Think twice before you sign the contract. First I want to say that the crew was punctual and kind and very easy to work with. We moved a 1600 sq ft home. We use the garage for storage so there was quite a bit in there. Absolutely everything was boxed up. They loaded the garage fairly quickly. I think they had it done in a couple hours. The rest however, these guys were very kind but work soooooo slow. It ended up taking 15 hours!!! It was after midnight when they left and they didn't even get it all. For comparison we used a different company to move into the home and there were only 2 guys and we were done in 8 hours. And their price, they give you an "all in" price in the contract. Ours was $2030. However when we were done with the slowest move in history they hit me with a bill for almost $3300!!!! It is not our fault that they moved very very slowly. While they wrapped each piece meticulously they moved at the slowest pace ever. They loaded the truck and then would unload what they had previously put in and put it in the street. We watched them load and unload some items 3 times! So to try to charge us more after they moved so slow seems so shady. We ended up having to settle at $2500 to get them to go but my contract says $2030! We unwrapped all the items to give them back their moving pads just to hurry things up. We also folded the moving pads and put them back on the truck and we put all the furniture back together or they would have been there until the next day. Vast majority of boxes did not get placed in the proper rooms. It was such a disappointment. Again, two guys and one truck moved us in just 9 months before. UPDATE: After posting this review the owner contacted us and refunded $300 of the $2500. It was a kind and appreciated gesture. We paid $2200 because they charged us for the wardrobe boxes. It wasn't our desire to keep these boxes. However it was midnight and we were exhausted and giving them back meant we would have had to wait for them to unpack them which we were unwilling to do. They took meticulous care of our stuff so it wasn't damaged and we appreciate that greatly. However the slow pace of 4 men was problematic. read more

Alec and his team were professional and got to work right way! They apologized for being late for delivery BUT traffic to OC sucks on a Saturday totally expected it. NOT their fault. Two young men came and helped me move my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. They were so quick and efficient at packing things up with care. Just finished my move. I had Alek,, Mansur and Sergey. All three were Professional and worked promptly to move all of my belongings into my new home. Anything that I wasn't able to wrap they ensured to wrap and pad with a blanket. When arriving to my house the placed blankets down to damaged the new carpeting which I appreciated. So I start a moving project for a 2 bedroom tow house and decide on Like movers seeing how they're smaller and I prefer to help smaller local businesses. The men show up to my storage unit just down the street from my home and begin loading up as usual, however I notice it's a young skinny man maybe 19-20 years old and an older gentleman maybe in his late 50's. They worked extremely slow and the job in total went from 2:45Pm to almost 10PM. (Compared to the usual 3-4 hour jobs in the past for the same furniture) They didn't speak English very well so that made communicating difficult and the younger kid was complaining about moving furniture up stairs. There came a point where they couldn't lift my bed foundation up any stairs because the younger man was tired and he was saying his father is too old so it isnt safe. so it was left in my garage. I get it, it's very heavy however, I feel disappointed as other companies I've hired in the past sent more able bodied men and have lifted it no problem. They also mentioned they didn't have any lifting equipment such as straps for heavier stuff as thier company doesn't provide that. As the Human element I understand fatigue and safety however when you pay for a service you expect it done right and efficiently. It was only after I refused to pay extra for them to move it did he mention it was unsafe. Just make sure you clarify you need people who can lift furniture. read more

Elon and his crew are EXCEPTIONAL! I have moved 21 times in my lifetime (military brat, and lots of apartment hopping throughout the San Diego area in the last 20 years.) I have had my fair share of movers and Elon and his crew are without a doubt THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!
