Good ambience and decor creates an upscale vibe for the place and the food quality considerably matches the feel here. It was packed for Friday evening with consistent footfalls as well as takeouts. The service was slow to begin with, as well had to call the server to our table. But once the order was put in, it came out pretty quickly. The appetizers were flavorful and done well. The lamb chops were fresh and tender as well as the paneer kebabs. The biryani was tasty and the Rogan Josh had tender meat as well. Schewan fried rice - 3.5/5 very good, just super spicy. I got the medium heat Chicken buttered masala - 5/5 very creamy, rich, tons of chicken and had a very low spice Mint and lime naan - 3/5 couldn't tell the flavor but good bread add it to the meals Mango Lassi 4/5 - very good flavor, thick, definitely helps if something's too spicy. This place in Apex was delightful! From the outside, it doesn't seem as spacious as it truly is. There are two rooms, one for dining and one for lounging. However you can order food for both. The decor is amazing inside the lounge where we sat. There is a huge, huge screen on the far left wall which plays music videos, hopefully they'll show some world cup games. My idea so hope you get me VIP status. Our host PRAVIN did a terrific job. He was attentive throughout even though the lounge had at least 30 people. His ability and confidence in suggestion menu options was uncanny. The food is most certainly spicy, even if you get mild so I'd ask for a small sample prior to unless you like the heat. I've been coming to this Lemon Lime location regularly with my family, but over the past few visits, I've noticed the food quality going downhill. Today's experience was especially disappointing our food came out cold, and we had to inform the server twice. When I mentioned it, I clarified that I'd understand if the food had been sitting out for 15 minutes, but it had only arrived a few minutes earlier, so it shouldn't have been cold. Hoping this location improves, as it used to be one of our favorites. read more

If you are looking for fine dining and also love Indian food - I've got the place for you! Lime and Lemon in Beaver Creek, Apex is truly awesome. The first thing you see on the way in is the decor - luxurious from the first step in the door. There's the dining room up front that is just beautiful. Soft seating and tablecloths. Gorgeous. Then you walk down a little hallway to the bar area. Gasp. Welcome to metropolitan anyfancycity . Peacock Blue banquettes and marble. Sophistication everywhere. I took two pictures, but missed getting the natural stone over the fireplace with natural markings that look a lot like Vishnu. We had drinks and a few apps - Madu Vada and Veg Samosa. All of the chutneys - including the tamarind chutney are house made. So good. In the bar, they have a big screen playing club music from the 80s to 00s, but it's not obnoxiously loud. The food and service are as excellent as you would expect from Lime and Lemon; we have been going to the Chapel Hill location for a few years. However, this new location's design is a serious barrier. In the main Dining Hall, booths are almost not usable as they are far too tight, and other tables are also very closely spaced. The Lounge is a very cool space, but the main central area of it has also been stuffed with too much closely spaced seating. We love love the food, but honestly not sure we will return to dine in until the seating is improved. read more

The newly opened Lime n' Lemon at Beaver Creek, Apex! Hands down one of the best Indian spots I've been to lately. We opted for the lounge and the atmosphere is impressive: a spacious setting with comfortable couches to lounge in, a big screen, and  nice, chill vibes that makes it perfect for groups or a relaxed evening out. The place seems quite a popular spot for Ladies Night Out. All the times I've been there, I've always seen tables with a happy bunch of ladies having the time of their life! The staff are attentive without being intrusive, and service is quick -- you never feel like you're waiting around. The menu is a delightful mix of classics and surprises -- The beetroot cutlet gave me major Indian Coffee House vibes with that ubiquitous beetroot. You can never go wrong with nostalgia! the Nool Porotta was perfectly flaky, and the Egg Veechu Porotta was rich and satisfying.  The Fish Moilee was a dream drenched in luscious coconut milk and the Karampodi Chicken hit all the right notes. Spicy heaven! But the real MVP? Praveen at the bar, over which he rules with immaculate style and excellent attention to detail. The first time we were there, I had asked for a cocktail requiring a liqueur they did not stock at the time. He promised to stock it for my next visit and true to his word, he had it ready -- brought it over before I even asked. He also remembered my request from last time and whipped together another delicious concoction he confidently claimed I'd like. He wasn't wrong. This kind of attention to detail and care for taste is rare - makes the experience unforgettable and ups the hospitality several notches higher. Oh, and don't skip the paan shots. The food is good, and our server was excellent but the hostess is so unpleasant and difficult to communicate. I myself had several bad encounters with her, and observed her mistreating other people who were in line to get help. Rolling her eyes, big sighs, cutting me off before I finish my sentence - seems like she can't speak english very well so very difficult to understand her. Four of us met for supper at this new Lime & Lemon. We have eaten at other L&L locations and always been delighted with the food/drinks/service. This new location lived up to our expectations. Special praise to our server, Ayaan Sheitch (hope I spelled that correctly), who was always there when we needed him, helpful with advice with respect to ordering and has a great personality. Everyone was pleased with the drinks he recommended for them. All of us were happy with the food we ordered. It arrived quite quickly and was served hot from the kitchen.
