[[HIGHLIGHT]]if you're looking for a trendy night out with creative food and good drinks, this is the spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe inside is really nice kind of date night/lounge style.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I tried a few of their wings including the chipotle lime, al pastor, Thai chili dry, and the sweet spicy tamarind glaze. Flavor wise, they're definitely creative and actually pretty good overall. The chipotle lime had a nice smoky tang, and the al pastor was interesting but a little more sauce forward than crispy wing forward. The Thai chili dry wings were probably my favorite, sweet, spicy, and more balanced. The tamarind glaze was sticky and flavorful, but on the sweeter side. I really love how crispy their wings are.
Fairly inventive cocktail list. We tried a few apps and a pizza and found all of the food to be above average. The service staff and hostess were friendly and inviting. Nothing remarkable but a good solid choice when staying in town. The menu and drink list published on the website was somewhat different than the menu we encountered when dining here. Not a dealbreaker but I did want to try a cocktail from their online menu that was not available in person. It happens.
If I could give this 10 starts I would. The food here is amazing and fresh from everything to dips, salad, pizza, fried chicken, Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese I've had it all at once oh and let's not forget the dessert. I'm not a dessert person but the option available I had to try 1 and ended up trying 3. Got the chance to meat the chef and gave him his flowers. The service was great drinks were flowing and it was packed for a Friday night. Caesar Salad was delicious but in all honesty, it's pretty hard to mess up a Caesar salad. The greens were fresh and crisp. The croutons were clearly homemade and delicious, the Parmesan cheese was plenty default and more a mix of grated and pieces. The hummus really good not too garlicy The service was OK. Not overly attentive or responsive and maybe just a hair less than I would've liked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They sat us outside, albeit under the tent, which made it a bit cool and drafty[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
A few friends and I went to Lilly's one weekend for Brunch. The restaurant was already busy, luckily we had a reservation for three. We were given the option of inside or outside, and considering it was a beautiful warm day, we opted for outside. For an appetizer we ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts. They were absolutely delicious, and I had ti stop myself from eating all of them before sharing. For our main course we each ordered our own pizzas. When I found out they had an eggs Benny WITH gf crust available, I was 100% in. I still dream about this pizza and the moment I can go back to order another. Even with leftovers, this pizza reheated perfectly in the oven. Overall, parking was easy, it was a bit crowded but not overstuffed, prices were reasonable, and I definitely recommend a reservation. Can't wait to get back there!
I absolutely enjoyed our Brunch at Lilly's. The decor and high-top booths were my favorite. The team was very accommodating. Even though we did not have reservations because of timing, we were able to take advantage of an availability that came up for our party. This came highly recommended by fellow Yelpers. We had such a full nice spread of deliciousness. Everything we had was great! For starters, we had the Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheese, Brussels Sprouts, Truffle Pizza, and the Corned Beef Hash. The Fried Chicken was seasoned and flavored well. A solid dish that was not overdone but perfectly done. Although the shell Mac and Cheese was not the typical style, it was still tasty comfort food. I requested the Brussels sprouts to be without Caesar dressing, which were roasted to perfection, and the crispy flakiness tasted delicious. Finally, the Truffle Pizza was a solid pizza and great sharable. The stand out was the Corned Beef Hash. What was surprising was they did not have Hot Chocolate. But overall it was a yummy brunch experience.
Went there with my friends for a last-minute brunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have to say they really outdid themselves decorating for Christmas. It was a nice vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The appetizers were great. The drinks were amazing. The food was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only thing I didn't like was we had a waiter first and I guess they changed shift and usually before that way to leave they will say listen I gotta leave somebody else is gonna take over and come to do stuff so we know who's dealing with us We were looking for a waiter nowhere to be found to order drinks. I was probably 20 minutes to thirty minutes we were waiting. I looked one of my friends ended up going to I think the hostess or somebody to let them know that I was waiting to order. Nobody came so I waited again fifteen minutes then I went to the bar and I asked the bartender if she kindly will be able to get us drinks that I was waiting for a long time for a waiter. She was very kind and got us the drinks. I apologize to going to her being that she was in our waitress she was the bar she was behind the bar, taking care of the people behind the bar so somebody finally came. We ordered a drink. Then the young man was also nice enough to give us complementary shots. I guess it was for the wait or the inconvenience which was nice, but if things are gonna change, I think they should let the customer know even if the other waiter had an emergency or something like that. Let us know. Listen, he left, but we have somebody new to take care of your service but other than that everything else was good. The atmosphere was good. We had a good time. We were there for hours, so you know for us making sure we had good service or drinks was important But again he was nice to us and gave us complimentary shots which was nice of him so it is a place if you in White Plains have to try.
Came here for a Sunday night date night - we had made a reservation on OpenTable but didn't need it as there were plenty of open tables. We chose to sit outside where the music was way quieter than inside; the heaters were plentiful and there was only a bit of a chill when someone opened the door. The food was all delicious - there's nothing I wouldn't eat again. We had: - Brussels sprouts - salmon tartare - burrata - ricotta croquettes - truffle mac & cheese - grilled octopus Along with the sangria, this was a delightful dinner!
brunch spot in white plains. service is kind of slow, but then again they get super busy on the weekends so reservations recommended. I love how they have specials for the complimentary mimosas as well! the pizza was delectable but very rich... we had leftovers with only 2-3 pizzas for our party of 6-7 people. it's dark and moody inside but super bright in the tent outside whichh IMO didn't really match the vibe but oh well. the brightness was good for brunch (but it is next to a parking lot so FYI).

Great location tucked into an Italian food-driven part of town. We drove in after the Bronx Zoo on a Monday night and were happy to find outdoor seating available. The service was very polite and well staffed! If I could recommend any drink it would be a margarita. I usually cannot find fresh tasting margaritas that remind me of the beach. This one was perfectly well balanced. The Chilean Sauvignon Blanc however is not something I recommend, I don't think I'd recommend this place to continue carrying it. The food was great. We were so happy the menu had all different kinds of yummy options. Also it all came out quickly. The tuna tartare was delish! The short rib had the best polenta I've had in the while and the carnitas tacos had all the flavors you want in a taco! The bacon and prosciutto pizza was great as well. Thin crust, oven baked, light sauce and not an overbearing amount of toppings. I would totally order all of that again. The carne Adana pizza we brought home and were not impressed by it. Came here for brunch. It was pretty good. The service was a little slow considering there weren't many tables occupied. Our food was good. They have a nice brunch menu,however i wish there were more meatless choices available. We started off with the Brussels sprouts and I got avocado toast which I thought wouldn't be anything special but the avocados were very fresh and tasty. My boyfriend got the brunch burger with fries, which he was very happy with. They serve a free mimosa with your order which is also a nice touch. We thought the free drinks would be watered down but you could taste the champagne and the juice was fresh. I enjoyed brunch here and I would be back to try their dinner menu ! read more
One of the most wonderful Saturday afternoon, my husband's friend and I went there for brunch. This place has a wonderful dishes and I really don't know where I should start. I ordered virgin mojito for drink. Normally most of the other place mix simple syrup and carbonated water, but this place has the best one. As a starter we order Brussels sprouts. It was so tender crispy was extremely delicious and full of flavor. Secondly, we orders short ribs. Steak was so delicious and when you touch it, it falls apart was so nicely cooked. for my entrees, I ordered fig and arugula pizza. so delicious and dough was so crispy nicely cooked. the desserts were the signature part of the day. We ordered Creme brulee, Peanut butter cake, and apple cobbler. everything was so delicious and amazing Apple Cobbler, apples were so delicious and sour on the hot skillet with scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is one of our local favorites. Love the variety of tapas and cocktails. We got some of our favorites and tried the crispy asparagus and ricotta croquettes for the first time which were delicious. Cute little spot, nice bar, outdoor seating. We will be back I am sure. read more

I've been meaning to try Lilly's for a while now and glad I finally did. The ambiance is very nice, I love their outdoor patio setup. The service was very good and super quick and friendly. Food was coming out quickly also. The pizza was really good, good flavors, not too doughy, crust was soft but not super floppy. The dessert was my favorite here, I got the peanut butter chocolate mousse and it almost tasted like a snickers? Super delicious, highly recommend the dessert. The only issue I had which I was surprised I didn't like since it was well reviewed were the ricotta croquettes. Not my cup of tea, they came out super fast and were very hot and almost seemed microwaved? Which gave the inside a foamy texture. I would expect a ricotta ball like this to be on the creamy side inside. Maybe it's just not my thing and other people like it so suit yourself and give it a shot. Delicious! Great spot in White Plains to go with friends and large groups. The tapas are so delicious and the cocktails are right on point. My favorite was the Papas Brava! Crispy delicious potatoes. Their pizza was also really good and perfect for sharing. The food came out super fast which was surprising considering how many dishes we ordered plus we were 8 people. We weren't disappointed though because it gave us plenty of time to finish everything :) read more

Favorite spot in white plains for brunch and dinner! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very chill and causal. The summers here are nice because of how aesthetically outdoor dining is set up. For brunch, the French toast is a must try. It is so delicious and sweet, I didn't even need the syrup. Their brunch portions are also large so I would stick to just the entrees unless you're absolutely starving. For dinner, the pizzas are great for couples and bigger groups. For couples, a pizza and 1 entree is the perfect portion. If you love brussel sprouts, they are a must have here! My favorite pizza is the clam pizza, with the only downside being that sometimes it is a little too salty. I truly enjoy dining at Lilly's and always keep them as my go to spot for when friends from out of town. Definitely must try at least once! read more

We headed to Lilly's for dinner on Valentine's Day since I'm gluten free and most of the menu can be made gluten free! We started with the pizza which was better than the average gf pizza. The entrees we ordered were specials for the day and both delicious. We will definitely be back again to try more things. read more
We had a family meet up at Lilly's not too long ago. Lilly's is a restaurant in the gastropub mold, serving an wife range of dishes ranging from artesian pizzas, to fish, steak, burgers and brunch items. The atmosphere was pretty good. The noise level was fine even though it was crowded and the tables and seats were clean and comfortable. We sat on the patio which was really cool and optically pleasing even though it faces a big municipal parking lot. The first thing I noticed was that the service was preposterously bad. Possibly the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. I don't even think we had a waiter who served us, I think it was a bus boy. It was really hard to interact with him. He had a hard time taking our order and we had to repeat things over and over. Also, we had to ask multiple times for straws, napkins and cutlery. It was really ridiculous, these essential things should be given to patrons off the bat, not after they request them 3 or 4 times. Also I was really not pleased with the soaking wet straws we were giving, not the dirty cutlery. Not the best start to our experience at Lilly's. For my meal, I ordered 3 dishes to try and share. I got the tuna tartare which was mixed with a grapefruit vinaigrette and cilantro and served with guacamole and chips, the fried brussel sprouts with Parmesean and a Caesar dressing and the Mediterranean salad which came with romaine, romano beans, tomatoes, onions, peppers, cucumbers, olives, avocado, feta, radishes, chives and a red wine dressing. I was not impressed with any of it and two of the items were poor in my opinion. The tuna tartar vinaigrette had a one dimension flavor profile, was excessively salty and some of the bits of fish were really tough. Tough tuna...not a good sign. The brussel sprouts looked amazing but were so oily, it made them inedible. Literally every bite resulted in a mouthful of tepid cooking oil gushing out, which was revolting. Finally, the salad was average, like something you'd get in Panera or that you'd make at home. It did have lots of good ingredients and was nice to eat and was clearly the best dish of the ones I ordered. I do want to mention that our kids did like the pizza. I didn't try it, but it did look quite nice. That aside, the other dishes like the eggs and the burgers were not a hit unfortunately and went uneaten. Just to circle back to the service, our bus boy/waiter brought a team of bus boys with him to serve our plates and it was a disaster. They were basically dropping everything on the table and didn't remember who ordered what so we had to either exchange dishes or remind him where 12 peoples dishes went. It was oafish and clumsy and really annoying. Finally, the staff didn't come around to check on us, offer drink refills, ask if we needed anything, ask if wanted dessert, and didn't bring us a check without us searching for it. Poor service all around, very displeased. Lilly's gets 1 star from me. Not at all happy with the food, service or experience and would absolutely not return. Summary: Food - 1 out of 5. The best part of what I ordered was a salad my kid could create. The other dishes were sub par. Amibance - 4 out of 5. I really liked the patio. The vibe was cool and comfortable. Service - 1 out of 5 stars. Atrocious service by poorly trained staff. Value - 1 out of 5 stars. The prices werent bad per se but the food quality was much lower than expected thus making the value poor. Overall - 1.75 stars rounded down to 1 in particular because of the terrible service and lackluster food. read more

Found this spot while working a Conference in the White Plains area. The outdoor patio area is a must -- ambiance is incredible for a date night. Started with the wine on tap which was at a great price point for a half carafe of Chardonnay which was tremendous. Our server was kind and attentive. We decided to get a sampling of small plates and a pizza. The burrata was stunningly tasty with bread to mop it up. Crispy Brussels were great but can be shared amongst 4 people easily. Fried chicken was a perfect salty sweet combo expertly fried. Pizza was coal fired style apizza with a deliciously sweet and tangy sauce and perfect crisp. Brava read more

Nice elegant, quaint place to enjoy a nice brunch. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor is nice and spacious, great for social distancing. We were a party of 10 and were not squished together. There isn't a time limit for seating. I'm not sure if there is one if you're seated indoors. The menu is quite extensive with some very interesting items. We ordered the following: Lobster Roll which comes with lobster meat, lettuce and red cabbage. You prepare the roll yourself. It was very tasty. The short rib, which was so so so so tender and delicious! 3 of us actually shared it. Bee Sting pizza and the mushroom pizza, both were great and big enough for 4 people to share. We had Bellini's and Mimosas. Not too sure if they were bottomless, however they only bring one at a time. You must ask for another order when you're done. They do not serve sangria in the carafe's btw. You must order that individually. For the service; initially our server was not very tentative. We had to ask several times for utensils and napkins. Towards the end, he was tentative and repeatedly asking if we were ok. Overall, great place to brunch with your girlfriends. read more

Truly enjoyed our experience at Lilly's today. Service by Manny was awesome. He was attentive, kind and gave great recommendations! The manager came by to check on the table as well. Awesome staff. The food was delicious. The wait wasn't long at all either. Of four meals ordered, just one was a little bland until we requested some balsamic vinaigrette. Portion size was very good as well. The dessert: bread pudding was good and the crème brûlée was phenomenal! I will definitely be visiting again!!! read more

Three stars because the place is really pretty and the French fries are amazing. But that's about it. The ambiance was nice- they had the soccer game on and that was cool, but the pizza was bland and tasteless. I stole a bunch of fries from my friends food. The service was also okay at best- the server kept rushing us to order and I didn't like that. read more

This is truly one of my favorite places in New York. My boyfriend and I have been twice and have absolutely adored each visit. The atmosphere, the service, the food, ALL incredible. My partner and I have had two date nights here and had the same waitress each time. We just have to shout out Nicole for being one of the best waitresses I have ever had serve me. Not only is she sweet as a button but she is professional and has NEVER gotten anything wrong. We went on Saturday night after a horrible experience as Chat American Grill and she went out of her way to make our night better. The managers, the staff, and everyone who works at Lilly's are the best. Thank you for having us and we can't wait to dine with you again! read more

Atmosphere is nice. We came for Restaurant Month but we were advised that the weekends weren't part of it. Food was decent nothing overwhelming. Our Server was lackluster but seemed to be a bit more in to it with other tables. read more

Do they do anything special when celebrating a birthday?
Most restaurants do something for someone's bday. When you make your reservation mention you are celebrating a birthday and ask if they can do something special.
Does this have outdoor seating? Can I bring my little dog?
Yes there is outdoor seating but I do not think pets are allowed
How would this work for a multi generation family dinner -10 people aged 4 to 70- on a Saturday night? I'd go around 6:30. I'd hate it if it was too noisy there
