Very disappointing experience with Partners Plumbing. They seem used to working for HOAs, where there's no quality control, little accountability to homeowners, and it shows in both their attitude and lack of work quality. They cut corners and leave work incomplete to create reasons to come back and charge more. When I raised concerns, they responded unprofessionally and even threatened to walk off the job mid-project. Either dishonest or inept. Huge time windows of arrival are already insane and they don't hold to them. Got calls saying they are on their way only to come 1.5 hours AFTER that. They will schedule appointments that you are not aware of and blame whatever they can for not alerting you. Reception is rude when you don't just comply with their wishes. We had Tim out today with Partners plumbing for a stuffed drain. He was very clean, prompt and polite. They gave us a time Window and he was there on time. The owner was also very friendly and responsive on the phone.. Tim did a Great job and cleaned up after himself like he wasn't even there!! Because of a slab leak, water lines for both the upstairs and downstairs condos had to be re-routed through my ceilings and walls. The repair work was done by Partners Plumbing on two separate days. John was the lead plumber both times. Jose was his assistant the first day, and Lucas the second day. Kudos to all three of them! Their easy teamwork made things go so much more smoothly. Even though both days were extra long, they didn't leave until everything was cleaned up and left in good order. Repairing this leak posed some unique challenges, including how to route the water lines to the upstairs kitchen, and to my kitchen, without causing the kind of damage in the process that would require me to have to make major costly repairs afterward. Because John found a very efficient way to route those lines, he never had to remove, drill through, or otherwise cause damage to any of the custom cabinetry I have in my kitchen. Thanks to John, I was spared the extra time, cost, and frustration of having to have subsequent repairs made to restore that cabinetry. So much appreciated! I had previously called another company to fix a clogged drain, and unfortunately the plumber seemed completely confused, made several major mistakes, and ended up making the whole situation worse. Because of that experience, I was a little hesitant to call another company and bring in a new plumber. Thankfully, everything went smoothly this time. Mike from Partners Plumbing was incredibly professional, communicative, and really listened as I explained the issue with the drain. The repair required accessing my neighbor's drain as well, and he handled it seamlessly--going back and forth between the condos while keeping everyone informed about what he was doing. It was an absolute pleasure meeting him and talking with him, as he provided very detailed and clear explanations of the issues. Worst service by the call receiver name Damon. Not sure if he was the boss over the weekend to dispatch the employee for plumbing issues. He had stated that it will cost around $350 for the service to unclog the kitchen sink but by the time the technician showed up, he had stated it may have been soft clog due to grease. Therefore, technician asked to see if we want to do the cleaning which would run around $450 and if the service was done, technician would have to charge us $280. But I asked the technician when Damon answered, he did not disclose of the charging of technician being out on the site during the weekend even if he didn't do any service. Technician was nice to understand the fact he didn't do anything; therefore, he had called Damon to see what he can do to minimize the cost. Damon called back to tell me that he would put me on the ban list and went to say that he had disclosed the information to charge even if the technician didn't do any service. I had called these partners plumbing b/c it was our condo's preferred plumbing, but I will NEVER use this service. I also had to call and cancel the other appointment which I made with other plumbing, and they did disclose to come out to assess was FREE and will discuss to move on with the service if needed. Not sure how this company is run by a person like Damon to have the opportunity to work with our Condo units. I'm definitely will ask the HoA board to have this company removed from our preferred plumbing company. I at least gave a technician to show an appreciation of his time at our place. Not sure if you want to give this company a try but be aware of the prices that they quote prior to calling this company.----after reading the response from the owner--- first thing, he did not quote or say about the cost of his employee showing up to my place would cost me 280 up front. To correct his statement, he quoted that it would cost me around 350 if the technician would perform to unclog. However, no service was performed. Damon who I spoke with did not quote 280 for his tech to show up finding no service is required. The technician did ask to perform service to ensure clogging is removed and quoted that it would cost about 480. I asked not to perform any service due to only being soft clog and tech confirmed this is common in our area. However, company owner knows this and continues to charge people and not disclosing the info to charge even if no service is performed, this is absurd. To correct his statement regarding me cussing him and name calling, I only used the profanity since he started to accuse me of doing something which I had no intend to do and to emphasize my statement to him. He also changed his quote to 220 and stated that he would charge.... This is very unprofessional to constantly changing his quotes. Deal with this company is you wish but be aware of his customer service. One last thing, I can assure you that I show no disrespect to his employee who had showed up to my place and also paid him 100 in cash for him dealing with his owner daily. read more

In our homes, we have had many leaks but never a slab leak - let alone 2 at the same time - until now! Initially we had called our home warranty, who sent a random plumber out that told us the large floor flood was not a slab leak but a sewer drain - but didn't have the tools to do anything and would need to schedule time to come back. So disappointed and now anxious over everything since sewer line is not anything to sit on and took matters into our own hands. My friend provided me Partners Plumbing number on a Sunday evening - they answered the phone, they sent a technician - I was blown away to have the response. Our technician Luke was on time and immediately tested everything! He was actually fun to watch, as he was able to trace to the exact location without having to tear up a lot of wall. What was even more incredible, he had a feeling to check another area of the home - and discovered a second slab leak in the garage. He never gave up doing what was in the best interest of the house and getting us on our feet to have a leak stopped. Yes we have damage, but when someone tells you sewer leak and then get told nope it's not it's a slab leak, we were thrilled. Also, the cost was so reasonable - I am kicking myself for not going this direction first. I won't use home warranty again for plumbing. I will be calling Partners Plumbing and requesting Luke. He was an employee and lied about it. He had no interest in helping us with our hot water issue. He was absolutely rude, disrespectful and verbally abusive toward. He kept interrupting and saying said my hot water issue is not his problem. Said "We did our job so you must have other problems" problems. Then he accused me of lying about my hot water being off and refused any help and then hung up on me. That type of treatment is completely unacceptable no matter what the circumstances are. The communication with Partners Plumbing left a lot to be desired and honestly, if our HOA didn't force us to use them, I would've gone with another company. I got a phone call at 10pm at night in early June asking for emergency access to our garage as our neighbor had contacted them about a leak in her garage which ended up being from a shared piped that was clamped shut that night. We were originally meant to have just the garage repiped after the water leak and had it scheduled for late June/early July. However, when we had the job walk-through the plumber provided very little information and at the end told me they would need to repipe the bathroom as well as the garage. The job was meant to start the following week but I never heard back from the plumbers and when I called to confirm the Friday before the job was meant to start, they said they would get back to me, little did I know it would be almost 3 weeks before they got back to me reschedule while they waited for HOA approval. Fast forward 3 weeks: at the time of the rescheduling, I asked if we needed another walk through as the plumber had provided 0 information of what needed to be moved the first time he came for the walk through. The scheduler said she wasn't sure and would get back to me (she never did). The plumber then shows up at the condo the following week to begin the construction and tells me the entire condo is being repiped and was approved by the HOA. I was absolutely shocked and contacted our landlord to see if he knew about this, which he did not. The plumbers then asked me to move everything out of my closet, and 2nd bedroom so that they could begin the construction which was extremely frustrating as several of the items we're extremely heavy. If I had been told ahead of time I could've had my boyfriend help me move all our belongings out of the room. They ended up cutting 15 holes into our walls all throughout our condo. I called to ask if they could submit the report to the HOA/dry wall repairers as soon as possible as we didn't want to move our stuff in and out of the room multiple times for the plumbers and dry-wall repairers. I was told me they wouldn't submit the report until the job was done (3 days later). I'm well aware of how slowly my HOA moves to approve things and I asked Partners to submit the report sooner but they would not. Now I'm almost a week past the repiping being done and still waiting to be contacted by someone (I have no idea who Partners contacted) to have my dry-walls repaired and end this nightmare. I know this company could care less because the HOA is paying them regardless, but their lack of communication has been horrendous and I hope for others sake, they improve their process. read more

I called on a Monday to request a service appointment for a leak in the garage ceiling. I had an appointment for Thursday. They came out and said they have protocols and I need to hire an asbestos company first before they cut into the drywall. I asked Bryan the tech, why they wouldn't have told me that before they came out? If another trade needs to do work before you, why wouldn't you tell me that on Monday? This is not an old property. I've had multiple plumbers out before and this is the first time Ive heard of such a protocol. It's not the protocol I'm irritated with but this company let my leak go on for 4 days only to come out to tell me they can't touch it before their required asbestos testing. Then he wanted to charge me $185. They didn't tell me about the service charge when I was on the phone making an appointment either. Maybe they should try communicating requirements before setting up appointments?! The technician was completely rude and short. This is by far the worst company I've dealt with in years. read more

For starters they showed up a week earlier without an appointment scheduled and lied and said my husband made it and told my husband that I had. Not true then my husband did end up scheduling an appointment but that morning we never heard a word from them that they were on the way confirming it was still happening that morning as I have always had someone call to remind and confirm of upcoming appointments especially day of. Instead the guy showed up at 9:40 to my understanding the appointment was from 9 to 11 and then he told me the window of time to show up is 9 to 11. Also any work needed needs to be cleared with HoA and he never confirmed to me they are the plumbers hired thru our HoA worked so didn't let him in at first. So a lady from the plumbers called me was honestly pretty rude to me on the phone so already the experience so far I had with these guys was in the negative. All it was to be done was to simply change a valve in the shower and the idiot they sent didn't know plumbing 101 which is how to turn the water off and check to make sure it's off before taking shower apart. So water started shooting out like a fire hydrant as he's yelling emergency emergency from the bathroom so the two choices were I go and try to figure out where the valve is and how to turn it off or I have to sit there and hold it while he goes back downstairs to try to figure it out which I don't understand how he didn't know in the first place since hired special thru our HoA to know where everything is. I then had to hold hot heavy blanket over water spewing full force as I'm struggling to hold as I'm 115 lbs woman while he went back outside downstairs threw my back out and my shoulder is killing me too next day. I'm furious. Not to mention it flooded my downstairs neighbor whom is equally furious. Not acceptable. I literally have a sore back and shoulder over it on top of water damage for sure. 3 stars because I am very conflicted in how I feel about "Partners Plumbing". I called them because the water in my shower was lukewarm at best. The plumber spent 5-10 min in my apt before deciding that my water heater needed to be replaced. It was pretty old but had no previous issues. I was quoted $1400 dollars. After the plumber left (before I replaced the water heater), I noticed that the sink and dishwater water was still able to heat up so I was confused. I spoke to one of the plumbers before they started the replacement process and, with no investigation, he said I probably needed to replace the shower cartridge as well. I had them start with replacing the water heater. The replacement was done nicely, quickly, and competently (I hope). The problem was the shower was still lukewarm. When I called them again, "Partners Plumbing" told me my shower cartridge needed to be replaced and they quoted me $350 (which the manager told me was a discount). At this point, I was not going to pay when they did not seem to be investigating the problem. They only seemed interested in charging me to replace items in my apt. I told them the shower was brand-new, it was installed 3 months ago, why would a brand new shower cartridge need to be replaced?!? The manager didn't have a good answer. I did my own investigation and figured out the scald guard on my shower was set too cold. That was it. Easy fix. Did it myself. Nice guys, and (I think) the water heater replacement was done well but not sure if it was necessary and it did not fix my problem. read more

I have never written a review before. Unfortunately, I feel the need to because I don't want anyone else to fall victim to these crooks. A toilet and installation for $580 is incredibly excessive. However, to then charge over $500 for a "closet flange" and installation is highway robbery. Taking advantage of a mother with her children while her husband is at work is deplorable. I am so disturbed by your company's practice I can't even go any further. I hope whoever reads this thinks twice before using these guys. The installer did give us a break on the "closet flange" to $442 in the end. What a guy. Don't use these crooks read more
