My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we ate here! My family ordered the shrimp plate and I ordered the salmon plate and it was actually really good! The salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salad came with strawberries and cranberries which made the salad even better! The staff was very nice too! And every table comes with bread which was also a plus. I was very glad I came here and the portion size was perfect too. I would highly recommend this place! It's also right next door to the mall too which is convenient

Great place for brunch and some pastries. The mai tai was okay. Kimchee fried rice was delicious! The loco moco was huge!!! My son was so full! The free bread was really good too.

The food was amazing! We all throughly enjoyed our food! The service was quick. The server made sure to bring out my daughter's food first. There was plenty of seating. It was also a great spot to get out of the heat for a bit. Definitely take desserts home on the way out! I ordered the BLT, which was the best I ever had!

I had a mixed experience at Liliha Bakery. My first visit to the bakery counter was disappointing. The workers were not very welcoming, and they served another customer before me instead of following the ticket system. On my second visit, they were using the ticket system properly, so hopefully the first experience was just a one time issue. The Poi donuts are gorgeous and delicious, worth trying. The cream puffs tasted like they were a day old. The restaurant side was a much better experience. The service was friendlier, and the food was enjoyable. The table rolls are absolutely ono and definitely worth trying. I ordered the loco moco, which was good but a bit too salty for my taste. The mushroom chicken, however, was excellent and ended up being my favorite dish. Overall, I would recommend visiting for the restaurant experience and the baked goods, but be prepared that the bakery counter service may be hit or miss depending on when you go.

So nice I ate there thrice! Recently visited the island and wanted some yummy local food. This place came up several times when viewing food reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. Pleasantly surprised with the fresh flavors, great service and convenient location. Their pancakes rival the pancakes at Dupar's in Los Angeles. Highly recommend the bakery items as well to grab and take home on your way out. I was visiting for several days and we just kept going back because it was so good.

Liliha Bakery was on a lot of people's must-try lists, so we put it on ours. We came here for lunch and were seated outside. What was interesting was how many birds were trying to come and steal your food from the table! Be aware of that. Service was good, food was alright. I ordered a noodle dish with shrimp in it. But the shrimp sort of tasted very dry. Overall it was an alright spot. Tried their ube mochi thing as well and to me I didn't really enjoy it. A bit on the dry side as well. But maybe I would come back to try some other items.

We actually didn't plan to do dinner. I was told by many that the baked goods here were something special and worth trying. Knowing me, I was most interested in the dessert, but we ended up dining here on a whim. We had really great service when we dined in. I ordered the oxtail soup because I hadn't had it before, which fulfills my rule of trying new foods when I can. It was tasty, with a unique spice blend reminiscent of other beef soups I've had in the past. However, I was particularly wowed however by the complementary bread and raspberry jam. Call me simple, but the bread was actually the star of the show for me, perfectly soft and buttery. The location in Waikiki is perhaps a clear reminder that it is a tourism city. The atmosphere is that of fine dining. Not a bad place to grab a meal when on vacation in Honolulu.

The place is beautiful. Our server checked in on us several times. Our food was delicious. My daughters enjoyed the shrimp and pancakes. The pancakes were huge and my daughter wasn't able to finish them. The fried rice and loco moco was delicious. I recommend leaving room for desserts from the bakery! The only downside was that there isn't a kids menu.

Good bread pudding. Very good blueberry scones. Good mochi ball. Everyone likes their order, but we bought too much to eat it all fresh. What we ate fresh was fantastic, what we waited a day for was good. Quite a line, but it moved quickly. Looks like they are used to dealing with it and they did so nicely.

Having awesome experience at the Pearl City Liliha and in love with their butter mochi, we made a come back to the Waikiki one for the savory food. It was a nicer space that looked newer as well but the service was unfortunately super slow. We needed to call the servers for multiple times before our order was finally picked up and it took awhile before getting our food ready. Then we also weren't given the butter roll until we asked (deep frowned). Fortunately the Loco Moco made it up as it's so filling, the beef hamburg was juicy, and the gravy was well-seasoned with perfectly cooked sunny side up. The butter roll did earn it's spotlight being so fluffy and aromatic especially served warm and fresh!

We came as a large group of 16 people for brunch on our last day on the Island. A few days before my daughter and I stopped to buy some pastries to go and both times we went the place was packed! They serve complimentary bread while you wait for your orders and OMG that bread was to die for with their housemate jelly/spread. The Smoked pineapple pork belly I ordered had a bit of a kick but since the flavors were good I ate it all up. Their Mac salad is quite refreshing and the burger was extraordinary. My drink was the best! I could drink a whole pitcher of it in one sitting if it was bottomless refills! So refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. I highly recommend coming here but come early as the lines get crazy. On the flip side, if you get hungry while you wait, you can always sample their pastries which are all pretty darn good as well.

Stopped for breakfast and grabbed some pastries to go for later. So many good breakfast items to choose from like chocolate chip Mac nut waffle, porky belly items, Mahi Mahi & eggs plate, etc. The butter rolls they bring before your meal are so delicious we ordered some to go! Food: - Smoked pork belly Loco moco - two eggs plate - one half papaya - Butter rolllllls to go for a charge so good

Two classic coco puffs, matcha coco puff and Dubai chocolate coco puffs.

Best loco moco (hand formed patty that is grilled), large portions, good value (made excellent leftovers this morning) and friendly and efficient service. Also superb is the BLTA club sandwich. Ample pieces of bacon, creamy avocado on a freshly baked roll. A place to take visitors with plenty of kama'ainas enjoying their food too! Don't forget the coco puffs!

    Do they serve oatmeal?

    Yes of course

Are the Poi mochi donuts gluten-free?

I believe they contain wheat flour.....so no, they are not

    Any gluten free pancakes?

Unfortunately there is none, it's a small place but everything they do have is amazing!

Do they serve the Oxtail soup early in the morning or is it just breakfast items?

Lisa, they will serve oxtail soup in the morning if they have it prepared. Sometime they're still cooking the batch of oxtail soup for the day, and they don't have any to serve at the moment.

    Do you have Kamaiina discount?

    Was the service bad/ slow?

When we were there in May we had no issues with service. We were there at peak dinner time as well. The staff seemed very efficient and well organized.

Do they have outdoor seating at their nimitz location?

    No unfortunately

Is the full breakfast menu served all day?

    yes it is.

    Does this location take reservations?

Aloha David Thank you for your question .…

Had a glass of wine and baby had watered down lemonade. Her drinks were put in plastic cups with covers and those horrible paper straws. Eyes always bigger than my stomach, we ordered: - Cornbread - when i grabbed it I thought would be super dense but really wasn't. I thought it was very corny and tasty. Lightly toasted. Honey drizzle which wasn't too sweet...or maybe I just ate the parts that didn't have. Baby ate almost 1.5 pieces and even liked the Jalapeno Butter that I just dabbed on her bread. She said wasn't spicy but think she just didn't have enough. - Bone Marrow - lit it on fire to burn off the alcohol. Pretty sure it ddin't get it all so I cut baby off once I realized it. Other than needing some salt, really good. Choke mushrooms on top. One half was scrawny, but hubs had the other half for leftovers and choke marrow. YUM. - Sunchoke and Brussels - YUM. Baby ate some but was not really thrilled about it. I loved it. - Scallop and Mushroom Risotto - YUM. Delish. Baby liked it too. So much leftovers of everything. Realized when we ate it for leftovers it was all pretty oily and needed a pinch of salt. But otherwise great. Staff really nice and helpful. Love that the place is spread out and open. Bathrooms are not assigned which I'm sure can get gross, but is great to not have to wait for just the women's. There is a big stall which was perf since baby is potty training and had to go #1 and #2! Only thing missing was a hook to hang my purse and her bag. We ordered drinks and took around 15 mins to come, then we looked for our server to order our food. The appetizers cane out in a timely manner but our entrees took quite a while. The Duck Confit was yummy! I thought the duck was going to be super dry, but when you eat it with the jam that came with it, it's very good. I requested for a little bit more of the jam but was given just balsamic glaze... My friend said her scallop risotto was watery and not the same as the last time she went. My bfs prime rib was okay. Bone marrow was okay. The chicken pasta, octopus appetizer, salad, and mac n cheese were lacking flavor and tasted okay. I would recommend dining here if you do not have plans after.
