I have not had any car issues since then until yesterday. We had my husbands car towed there and this morning when I call, TONY starts demeaning me and saying that he wont work on our car anymore because we f*cked him over. I said I never did anything to him and always used his services - for gods sake he replaced my engine about 7 years ago in an older car. I have always paid him and never had any issues with him. He then goes on a tangent saying that because a family member f*cked him over he is done with me and to get my car off his f"cking lot and many more expletives. I even told him I agreed with him being pissed at said family member but that I was not her. That I didn't blame him for being angry! But he continued to rage on about how its the same thing because its a family member and he doesn't care and so on and so forth. Even if he begged me to come back I would NEVER. There was no reason for him to be yelling at me the way he was when I have never done anything to him. I have always paid him. I have never screwed him over. But because I recommended him to someone that did he is rude, aggressive and verbally violent to me. The only reason it is 1 star is because I cannot give 0 stars.

Update Following up you are the last shop that changed my oil so no I did not take it to jiffy lube as you suspect, your technicians failed to notify me that they put a cheap repair drain plug in my car and over torqued it like crazy so it was a very difficult process when I had to bring it in to my mechanic and get it replaced, I Literally had no clue you guys did that until I brought it in for another oil change then I had to buy a whole new oil pan. you guys completely stripped my old oil pan threads and took out the oem drain plug, Never told me anything. They called at 2-something to let me know it was ready and they close at 5, and when I asked if I should pick up it up the following morning he said he had cars coming and would rather I come that day. When I asked if the following day before 9 would work they said ok, but I was able to finagle it to come the same day after all. Just thought it was weird that they assumed someone would be able to pick up the same day.

I called, spoke directly with Steve, explained exactly what I needed (oil change, brake fluid check, maintenance reminder reset, etc.), and he confirmed they could handle it with no problem. He even said he had the tools to reset the maintenance reminder. We scheduled for Friday. I called off work to make this appointment and drove over early. When I arrived, Steve looked confused and said he couldn't work on my car because it was "too low." My car is completely stock, no modifications, no lowered suspension. He suddenly changed his story. So not only did I waste my time and lose a day of work, but his website explicitly claims they service F-Types. If a shop is going to advertise that they handle specific models, they should be prepared to do so or at least be upfront about limitations before confirming an appointment. Extremely disappointed. Misleading advertising and poor communication. I wouldn't trust this place for anything Jaguar-related.
