Paige gave us amazing service! We came in for a late dinner and ordered a little bit of everything. We got the egg drop soup, spring rolls, salt and pepper, fish, and Singapore noodles. All of the food was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to.

I will come back here over any Chinese in the area. Fresh, authentic, delicious, clean, friendly staff. Never a bad meal.

The food very tasty and fresh. You get greeted as soon as you come into the door even when you park you can smell the aroma of the food.

Liang's is my go to for lunch. If you didn't know, Liang's is located in Brandon, off of Providence RD. They offer a beautiful lunch special, Monday-Friday, take out or dine in. The food is spectacular. The ambiance is pretty nice and always clean. The staff and service always professional, happy and helpful. I recommend going to Liang's and checking out the lunch special. Obviously, it is my favorite!

we visited for the first time and ordered lunch specials. Service was 5 star by waitress Paige, very attentive! Lunch specials came with soup, the hot and sour soup was a little sweet, we ordered beef stirfried with vegetables, great taste and great meat quality. We also ordered sesame chicken. The batter for the chicken was very thick and the sauce was very sweet. Great value none the less. will return!

Service started off with a bang but like all fireworks it quickly faded. Server didn't come by to check on us until we were almost done and we were the only people eating another table left and one just got sat, so other than chatting about personal lives the servers weren't busy. The food was okay but nothing you can't get at your corner Chinese restaurant. Perhaps the dinner would have been better if the service was there, but when you hire teenagers and no supervision you can't expect much! Long gone are the days " If you have time to lean , you have time to clean". Disappointed and now I know why I haven't heard about this place 4.7 star rating I don't see it! Sad when you have to get up and ask for a refill and a box.

Nice sit down style Chinese restaurant. Very clean. Friendly service. Both entrees were on the sweet side, but still very good

Will not return to Liang's for the sweetness of the food. This was my small celebratory dinner for winning a lawsuit another restaurant had against me over my initial 3-star review. It was dismissed a few months ago. Yesterday and today, both the Tampa Bay Times and New York Post covered the case; the lively discussions on Facebook and especially on Reddit is decisively in my favor - I'd like to say thank you for your support and fairness. Liang's has a clean decor - the orange ceiling installation (dragon dance?) reminds me of the Gates exhibit in Central Park, in 2005: bright orange 'gates' fluttering in the February wind, against the snowy ground, bundled up people, mostly in dark color walking among the gates - it was very memorable. Well trained staff, although sounds scripted but they're talkative and thorough. Our server complimented on my bracelet and earrings. "My wife really likes it ... where did you buy them?" They bring the wine bottle to the table and do the tasting pour into a small decanter before pouring again into my glass. The wine glass itself could have been nicer. And the fake flowers ... No plate - the server is kind, brought an extra plate. Noise level is high with only four other occupied tables. The open kitchen and the staff add to the noise. We've medium spicy Sichuan beef and Chongqing fish: ingredients are fresh, large portions, but overall too sweet. The spiciness is very low. Before the bill, the server asked if we'd like some dessert, but my stomach turned: I just ate so much sweets!!!

The restaurant is beautiful. Service is good. The food...was not my favorite. I got the chow fun with beef. It was okay. Some of the noodles stuck together so the sauce didn't get in between each noodle. The yellow curry didn't seem like curry. It was almost a yellow...gloop? We had to send it back. The vegetables were giant pieces. Absolutely impossible to eat. You couldn't even break up the veggies because it was all undercooked.

The cuisine here is just as good as their Win Win fast-casual concept. I've never been to Liang's Bistro in New Tampa, so it was a welcomed change. It's cool that they decided to transform their Brandon eatery into a full-service restaurant. The décor is more elegant, and the seating is comfortable. I really like how they renovated the space. In some ways, the menu & food items are the same. I did see a few more items that they didn't previously have at Win Win. The Sizzling Shanghai Steak looks unique, and I can't wait to try it. The Fried Dumplings here are very good. We especially liked the pickled daikon that was served on the side. So, I normally get the Orange Chicken. You can never go wrong with the Liang families orange peel sauce at any of their restaurants. I decided to go with the Orange Beef. I'm so glad that I finally tried it. It's just as delicious as the chicken. What I liked even more is that it's stir-fried with freshly chopped orange slices in the peel. It's absolutely delicious! The fried beef was crispy & crunchy. It had a nice kick of chili pepper. It's still my favorite! My husband got the Sichuan Stir-Fry. It wasn't as spicy as he thought it would be, but it had a flavorful sauce. He forgot to ask for extra spicy. Everything was exactly the same as what we had before with the exception of the salad (served with ginger orange dressing or creamy sesame), and the dumplings. The prices may be a tad higher, but you're also getting great table service. The lunch combos are still a great deal. We'll definitely return to try more things on the menu. It's just too difficult to pass up their signature Orange Peel or General Tso's dishes.

Good food. But don't order takeout you only get half of the meal that you would get if you ate in the restaurant

It's time to update this review again. There have been some really great changes to what was once…read morethe original Token Ramen. There has also been a name change from Token to Miku Ramen. But don't let that fool you into thinking it's under different management. It's the same wonderful team that's always been there. I was happy to see that during my most recent visit. My favorite item here is the Black Garlic Ramen. Honestly, it's my favorite ramen in the area. This time, I decided to deviate. I went with the Mega Pork mainly because of the beautiful picture on the menu. This is such a meaty and tasty dish, although I did miss the black garlic oil. I'd totally get this again with the addition of black garlic. There's something about it that really brings out the seasoned flavors of the egg. The tonkotsu broth is always amazing with or without it. It warms my bones, and especially on a cold winter day. It's also nice that Kung Fu Tea is still the prominent brand here. It's always reliable with consistently good quality ingredients. Their seasonal Pumpkin Oolong Milk Tea is always a winner. So, what has changed? The menu now includes soft or crispy sushi tacos. They have 4 different kinds. I tried the crispy shell with smoked salmon. I LOVE it!! I almost ordered another one, but it would have been too much with the ramen. I can't wait to get it again. I really love that fried maki wrap. It's so light & crunchy. It really does add a good amount of texture to the sushi along with the cucumber. So, I almost got one of the 4 different udons on the menu. It was going to be a toss up between the Kimchi Shrimp and the Black Garlic. Again, it was the beautiful pictures on the menu that lured me in. Ah, but I went with the ramen instead. I will definitely try the udon next time. I was told that the Kimchi Shrimp is very popular. If that's not enough to tempt you, then you must check out the dessert menu. I saw items such as Matcha Cheesecake and Vanilla Crepe Cake that definitely caught my eye. I'm already thinking about my next lunch order. I love the rebranding and the new menu. The service is still great as well as the ambiance in the dining area. It's a place that will always keep me coming back for more. Update: Get the Kimchi Shrimp Udon. It's that Korean inspired udon dish that almost tastes Italian. Absolutely delicious! Freedom & Nevaeh were both so very helpful. Thanks to both!

Don't sleep on this restaurant just because it's at the Hard Rock Casino - Jubao Palace Noodle Bar…read moreslaps so good, it will make you "hit" on a hard 20. After being here a few times, Jubao Noodle Bar is where it's at and truthfully do fine by itself without the casino. So at this point, you should already know that Jubao Noodle Bar is located within the Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel - Tampa. However, it should be recognized that navigating the casino floor does get frustrating. The easiest point of reference is to first understand that the base casino floor is essentially separated into two parts (Part one is where the curved escalators and hotel towers are at and part 2 is the larger part, containing the Hard Rock Cafe and the majority of the table games). Jubao Palace Noodle Bar is located right after the point where the hall from part one connects to part 2. Clear as mud right? Now that you've successfully navigated here, it should be noted that the line and wait can get ridiculous. Not sure if there are specific times when it gets super busy, but it seems like it doesn't die down after lunch hours hit. The small size and amount of tables doesn't necessarily accommodate to the traffic. Be prepared to wait. Speaking of tables, there are several regular tables that seat up to 4 patrons, however the majority of the seating are high tops and bar seating. Don't be alarmed if you get paired at the high tops with other random patrons. The menu itself is very simple, but I can assure you that you can't really go wrong with any of the choices. My "go-to's" are usually the roast duck noodle soup (with egg noodles) and any of the fried rice (crab is the best though). They do offer snow pea leaves which is a Cantonese cuisine classic. It's a great restaurant that is overshadowed by the venue that it's located in.
