and the fact that they let their BBB accreditation expire. I called the relo specialist who assured me they were good or they wouldn't have referred me. Fast forward to moving day. The moving crew packed me (there were 3) and loaded the truck on a Thursday. I had decided to pay extra to be on a private truck (more like a local move) to avoid that delivery time frame. All went smoothly - they were on time, showed me broken items prior to packing which others had not) and were super friendly. Then I drove to Tucson Friday as did they. Friday night they texted to set up a time to unload - I told them early was fine and they wanted to avoid heat. They unloaded and helped me place the heavy furniture (as I didn't have true measurements I didn't draw out a floor plan like I had for rentals). And did a great job. I'm a month in now. Unpacked all but what was my storage unit. Not one dish or pice of glass broken. And bonus... I couldn't find some items and so I texted Mark.... He asked the guys and they told me exactly where it was. They turned out to be great despite the rocky start and I do recommend. read more

Ok, so i schedule a move, long distance, and i specified i wanted them to be there by 8:00AM, so what do they do show up at 8:00AM, even on their paperwork it stated customer wants you there at 8, not 9, besides the attention to the detail they showed up and go right to work, took everything out and hauled it 70 miles to the next location with no issues at all. Now here is the main reason i really liked them, instead of the typical hourly rate everyone else charges, they come and provide an fixed quote, that means it will not be more than that price guaranteed, so if it took them and additional hour or so, it does not matter, so its nice not to be looking at the clock and wondering how much is this going to cost me. read more

I can't recommend these guys enough...all the quotes and paperwork were prepared very clearly, and the guys who packed and unpacked were awesome and VERY efficient. I moved from LA to the Midwest and I lost only a cheap wine glass in the move--which was essentially on me because of my lack of packing skills. I'll take that!!!! We scheduled a move with this company. They gave us a window of 9--10 AM for their arrival. They called us several times beginning at 9:01 to tell us that they had gotten the zip code wrong and that they would be at the location by 10 AM. At 10:20 they called and said that they would be there in 10 minutes. We left as they did not arrive at the promised time. They got there and called us at 10:48. No one ever called to apologize or to reschedule. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! read more

They (Liko and Kareem) were on time and very professional. The rate were very appropriate for the size of the move and the distance. It took three hours for the pick up and unload from Sylmar to Northridge. It was uneventful move. So far of all the movers I dealt with, this company tops the list. read more

You need to run run and run. Crooks, thieves and extornicists. They should no longer be in business and hurt other families in their stressful moving time. They scuffed the walls, stained the carpets and held our furniture hostage till we paid an additional amount. They charged for a chandelier boxes, they used a generic box not for chandeliers which resulted in braking one of the $3600 chandelier's arm. We were assured the insurance will pay for it. We filled forms, gave the model number for the insurance. A week later we received a check for 25$ written by let's move it right co. This means an insurance company was never involved. They were rude, unprofessional using a mob attitude dealing with us. They held our furniture for a week hostage till we agreed to pay 1750 over the original agreed in amount. The better business bureau is well aware of this incident and hopefully they will be out of business in the very near future. read more

The best moving experience I've had! Ergun and Max did in two hours what I was anticipating at least three. When they arrived at the second location they were even more efficient than at the first. Both men were very professional and would stop everything to assist me if they saw me trying to move anything.
