The project was completed in two working days.  The first team was on time, very organized and friendly, laid out protective tarps, and went to work opening the walls for access.  They completed their work repiping the entire home with the newer style PEX pipe. They were able to finish their work and have the water back on the same day.  The next day, the drywall team arrived on time, and went to work laying out all of their protective sheets and plastic.  They were very friendly and very professional and I could tell they knew their work.  They were able to match the finish to match the existing drywall.  The only service they don't offer is to paint the repair patches, but I knew this ahead of time during Tim's visit. Overall, I'm thrilled they completed the work, saved us a ton of money, and the teams were great to work with.  By the way, their service area is off as they were able to come to the Riverside area where we live.

They covered everything in sheets and plastic and Repiped the entire 2900sq ft house and cleaned up and were gone by 4pm. Next day the dry wall crew was ready by 8am and again covered everything in protective sheets and plastic and closed, mudded and textured 60+ holes and were cleaned up and gone by 530. All three were extremely friendly, polite and made me feel comfortable while I was home alone with my young child. On the second occasion, they were called out due to an excessive amount of foul water pouring into my restroom from the ceiling and walls flooding the area, my bedroom and this same matter that was leaking into my son's room. This time only Angel arrived and was polite and respectful just as the first. There have been false reviews shared here. I am the tenant who lives underneath the woman leaving negative yelp reviews. I was never advised by the plumbers of any living conditions nor feces. However, I was advised that her toilet bowl overflowed and she failed to clean up the water. (With that being said, I made MY OWN assumptions about the water based on the color, smell, the fact that it came from a toilet bowl and I was the first person to notify the HOA of any issues.) This in turn, caused an excessive amount of dirty water to flood my restroom making it unusable, damaged furniture in my bedroom including walls and carpet and also seeped into my young child's room causing damage to carpet and toys (uninhabitable). **Please note that she did not call her own plumber until a day and a half later (they came down to my unit) causing me to believe that she was negligent in her actions, did not take the proper steps to notify the HOA and not honest about the situation. We're in the process of mitigation in three of our rooms and currently living elsewhere due to this issue.

It took the worker longer to obtain the stopper at Home Depot and a few seconds to install while his partner was texting in the bathroom and sitting. I do not trust this company and personally will not be using them again. I asked to make sure if what they were charging me was reasonable for nothing was done and the worker simply said the owner said that was the price. I paid but will never be calling them again. I could have called a family member to help me shut the water and place the same stopper myself.

Written statements from both my tenant and property manager confirm the crew was present on that single day only. OVC subsequently sent an invoice billing for three dates of service (January 7-9, 2026) and material costs. When I disputed these charges with written documentation, OVC referred the disputed balance of $5,399.45 to a third-party collection agency. The plumbing work was not completed , abandoned and I subsequently hired another licensed contractor to complete the repairs. I am sharing my experience so other homeowners can carefully review contractor invoices, keep documentation of the work performed, and obtain clarification about disputed charges before paying. "OVC Plumbing & Drain (Owner) a day ago Hi Kenny, you refused to pay your bill and after months of negotiations and giving you heavy discounts, you retused to pay a single dollar so you were sent to collections. What you stated here is 100% false and the collections company is handling this now." UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER & WORK PHOTOS: Contrary to the owner's reply, I never refused to resolve this matter. In good faith, I offered a $2,000 payment to cover the single day of labor actually performed on January 9, 2026. OVC rejected this offer and insisted on billing for 3 days of work (January 7-9,2026) and $1,750 in uninstalled materials. Both my on-site tenant and property management company confirmed in writing that OVC was present for only one single day. Following January 9, OVC abandoned the repair and did not return for nearly two months(1/9/2026-03/04/2026) My property company hired new plumber and completed the repairs for only 3 days ( 04 Mar -6,Mar ,2026) I paid $10,000$ ,the same amount as OVC estimate . Because 3 tenants resided at the property and the torn-up, excavated bathroom rendered the home uninhabitable for them over this extended period, my property management company (HCM) recommended relocating the tenants to a comparable 3-bedroom/3-bathroom accommodation. This resulting relocation cost approximately $15,000. Please view the attached photos of the work left by OVC in this sub-50 sq. ft. bathroom: 1.Photo 1: The total floor tile excavation in the small bathroom. 2.Photo 2: The removed shower pan. I invite prospective customers to view these photos of a smaller than 50 sq. ft. bathroom and judge for themselves whether this work represents 3 days of labor by a 3-person crew, or 1 day of partial work before abandoning the job. To restore the property, I had to pay $10,000 to a separate licensed contractor to complete the repairs. Although I called before his business opened, he called me back instantly. I explained the issue I was having with my tankless hot water heater. He asked me to send him a picture with the model # and serial # so he could call the company to see what would be cover under warranty. He showed up right on time. He explained to me problems that could arise and what was and wasn't covered with the current warranty. After speaking with him and weighing my options, it seemed like it was in my best interest to replace the unit. He gave me the option of purchasing it myself or getting it through him and broke down the prices. He also suggested I add a water filtration system. The one he recommended, was the exact one I had installed and then removed a couple years ago because I was having problems with it. I was a little overwhelmed with the cost but felt it was reasonable if I had to replace the whole unit which I had not planned on. He told me to think about it and get back to him with my decision. As Caesar was leaving, I asked him if he could remove the canister for my water filtration system, on the opposite side of the house so I could change the filter. I told him all my pipes were rattling when I flushed the toilet and I thought it was from the filter needing to be replaced. Unfortunately he wasn't able to get the canister off. He suggested I replace the water filtration system as well, replace the regulator valve and move the water heater expansion tank. Now I was completely overwhelmed. As he was standing there explaining things to me, he noticed a yellow handle in the off position. He said it was the gas shut off lever and asked if I had turned off the gas. I told him may have moved the lever a couple days ago when I tried to take off the canister. He turned the lever to the on position and said to check if I now had hot water. I did. He spent well over an hour at my house and never asked for a dime. I think at the very least, anyone else would have charged at least a service charge. Even though he made several recommendations of things I needed to have done, that were not going to be cheap to fix, I feel confident that he is trustworthy. I think I will need to do some of the work he recommended, but now I can do it in my time frame and it will give me a chance to save for the repairs.
