Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. My amazing salesman Tod acted as if he was buying the car with me, assisting my family through every step of the buying process. The dealership owner, Peter, was also a delight. He just has a warm and welcoming presence about him, and I can't think of anyone I would rather buy a car from. Check this place out next time you're looking for new transportation. Even if a Lincoln is too expensive for you, they have used options at more than reasonable prices. Please take a look at the FACTS that substantiate that Bloomington Lincoln misrepresented the car. UPDATE 2/26/26 TURBO had to be REPLACED TRANSMISSION had to be REBUILT Lincoln of BLOOMINGTON NEVER input my car in system as certified. Lincoln CORPORATE informed me. So I have all the supporting documentation that it was sold to me as such as well as the printout of how it shows in the system. FRAUD. UPDATE 2/17/26 My car is still at Lincoln here in Vegas waiting for parts to REBUILD the transmission. Fortunately, I have the time stamped photos, detailed videos, etc. from Lincoln of Bloomington as well as from the moment it arrived showing the filth, empty tank of gas, damage, etc. Please also note the photos and repair invoices. UPDATE 2/4/26 The car is at the mechanic at team Lincoln again here in Vegas and they said it needs a TRANSMISSION OVERHAUL. I've driven it less that 300 miles since I've owned it as this is now the 5th week it's in the shop... Should never have been sold in this condition. Remote purchased 22 navigator black label CERTIFIED. Positive: Jessica in the titling department is fantastic! Negative: Lots of confusion and they agreed then didn't agree to pay shipping. Went back and forth until finally they agreed to pay after I requested they listened to the recorded lines to see I was in fact being honest that I was told that. Process took a long time because "certification process" and "detailing" to ensure the vehicle was perfect for me when it arrived. Please see all the photos to see just how "perfect" the vehicle arrived... Was also NOT shown all the discrepancies that I was shown in the video prior to purchase. They clearly hid crucial items that would have deterred me from purchasing the car. Car also arrived with a crooked steering wheel which I'm really hoping is just from needing an alignment which I also have a hard time understanding why they didn't take care of that prior to selling it to me or at least be honest and lmk that prior to purchase. Covers for wireless charging and cupholders are also broken. Had to replace entire center console. Had to put in a new battery as none of the welcome lights were functioning properly and display read battery low. Also had to replace the whole wiper component as the entire thing was broken. Seats INCREDIBLY worn for a vehicle with such low mileage. I wish I had never purchased this vehicle as it was clearly falsely advertised to me and misrepresented. Disappointing for a LCPO I trusted they would have the honesty and integrity to be truthful and straight forward with everything, however; that was not the case. Date of purchase: 08/31/2024 Purchased a used vehicle: 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali (170,008 miles) Complaint(s): 1st - I sent a video to the salesman 2 days after purchasing the vehicle of a very strange and loud noise coming from underneath the car. He said its roughly a $300 fix from his shop. Didn't mention helping to fix problem, just said bring it in for repairs. 2nd - New tires were put onto the vehicle prior to purchase. Low tire pressure dashboard light came on every other day for front passenger side tire and rear driver side (really poor seal on rim). 3rd - the engine made a very loud and strange noise coming home from work on October 15th. Sent a video to my mechanic and he thought it was a broken lifter. Brought it to the shop and received a diagnosis of the broken lifter, with shredded metal inside the engine on November 12th, 2024. New engine is required now after 2,000 miles and multiple issues occurring shortly after purchase. Company is saying they will not cover fix, cost to replace engine is $7000. Will reduce price of new vehicle by $2000 but trade in of current Yukon offering $8000 for trade-in. Current mileage on vehicle (172,271). Dealer denies clearing codes prior to purchase (mechanics computer shows a clearance of codes after dealership purchased vehicle or took in trade). Won't help me with cost to fix car, only referred to another mechanic. Dealerships GM's definition of "helping me out" was only net profiting the dealership; whether it be to help fix, or trade in the Yukon for another car on the lot. Highly recommend staying away from any used vehicle this dealership sells. They don't inspect them per their GM. They also say - "bring your mechanic with" after the purchase of course. read more

My son purchased his first "new to him" used car on Jan 9. 16 days later on the 25th the check engine light came on and started flashing. We were able to get the car to our mechanic who discovered multiple codes and problems with the engine. In fact, he stated that a new motor would be necessary for the vehicle to run. We immediately called the dealership to inquire if they would provide us any assistance since we only had the car for little over two weeks before it completely broke down. At first, they said they may be able to help us with a discount on the repairs, but the next day said there was nothing they were willing to do. Completely disappointed that this dealership has no integrity and we fully suspect that they knew about the issues when they sold it to us and cleared the codes. DO NOT buy from there! read more

DON'T EVEN WALK THROUGH THE DOORS I test drove an SUV there and was very excited about it. I told them upfront that I was getting financing elsewhere. Didn't seem like a problem but they wanted to show me what they could offer me as well, so they showed me the numbers. They didn't look too bad. I told them I would contact them the next morning. I texted them that same evening and asked if I could drive it to my mechanic the next day and have it looked at. They said...Yes! No problem and that I would need to just sign a Price Proposal and Rental Agreement when I get there for the car tomorrow. That was ok with me. So, it's now the next day...which is actually today...the day I'm writing this review.... Upon sitting down with Olga, I was greeted by the manager Chris. The first thing he tells me is that all of their vehicles go through 160 point inspection so the car has already been thoroughly looked over and since it's an older car(2017), my mechanic will find things wrong with it. He continued to try and tell me why it's not necessary for me to take it my mechanic. I told him I trust nobody but I'm gonna trust my mechanic of 20 years over the words of someone I just met. He told me I would need full coverage insurance to drive it off the lot. Olga showed him the copy of my full coverage insurance policy that she made the night before when I test drove the car. He said ok and walked away. I decided last night that I was going to go ahead and finance through them. They then showed me the Price Proposal and the numbers were nowhere close to the numbers they had shown me yesterday. I was a little irritated but was still willing to work with the numbers they gave me. Olga then hand wrote the numbers on the Price Proposal that I wanted and asked me to sign it. I told her I would feel more comfortable if her handwritten numbers were typed up and put into the Price Proposal like all the other numbers were. She walked away to have that done. While she was gone, Chris popped back up and said, i don't mean to be rude but we need you to fill out the credit application before we can let you take it to your mechanic He said it will only take 15 mins and then you can take it to your mechanic. I told him that I was just not comfortable with that and I had never heard of such a thing and that I was going to just leave. He simply said...Ok So I left... but it's not over.... Within 3 minutes, Olga called me and left me a voicemail wondering what happened. I texted her and told her why I left. She told me that they were trying to save me the time from driving back and forth to the mechanic and save me the money my mechanic would charge me to look at my car A few mins later I get a text from Brian(another manager) telling me that I needed to have full coverage insurance to drive it off the lot and the Price Proposal numbers needed to be agreed upon before I could take it to my mechanic. I told him that I gave them my insurance card last night showing them that I had full coverage! It was required to test drive the car also known as driving it off the lot. Next, He told me that the only way they could get close to my numbers was to do 60mo financing. That's exactly what I wanted and asked for in the first place. Those were the handwritten numbers that Olga wrote on the Price Proposal that I asked her to have typed into the Proposal instead of being hand written. She was gone taking care of that when Chris popped up. Brian then told me he was "chalking it up" to a learning moment and would work with Olga. That's my experience. Seems like shady business practices with a lot of miscommunication within that company. I'm not sure if they were hiding any major mechanical issues or not on that car but putting the blame on Olga was not at all correct. Olga was amazing. It's rare to find such a bubbly, kind-hearted, happy, positive, funny person. Keep that up Girl but go give that energy to a more deserving company PROCEED WITH CAUTION AT THIS PLACE!!!!!! read more

Read all the other poor reviews for this place and don't get your vehicle serviced here and don't purchase a vehicle. I used this service organization exclusively on 5 different vehicles that I purchased from this organization. I had frequent issues with their service and I am not going to jump into all of that as I would be sitting here writing this review for a long time. Just know that the issues are not what you would expect from service organization that knows how to treat customers. Most recently, they replaced a part on my truck wrong part and when I reached out to a sales manager there he looped in there support team and they didn't even take the time to reach out to me to understand what was wrong. I will say that working with Greg in service was one of the only reasons I continued to work with them as he seems to be one of the only people there that understands what good customer service is. So Greg, if you are reading this, maybe consider going to an organization that puts as effort into things as you do. I can't image that you are happy here. I had the red bow experience. You know the one, the one you day dreamed about watching Christmas car commercials. I had the red bow experience and I have my husband and Lincoln of Bloomington to thank for it. A few weeks prior, my husband had brought me in to Lincoln of Bloomington just to "look", as we had been noticing the Lincoln Aviator and wanted to see inside. You barely sneak in the door before you might have an encounter with the shark, Lexi. ( I say this in jest, as I am so thankful that we worked with Lexi.) She recognized us as new blood that walked into the store, and swooped right in. The crazy part is that within five minutes of sizing me up...(Middle aged mom who had been driving a large third row vehicle with 2 teenage kids) she had me directed to a different vehicle that was a much better fit for me. She asked if I really still needed that third row, and I told her so very rarely for seating passengers, but I couldn't give up the huge trunk. She quickly told me that is what she thought I would say and she walked me over to the Lincoln Nautilus, which is parked in my garage today. On the day of the surprise, when I walked in the door, we were told that the vehicle my husband wanted me to look at had been sold, but that I could have a peek to see if I liked the color combinations. I was walked into a parking bay to be surprised with a beautiful new car adorned by a bow with a sorry sold sign with my name on it, and after joking that our teenage girls loved expensive Starbucks coffee a drink holder with coffee for the family waited on the console. It was cute that so many of the employees were just as excited as my family to surprise me. They were all like kids at Christmas. We had such a great experience working with Lexi and Austin. Of course just like any other car dealer, they want the sale, but they were excited for us too. They even worked to give my husband a more impressive deal than the original offer. I'm not surprised to see your Yelp rating struggling. Upon finding a great looking used Yukon XL Denali, we were told that the delivery date would be April 4th. We were willing to make this work even though my wife had no vehicle due to hers being totaled. We put $1000 down as earnest money under the guise of a delivery date of April 4th. Not even one week later they told us it would be the end of April or first week in May. Seems convenient that shortly after taking our earnest money you changed the delivery date. We were extremely transparent in our need for a vehicle quickly...far more transparent than this shady dealership. When we re-explained the urgency of our vehicle need, the dealership went with "our refund policy say X". Nice. Multiple respectful emails (no return calls mind you) back and forth and leadership here decided to keep our $1000. This, for a vehicle that clearly would sell before it even reaches your lot. If the vehicle actually exists, that is. Very selfish and greedy business decision by leadership. Too bad. I would never recommend this dealership! We ordered a 2023 black label navigator back in April. They told us it would be ready in the middle of July. My husband got a txt message NOT A CALL from our sales person (who we would never recommend) call me back about ur vehicle it's urgent, not saying why it's urgent or anything just that! He then txted again 3 hrs later saying call me back before 6 (this was at 5:38) or ur vehicle order will be cancelled. Well my husband did not get back to them until about 6:15 because he works!!! And he said Lincoln can't put tvs in your vehicle anymore but wanted to know if you would like to continue the order but bc it's past the 48hr deadline to respond your order is now canceled. Our sales person didn't even call us 48hrs in advance!! He warned us about this less then 24 hrs in advance, and during working hrs! So needless to say we don't get our dream vehicle when we wanted and will be shopping at another location! We will never refer anyone to this dealership ever. While I am not an overall fan of the car-buying process, our recent experience here wasn't bad for the category. True, the inevitable 'sit in our waiting room' moments did occur, but they were few. Sales was attentive without being overly intrusive [Vince Lucas is excellent] and even the finance person was helpful and effective in working for us. They have a large used car selection and do quite a volume of sales so they can legitimately operate on slimmer margins--yielding better values to the shopper. Also they carry clout with Capital One for financing too--because of the volume they do with them. All told, as pleasant of a shopping & purchasing experience as I've had--probably ever. They never reached out to me after the purchase to fix the cosmetics. I had to keep emailing to get it done. Their lifetime power train warranty is awesome. Only beef I have with that, is when I brought it in for an oil change under that warranty. I called ahead and scheduled the appointment. When I showed up. They told me it will be about an hour. i went to this dealer to look at a pre owned 2019 ford Taurus from ontario, the sales lady that helped me was nice but also made me feel uncomfortable at times. I was told the vehicle would be washed, detailed, and gassed up ready to go when I got there, however that was not done at all the car was dirty and had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. the dealer also failed to correctly register the vehicles color properly they registered it as black but the vehicle is white. My credit was pulled several times even though I made it very clear I wasn't going to finance through them, I literally came in with an approval from my bank. The front bumper has a partial crack in it, which was not told to me. I also was told their is only 1 key since it's being sold "as is" that's complete and utter bullshit what dealer sells a $27,000 car with only 1 key, I assume they just didn't care enough to get a second key, because really your a Lincoln dealer how much does a spare ford fob really cost you guys. overall this dealer really does suck, I will never come back and I can't help but feel completely unsatisfied, taken advantage of and honestly embarrassed I choose to even buy the vehicle from these clowns after dealing with what I had to deal with. I bought a vehicle and a week after purchase a headlight went out. I replaced and it on my own time and notified the sales person. Shortly after another light went out as well as license plate lights...again notified sales person to schedule an appointment. I had it in recently and they told me my alternator was overcharging... all alternators are over charged and I believe they were trying to scam $1,000 out of me for a $200 alternator... on top of that I was being yelled at over the phone by ROB trying g to resolve who would pay for expense even after I told the salesman... poor dealership, poor management, poor business.. 10/10 would not reccomend. read more

Let me just start off by saying... I have NOT purchased a vehicle here and have never even been to their lot. I found a very nice, low miles pickup on their website. I live over two hours away and work night shift. On my way down it dawned on me that I had better call ahead and make sure the vehicle is not sold. First contact was Monday morning, they couldn't find the vehicle and I was put on hold... Then, they tell me the truck is in MICHIGAN and didn't make the transport. It was supposed to be delivered over the weekend but had not arrived yet. They would contact me when it did arrive. Tuesday, no arrival. Wednesday, no arrival. Throughout this entire time I got the automated "text" messages asking if they can communicate via text, I reply yes. Never heard from again. Even texted the numbers back (7 times) to see if they had just forgotten or gotten too busy.... Obviously, they did. It's currently Wednesday afternoon and I have not heard back from them, and I'm still guessing they aren't sure where the vehicle they are selling on their website even is. read more

My free Lincoln maintenance went well and I had no issues. After the free maintenance term ended Service always pressured me to spend more - soon I went to a different dealer. Later I went back for some recall work. This was a mistake! My car made it home but needed to be towed to a DIFERENT dealer the next day. After 13 days and $$$ of effort I have a working vehicle. Multiple questionable (as to how they occurred) items were fixed. This vehicle had never had a repair up until this point. I have my suspicions. I am NEVER going to Bloomington Lincoln again! We went to this dealership to look at a used Lincoln. We brought a Chrysler 300 to trade. They tried to low ball us on the trade-in, but since I had a trade-in quote from a different dealership they worked on the price of the vehicle we purchased from them. We went in with a pre-approval from our bank. They tried umpteen different ways to beat our bank's interest rate but couldn't. Even so, they tried to trick us at the end into using their bank. They said we could make the first three payments and then refinance through our bank. He said that way they would get their kickback. My wife and I were confused and set him straight. We wrote them a check for the purchase and had our bank put the money into our account. They cashed the check immediately. It has been a month and we are still waiting for them to send the payout for the car we traded in! It is starting to affect my standing with our bank. They are holding my paychecks and I have a mortgage payment to make! We were also supposed to be able to schedule a service to bring the vehicle back and have the alignment checked because it was pulling to the left a bit during the test drive, but the availability they offered me didn't work with our work schedules. I don't know that I would trust them at this point, so I'm not bringing it back to them. Beware if you choose to go here. read more

Worst service department I've ever had to deal with with. Spent 30+ thousand dollars on a truck. They agreed to replace a cracked drivers mirror. And I've driven 20 miles on 4 different days off since the beginning of April because they either broke the replacement, got the wrong parts shipped, on and on and on as I sit here Now 58 minutes in to my 4th trip here for this. I was just informed they received the wrong part and some one is off do another dealer to get one... beyond done with this. I'm 100% they will not offer anything for the constant inconvenience. It took 3 days for them to contact us that our car was STOLEN off their lot, on a Monday afternoon, DURING store hours. Our insurance covered the loan, however, this DEALERSHIP KEPT our down payment. Bought a jeep not even two months through. First there was no key for roof racks dealership refused to buy a key for them so I thought big deal. I bought a key for the roof racks. Second I have locking lug nuts but no key for them they promised me someone would call to set up a appointment with me, nobody called called to talk to a manager he said someone will call me back. never happened again. my battery went out and front windshield wiper fluid stop working at that time called again got everything worked out. Had to reschedule twice because of bad roads and weather. Finally made it up there to find out that I had to pay for washer fluid to get fixed and knew battery but they would take care of the lug nuts. I got so irritated and just left because one person told me something that they would cover it and another person said no. would highly recommend never go to this dealership. Car buying isn't the most fun experience ever. It gets even less fun when every dealer seems to need you to actual walk in and twist arms to get their "Best price that is actually lower than we said our previous best price was." After helping my girlfriend through her car buying experience I've learned two important things: 1. Stay away from franchise dealerships (Morries, Luther, Walser, etc). Their margins are a lot larger (because a parent company is making a profit too), and the sales people seem to be a lot less able to negotiate. We often got the "our hands are tied" or "that price is our best price." The problem is, after walking out the door, showing them more competitive prices, etc...this all changes. 2. Its more than just the dealership, some salespeople really are relentlessly salesy (I know its there job, but good lord, tone it down). Bloomington Lincoln was like a little mirage in our car buying experience. They have a pretty wide selection of used vehicles, their internet prices are pretty competitive and they continuously beat all the "chain" dealers on price, etc. Also, make sure you ask for Nate. The guy was the only sale person we dealt with the entire process that was really less concerned about price all the time (ie: selling cars), and more concerned about helping you find a car. I know this sounds trivial, but man does it make a difference. I can only rate this a 4* because we only dealt with one salesperson (even though other people seemed friendly)...and, after all, its still car buying, blah. But, if you're in the market for a sweet used ride head over here and ask for Nate and save yourself the experience of meeting with endless car salesmen stereotypes. read more

I wish I could rate this dealership based on two reviews. The first salesman I met John McCoy was wonderful. Very professional, understanding and no pressure sales. He stated facts, he knew his information and made himself available for questions. If I could rate his performance only I would give him 5 stars. Sadly the second person we had to deal with was your typical smarmy salesman. I don't remember his name, but if you go to the dealership and a salesman tells you he is a "Lincoln ambassador" and he is the only one in the State of Minnesota - RUN!! So we tried to do their MN fresh start program that claims guaranteed approval. We have had a few offers from other places but were looking for the best one. Filled out an online application. Never heard back from Tema the contact person. So I call and he acts like he doesn't really want to talk to me. He looks up our stuff and is like okay I will have to check some banks and get back to you. He never calls back. A few days later I get a letter in the mail saying they regret that they won't help us. The lack of customer service is what irritated me.
