The juice and the coffee didn't arrive until well after our meal did. Our server was also absent and took about five - ten minutes to greet us after we sat down. We ordered our food and our drinks at the same time to try to streamline everything. I got the breakfast chilaquiles with a poached egg and my mom made her own breakfast plate with two eggs, poached bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, fruit, and an English muffin. My mom had also ordered an iced tea that still hadn't arrived when the rest of our food and drink had arrived so she canceled it. They sourced a lot of their food from local purveyors, and you can really tell it in the flavor of everything. The sausage was some of the best I've had. Because of all the hiccups, the manager came over and profusely, apologized and even comped part of our meal to make up for the issues. It really felt like they actually cared, and that this was a fluke rather than a regular occurrence, which I really appreciated. Everyone can have an off day.

The gravy for the biscuits was like warm. Otherwise the food was okay. Service was good, the host was especially friendly. What knocked this one down for us was the unprofessionalism of the staff. Servers sitting counting their cash while the host was busting her tail off, that wasn't cool. Busboy clearing the table has the buspan on the seat so my wife ended up sitting in a wet spot. Not good. We won't be back. Not worth the money

But none of that matters with cookies so good! Lastly, they keep the cookies warm so that's a HUGE PLUS! This review is more specifically to recognize the customer service of Eli. He was very helpful in helping me choose my selection. He was very patient with me. And his friendly service should be recognized! Thank you Eli. I'll be back to try one of the beverages soon!

The kind where one cookie can easily be shared (or not lol ). They're rich and sweet, so if you're someone who loves a heavy dessert that feels like a treat-treat, you'll be in heaven. Easily a 10/10 for that category. What really stood out to me was the variety of flavors. I tried the strawberry matcha cookie and was honestly surprised by how much I liked it. It had a really nice balance of flavors and didn't feel gimmicky at all. It's always a risk trying something a little different, but this one definitely paid off. Another thing I appreciated was that they had a section of cookies discounted because they were made the night before. I love when places do this...it's a great way to try more flavors without spending a lot, and honestly, the cookies were still really good. Service-wise, the cashier was super helpful and patient, especially when it came to explaining flavors and giving recommendations. That always makes a difference when you're staring at a case full of options and can't decide.

I felt pretty energized after drinking it and even after keeping it in my fridge for a day, it still tasted so fresh. It wasn't too spicy and went down very nicely. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cinnamon Oatmilk latte. I typically hate cinnamon but it wasn't overpowering. It's not sweet but it has a pleasant flavor. I'd definitely recommend this place. Even if just for the Liquid Gold. The little camper/truck itself is also super cute.

Christina, the owner also greets me with a smile and a warm hello, as she serves up refreshingly chilled cold-press juices. There are a variety of flavors and recipes, with seasonal options that are constantly changing. Each style is complex yet balanced in both flavor and mouth feel. She even has several cold brewed coffee and latte options or just Fiji water. Freeze pops for adults, kids, or even pets are a huge hit and a healthy alternative to dessert. I'm 100% sure she can tell you much more, but her philosophy on her products synergizes healthy clean living, local fresh ingredients, and environmentally conscious methods. A (not so hidden anymore) gem in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Go check it out...it will not disappoint!
