Friendly and quick service! We ordered a wintermelon milk tea and some popcorn chicken to-go. The space is beautiful and clean, and there was ample space to wait inside for our order. The popcorn chicken was fresh fried and is different from the typical Asian style popcorn chicken but still good (make sure to ask for the spicy sauce that comes on the side). The tea was delicious. This is my second time here. The fish and chips are delicious. Probably the best fish and chips I've had in a while. The garlic fries are fire!! I personally love garlic so they're up my alley. Today I went in for the second time and I forgot to ask for non-dairy milk tea and I didn't realize it until I got the order. Francis was super kind and made me a new drink when I told him I'm lactose intolerant and forgot to mention the milk sub. He showed impeccable customer service and I will definitely be coming back! Stopped by here for lunch a couple of weeks ago when I was in the area. They had a pretty decent variety of small bites to choose from and a huge menu of drinks. I chose the popcorn chicken and garlic noodles. Service was pretty quick and was friendly. They had a bunch of different dipping sauces to choose from for the chicken, which I appreciated. I opted for the spicy sweet and sour, which I enjoyed. The portion sizes were fairly generous, especially the chicken. Both came out piping hot and fresh. I thought the garlic noodles were tasty but nothing special. The popcorn chicken was really good - super crunchy, well seasoned, and moist. I highly recommend getting this. *UPDATE Good customer service but the product seems to have taken a dip in quality. I think a recipe review is in order. After a few visits I've noticed a trend in room temp drinks and a lack luster flavor that makes you feel way better at your previous home attempts at milk tea. They also have added more food options to their menu which is nice but sadly the addition and whatever changes I assume were made have lowered my views of T4 to being on equal foot as a donut shop that serves boba drinks... maybe slightly below. The Lyche smoothee was tasty. But it was the customer service (or lack there of) that killed my experience here. I came here to pick up a quick drink on a Wednesday afternoon. As it was a weekday, it wasn't too crazy. And yet, I stood at the register for 3-5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Not even a 'hi, welcome!' when I came in. Not a 'we'll be right with you.' Nothing. It was so angering. If I hadn't promised my wife I would get her a drink, I would have left before they even knew I was there. Once I placed my order, things came through quick enough. My son needed to use the restroom a few minutes later, so I asked if I needed a key for the restroom & the employee just shrugged & went 'you shouldn't.' It was such a 'I don't want to be here. Don't bother me' moment. I was so glad when my order was ready so I could just get out of there and on with my day. I doubt I will be back. I saw a lot of other comments mention the garlic noodles being good, but too garlicky, so still chose to give it a try based on the "good" part and being a garlic lover, but they were right about it being wayy too garlicky. The lobster balls taste too imitation-y for me. The fries were mediocre. I discovered T4 during the pandemic and they were my saving grace! I'm so happy I discovered them. A few of my favorites: Curly Fries, Garlic Fries, Popcorn Chicken and Taro Milk Tea (80% sweet, 50% ice). I've really got to start branching out, but I can't help they have my favorite snacks. Their portion are very generous for a VERY reasonable price and I hope that never changes; we appreciate that!! Perfectly crispy fries and surprisingly travels well. Their TARO MILK TEA is one of the best I've had. My dad doesn't "LOVE" many food items and he always talks about their Taro :) I love this mini plaza, there are many tables outside and a nice sized grassy area in the middle so it's a nice place to chill. read more

I've been here twice now. The first time I ordered just a standard black milk tea. You can taste the tea is quality tea, with clear floral notes still and sweetened just right. The boba was both just soft and just chewy in the best way. I went the second time and got a cookie n' cream milkshake with no toppings and an order of takoyaki. The milkshake was delicious. Lots of toppings all throughout and the texture was perfectly think but still sippable. You could tell they didn't use oreos but despite that they still used some delicious cookies in my shake. The takoyaki was perfectly cooked, slightly crunchy exterior, perfectly custardy center and not drowning in grease. I do wish they put more sauce and a bit less of the powder because it sid make it a bit overly fishy but I still enjoyed it. I also had some of my friends' curly fries and popcorn chicken. I always love trying local boba spots or any kinda boba spot in general! This spot is hidden from the Main Street so you'll have to keep an eye on their name on the list up front because they're more in the middle/back hidden from everything else. When we finally got to the place, I ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee which was very strong, just the way it should be. It was delicious and I love the chewiness of their boba! If your boba is soft, it makes the drink super sad. I also noticed that they had food on their menu so we got some garlic noodles but were too full at the time to try anything else. Our prayers have been answered! My boyfriend and I normally frequent Partea Boba, which in our opinion is one of the few boba shops that's comparable to what we have in Orange County or the 626 area. But they don't have snacks so we end up driving over to Quickly for popcorn chicken and fries. Having to make two stops for a late night snack isn't exactly convenient so we're very happy to have found T4! This is going to be our go-to from now on. The popcorn chicken was fantastic - one of the best we've had. You could tell they use a lot of basil because the taste was very prominent. I do wish the pieces were cut more consistently though because they largely varied in size. Their garlic fries were also delicious and had so much fresh garlic! Portion sizes were generous for the pricing. I hope they keep it this way! My boyfriend got an avocado smoothie, which is made with actual avocados. You don't find this everywhere! I got a mango royal tea and it was refreshing. The boba was cooked perfectly and was soft but chewy. I would like to see honey boba added as an option! We'll probably get our drinks lightly sweetened next time. Didn't realize this was an option and forgot to ask. Perhaps a little sign could be added? Or maybe we missed it. I've been to T4 once before, in the Bay Area and enjoyed it, so this is my first visit since then, and at this location. I ordered a Wintetmelon milk tea, which was light in flavor compared to other Boba locations where they also serve Wintermelon. Not bad, just something I noticed! Not only do they serve Boba drinks, but they also serve food and desserts! So I ordered Garlic fries as well as popcorn chicken. The food was made fresh, and tasted so good! Although I ordered Garlic fries, the girl at the register rang up Curly fries instead. This is my fault in the end since she asked me to check the screen and make sure my order was correct, and I just saw "fries" and said yes. This Boba Shop is close to CSUN but a little further away from the more major hustle & bustle of the campus. It's a quieter area to sit & relax with a nice drink and some food (including popcorn chicken & garlic french fries). The drinks are pretty good. They gave me a choice of sauce & in my enthusiasm chose the garlic sauce which is basically a delicious garlic paste. It was good but I regret it slightly just because it may have been a bit too much garlic for dipping purposes. I should have gotten the ranch or something similar. I'm sure they're all good. Four stars for now as they work out their kinks. They're still relatively slow in making drinks/food, but their also still new and training employees so it makes sense. Finally! A good boba spot in the valley with good milk teas and green teas (my go to drinks) that isn't too sweet and syrupy tasting. It's literally taking all my money as I've been here probably every other day in a period of three weeks. My cousin Nicky N. found this place tucked in the back of LA Fitness and we've both been frequent customers. I've had the Okinawa milk tea with pudding, Passion fruit green tea with aloe, Wintermelon milk tea with pudding, and the Sea Salt Cream Jasmine tea. My favorite has been there Okinawa milk tea but I've always asked for it to be less sweet, either 50% or 80%. My friend even goes as low as 30% and she thinks its perfect that way. I've never had a problem with adjusting the drinks I've ordered until yesterday. I was told they don't adjust the sweetness because it won't taste the same since it's already made with sugar and they don't add additional sugar. Strange. I've always asked to adjust the percentage and it does taste less sweet than when I don't ask for it. The guy still did adjust my drinks to mL of okinawa and wintermelon though, but he did emphasize it's not usually done. The sea salt cream tea was quite salty and that empowers the entire drink; tasted better after the ice melted. I've also tried their popcorn chicken which is also a good snack. They must be still adjusting the recipe because the first time I had it there was no spice, but now they've been making it a tad spicy so I have to take the breading off for my nephew to enjoy. Hopefully this relatively new shop will still continue to accommodate customers requests and be able to adjust the sweetness of drinks. May 28th GRAND OPENING day. 25% off on all drink and food order. There's a raffle going on later on tonight. It amazes me that within a couple of weeks of training everyone is up to speed. No more waiting so long for your drink and food. We were expecting a long line and a crazy wait time but within a few mins 7 drinks and 4 orders of food quickly came out. Their porkchop was kinda fatty with a huge bone in middle but the rice with the sauce on top was yummy. The egg puff waffles, takoyaki, and popcorn chicken were on point today. I asked for ranch this time vs their homemade dipping sauce to dip with the popcorn chicken. I have been here a couple of times since their opening and it's decent boba. When coming here I think it depends on what you order. I have tried the royal flush milk tea and it was decent. The rose milk tea has been my favorite. I love it when the make the boba was very soft and chewy. I guess that depends on preference though. Some drinks are made with tea and some with powder to give a drink a certain flavor. I suggest getting a drink with a tea base like oolong or jasmine or rose for a better tasting drink. I have also tried the popcorn chicken and it was weird when the cashier said there is a spice shaker where we can put our spice into our chicken ourselves. Other than that, normal popcorn chicken at a boba place. As this is a few steps from the gym, I will be coming here more often. read more

Everybody has to love a simple choice for their refreshments. I came in to try green tea with passion fruit and aloe which was not disappointing at all. It's a very pleasant environment to sitting in an office a number of one of the places the temperature is nice and cool I recommend coming home for the rewards program so you can't miss!! If you happen to have more time all you need to do is bring your idea and there's a selection of games that you can play with it being so pleasant here do you want to spend at least an hour. A few months ago, I would've had 5 star reviews for this place. But today I had a terrible experience and I will not be returning. I usually get the taro milk tea with rainbow jelly. I've probably filled up 3-4 stamp cards with just this drink. Since it's been cold, I haven't been since November, but I went back today very excited to have my favorite drink on a warm day. After I took my first sip, I knew immediately something was wrong. I already left the parking lot and so I called to let them know that something may be wrong with their product and the drink I had tasted rancid. The person on the phone was rude and questioned what I was sharing and went on to tell me that it wasn't wrong and "sorry" I felt this way, but they changed their product a month ago and that's how it's supposed to taste. First impression, the store is nice and cold, it's clean and it's in an area where there's seating outside within the plaza. Right off the bat, the customer service needs to be better because they're not welcoming at all :/ no greeting or smiles at the door. I walked up to the front and grabbed a menu and I told the lady that I'm still looking since it's my first time here and she just said okay instead of asking me if I have any questions or trying to help me decide what I should get :( didn't even offer any recommendations which is what I would've done. The girls working here need to smile ! We had to wait for our boba for 15 min since they were still preparing it which I didn't mind the wait because who doesn't like fresh boba. I do love their set up, definitely has the chill cafe vibe with trending music playing and there's a long bench against the wall with pillows to lean on which is a nice touch. The uniforms are cute as well, blue collared shirts and black vests. My boyfriend and I got wintermelon boba, honey milk tea, popcorn chicken and the wings. Finally got around to trying this place after a friend checked in the other day to T4 cafe. So glad I did. I use to drive down to OC just to get this mix of a little of everything I wanted in one spot. Popcorn chicken has a great texture of crispy and tender. It has a special finishing season with just the right amount of kick of spiciness. Garlic noodles were good. Mozzarella sticks gotta get them fresh and hot out of the frier. But can't go wrong with cheese sticks. The tea was especially good with the lychee and coconut jelly.
