They have an adorable truck, there are a few locations, but this one is the one you want. They have a nice variety of drinks and their prices are super fair. On your way to order at the counter you see their salsa bar and fridge filled with a variety of sodas and housemade aguas frescas in plastic jugs. Salsas are not your average. I went with the Villa's Trio. 3 cheese tacos made from handmade blue corn tortillas that were topped with sour cream, onions, cilantro, and a small dollop of smashed avocado. I enjoyed the different options with the crispy cheese skirt. Ranchera asada, papas con chorizo, black bean con pollo. The black bean with chicken was the most unique and a great combo. They also have a vegan option with beans, potatoes, nopales, and soyrizo combos. Service was great even though they were busy. Parking was easy since there's a parking lot. They have large communal tables setup, so it is a great friendly vibe to enjoy your meal I will say, the surrounding area is not the best in LA, especially given how the taco stand is only open at night.
