I have used the services offered by Splash plumbing in the past. Once again when plumbing issues arose (Broken flange on a toilet and changing out water hook up valves to a washer) I called Splash and the service provided was great. The technician Jeff offered explanations, resolutions to the problem and asked more than once if I had questions. The work done by Jeff was excellent. I am not quite sure how to equate cost to satisfaction and peace of mind. On a fixed income any price can be scary, however the peace of mind and satisfaction outweighs any doubts. read more

My HOA sent this company to address an issue in the neighboring unit that shares a wall with mine. They charged approximately $400 to tell my neighbor that a knob simply needed to be tightened. Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved. I've attached a video demonstrating how loud the pipes from my neighbor's unit sound inside my home. The noise is disruptive and clearly still an issue. I have been going back and forth with this company for over a year trying to get them to properly resolve the problem and contact the actual unit owner (as the unit is currently rented). There has been no meaningful follow-up or solution. This situation has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. read more

We were charged $550 for Splash to come out and spend 30minutes replacing a screw to a loose faucet and adding some silicon. We're currently disputing this charge, and another with Splash. I had the displeasure of encountering a particular plumber at Splash Plumbing today May 13, 2026. His name was Jeff. The last 2 times their plumbers came, they were courteous and professional. This guy not so much. I had already been waiting for someone to come back after promising to call to reschedule for a time...they did not. I had to follow-up. Marisol, who was courteous and more professional, had dispatched Jeff while he was out finishing up another job. Perhaps he was not happy about that, maybe his boyfriend dumped him or he was just a nasty ass! Nonetheless, when he came, I asked Jeff was he already familiar with what was going on already and he stated he did not and I wanted him to be up to speed so he didn't have to start all over and go in blindly. He also stated that they didn't have time to speak to the other techs or they would never get anything done. What!!!!! Someone had been out 2xs so I know there are notes which would be helpful. Silly me for thinking logically. I asked a series of other questions and he got impatient and annoyed and told me that I was wasting time asking all these question and that he could just leave if I didn't want him to come in. I stated he didn't have to be rude and he hung up on me. Never cursed at him, called him out his name, or was I rude with him. I went out to speak to him and he would not engage me and was trying to leave. I stood in front of the van and he would not roll his window down to speak to me. I could see he was on the phone I'm sure telling his revised story that probably made me sound like the difficult customer. This guy acted like an uneducated, unprofessional imbecile! If I had known I was dealing with such, I would have made my sentences shorter and only used one syllable words! Then I had an epiphany... his energy was horrible, I don't even want him in my home! Without a word, I stepped away to let him leave...good riddance! I called Marisol at Splash and told what actually happened and she proceeded to dispatch someone else. My concern for asking the questions (which I had a right to ask) was I have dealt with service people with management companies and vendors sometimes do not come back in a timely fashion and I was attempting to alleviate further delay of repair. As it is, part of our water had been out for two weeks already limiting our bathroom use and I wanted whatever needed to be done to be done without having to keep coming back because people don't know what's going on. The one star is just for Jeff rudeness. When it became time to send out again to complete the job, I requested not to have Jeff come back. The others that came after were much better. read more

Frank was the tech from Splash plumbing who came out and he really worked hard. The customer service and the helpfulness of the tech were exemplary! He explained everything as they went, which is what I wanted. I was impressed with him and his knowledge, experience and skills. Plus, he was super nice and easy to work with. There were many things that I did not understand and what needed to be done and he was patient with explaining them to me while working at the same time so I did feel that I was getting value. Also, the people in the office that I spoke to when I booked the appointment and followed up with were terrific as well. Eric and Christian were very kind and helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions and they were excellent at answering all of them. That's what you want when you call a pro! Not just the service itself, but the reassurance that they can do what you need them to do. Good job. Splash was recommended to me by someone whose HOA was using them and they found that Splash had done a very good job. So I felt comfortable reaching out to them and now that I have worked with them, I would definitely recommend them. read more

Splash Company is a dishonest company, do not give them your business. HOA requested Splash Plumbing to come to the property to perform a check up. When they came, they lied about the price (they charged our neighbors $600, but tried to charge us $840, with the exact same job). Since Splash Plumbing were being dishonest, we decide not to use them, because we hate doing business with dishonest people. During the check up, Splash Plumbing never mentioned about any fee, but now a month and half later, they send us a bill of $209, which they did not repair anything and stayed for ONLY 15 mins. Splash Plumbing did nothing for 15 mins and try to charge us for $209, what a scam. Please do not give them your business if you want to deal with honest people, because they are not. If you have a big project, they will overcharge you for thousands. If you have small project, they will overcharge you for hundreds! read more

We called and were quoted basically $200 to pull the toilet. So the 2 guys hauled in the equipment and pulled the toilet. I watched them push the bottle out with the borescope 6 maybe 8 in of video cable. One guy packed up while the other reinstalled the toilet maybe 45min. Then because they had to remove and scope it became a $500 plus bill. I should have the police. Then Dr. to get my head examined for trusting these robbers!!! Did I mention we told them!! Probably the last time I use splash plumbing for any type of service. Please stay away from this business. My restaurant had a few things I needed to repair and I wanted to have an estimate. A technician came on site to write up an estimate which I was charged $239.00. Wow $239 for just an estimate which I was flabbergasted. I shook that off as there is a cost of doing business. The part that upsets me is if I'm paying $239 for an estimate I have expectations. These expectations including: 1. The estimate and call out fee will be deducted from them if I choose to fix with them 2. There was a CLEAR explanation on the estimate A few days later I received an email with the estimate. On the estimate there is options 1- 3. I emailed them to ask iif these were different options to get the work I had requested complete. They replied with "yes" these are the different options so i chose the second to cheapest option. However in my disbelief these weren't options but rather separate work orders to get everything repaired/ replaced. Turns out that these aren't different "options" but rather a price to have just one work. How ridiculous have I never seen OPTIONS been use in that term. It was so ridiculously unclear and it seems like they're not gonna do anything about it . There are plenty of great plumbers in the area that offer free and honest estimate so please stay away from Splash plumbing. read more

Splash was recommended by my HOA and they were great, we are in Irvine. They were early, provided good communication and billed me for 15min increments. Francisco was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided good information and advice while he was here. This business as an HOA contractor is the epitome of sheer incompetence. I live on the second floor of my condo and there was a leak in to a neighbor's unit below in the first floor...not the neighbor directly under my unit, but the neighbor to the side that I only share one wall with. Splash blamed me for the leak in the neighbors bathroom and kitchen. Splash did not do a thorough investigation and despite not finding any leaks on my level, decided that since they did not know where the leak was, that they recommend taking apart all 3 units kitchen cabinets to find the leak. Sawed off shot gun approach!!! These guys are supposed to be plumbers but have no idea where the leak is coming from but this is their solution: let's waste as much of everyone's time and HOA money. Thankfully I pushed back and brought evidence of legal precedence to a HOA board session and argued that a thorough investigation must be conducted and that there is irrefutable proof that there is a leak from my unit upstairs before any work can be done. This situation was later reassigned to another contractor who went into my unit on a Friday to investigate and the following Wednesday they found the leak in the downstairs neighbor just within 2 hours and immediately fixed it. The kitchen leak was behind my neighbors lower cabinet inside a common area wall that no one would have had reasonable access to....and they only had to open a small hole in the drywall to fix the pipe crack. As for the bathroom leak the neighbor was experiencing, it was found that there was 3 leaks from her neighbor directly upstairs. Both leaks had not coming from the the parameters of my unit! Can you imagine if the board had agree with splash's incompetent recommendation to tear down my kitchen as well as 2 neighbors kitten ???? This is abhorrent and not acceptable. This is just splash's greedy way of getting as many work orders as possible without any code conduct or ethics to be an honest business. There have been several occasions at our community where splash was called to fix our boiler leak but would leave the boiler water running and leaking just so they would get another work order another day. The last time this happened the boiler was leaking into the driveway....they were about to take off and my neighbors had to chased them down to fix it! I would recommend all HOA's to not ever use splash as their plumber. Your community will bleed unnecessary spend! read more

Juan was our service man today and he was excellent. He called us and told us he was on his way and arrived on time. He explained in detail what needed to be done. He installed a drain line from the AC air handler. He thought it would take about four hours and asked if that would work for us or do we want to reschedule. We said no we would just wait. I'm glad we did because it only ended up taking a little over two hours. He cleaned up afterwards and like I said was very professional. read more

At 11:30, I received a call that an emergency happened and they would no longer be able to come today during normal business hours and would I like to reschedule for tomorrow? Um, no. That's why I made the appointment for today. I was then told they could come after hours today, but that I would incur an after hours charge. Um what? Who failed who's promise? If anything, the service call should be at no cost for missing your promised three-hour window, let alone more expensive. Horrible customer service all around. I have used Splash plumbing for 2 different plumbing jobs in my condo and both times they have done great work. One job was to install a clean out valve in the master bathroom and the other job was unclogging a shower drain. The plumbers that were dispatched were friendly but responsible, professional and respectful. Both times they arrived right at their scheduled time and finished in a timely manner with good clean up. Bryan and Jose were amazing! They worked all day in the rain to repair our gas leak. They diagnosed the multiple leaks that needed repair, and fixed them appropriately. We had one in the backyard and two in the attic. When their work was finished and they were packing up their truck the gas company attendant arrived. Splash Pluming! Wow what a dream. I have to say I am doing a remodel of my kitchen. I wanted to move my sink to another wall. I had three plumbers come out (I had called a half dozen and made appointments with them three never showed nor did they call to let me know they were not going to show.) One of the plumbers tried to tell me it could not be done and he went on and on about stressed concrete and how I should not even try to move the sink. My place was built in 1980 and people have slab leaks and get them fixed and no one has ever said anything about stressed concrete before this guy. The second guy he was well let's just say very pricey like neurosurgeon pricey. Hey I understand it's hard work and you need to know what you are doing but it isn't brain surgery either. But then Dan came out he was on time, and looked over the job and told me what could be some potential problems but he said if there were no snags it would take three hours and gave me a very decent price on the job. The day the work was scheduled Juan showed up on time and started working on my little project right away. Well as have it in all such adventures the job was not as easy as it could have been the wall I wanted the sink on already had pipes in it and there were support studs in the way. Things you could not see without ripping the wall open but I tell you Juan He is the Man. He just got to work and Wham Bam he re-routed two pipes and found away around the support posts and the work he did was like Art that's the only word I can come up with When he was done he had produced a work of Art in copper and plastic. Juan was fast, clean and diligent. He tested the work before he left. He cleaned up after himself - in fact it was cleaner after he left than before he started.
