Im from Vegas and I found Linda's on google while I was in the area. When I looked it up the reviews where pretty good so decided to try them out and I'm glade I did . The food was fresh to order the burger was way bigger than I thought it would be that's why I got the 2 patties but I'm pretty sure the 1 patty burger would fill you up because I was stuffed eating the double burger. I ordered the special so it came with fries and a drink I forgot to take a photo of the fries but I can tell you they where hot and they gave me a lot of them. My order was to-go ,so when I looked in the bag the fries where almost half of the bag that should give you an idea how many fries you get. For the price you definitely get your money's worth. Mistakes are happening too often for my liking. Seriously, how do you mistake a meat club with a fish sandwich?! They're rude when you call back about order mistakes too. Honestly, the primary reason why I decided to try this place was because it was so divey that I couldn't resist. It's an older building with outdoor-only seating, so if you need climate control, you are getting your food to go. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which seemed like a basic request. However, by the time I actually received it, no less that 10 other customers had already ordered and received their food. Maybe the bacon through them off. I don't know about you, but when I cook bacon, I have to keep a careful eye on it because it will become burnt offerings in a heartbeat, so I have no idea what took so long. Don't be fooled by how this place looks. They put out fresh food that always tastes amazing! They definately need an upgrade. The parking spaces and seating (which is under a patio) are VERY limited. This is the kind of place you order to go and stuff your face as soon as you sit down at home. Everything I have ordered from here has been great, and no "after effects". The portions make the price worth it. Although the cashier could learn to smile and not hate her job, I would still consider her to provide good service. One thing you MUST try is the chicken teriyaki, call ahead because it is cooked fresh so it might be 10-20 minutes. But you will be glad you waited. I usually like this place but today, WOW! They usually use very thin steak in the steak sandwiches but will put 2 or 3 thin steaks in a sandwich. Today all our sandwiches only had 1 piece. I'm sorry MAINE BURGERS SUCKS AND SO DOES ALL STAR BURGERS! I'll take Linda's over them anytime. I've lived 2 blocks away from Linda's for more than 20 years been going to them every since the place was owned by Chinese lady. It changed ownership several years ago and every since then drastic major improvement. The burgers taste great and I love the sauce. The fries are good but then again I asked them to make them crispy for me. What I like about the new owners, which happen to be Mexican, is that they incorporated other items in the menu, such as fried zucchini sticks! They are to die for! If you want a great tasting burger for a great price then I recommend Linda's a hamburger combo. It's about $4.70 for cheeseburger combo about a buck more. read more

Been coming to this place for a good 6 years and haven't been disappointed yet. It was one of the first restaurants I visited when I moved to Baldwin park. The place looks old but don't let that fool you the burgers are good and the fries are always crispy. The place looks old but has that old school nostalgic feel to it. Remember those movies back in the old days, you know the cool kids would hang out at the local burger joint by their cars with the cheerleaders and football players, yeah this place kinda has that 90's vibe that I really cater to. Environment. The seating arrangement is minimal at best a few tables around the store and a big parking lot if you can't find seating ( again 90's vibe), the place is pretty noticeable, but I would say to have a bigger sign as often it can be easy to miss. But none the less its chill and has a very friendly staff to take your orders. Food: Man does this place make the best Patty Melts, I am absolutely in love with them, tastes great and well priced. The Burgers are also fantastic, big in size and has a health ( ironically) proportion of condiments. The fries are supremely long and crispy and make it a chilli cheese with some ranch, it'll be the best heart attack you've ever eaten. To sum it up, the food is fantastic and it really does taste like your eating at a fancy bar and grill and for sure keep you wanting to come back. Pricing: Well priced the individual burgers are large enough the warrant the purchase, but I would def say go for the specials as for around 6 dollars you can get a good lunch. But decently priced will cost you more than the other local places, but it damn near deserves it for the quality of the food! Driving for Uber I ended up in Baldwin Park and decided to stop at this little old school burger stand. Got a cheeseburger combo and wow! Amazing burger! Delicious and fresh tasting, crafted similar to In N Out style with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and spread with the patty and cheese on top. Good fries too and the lady even let me have a side of ranch for free since I didn't have ¢50 on me. Outside dining only but I don't mind at all since the food was on point. read more

I have been coming here since they've changed management over ten years ago. This place is always a nice experience. I know them personally and the family as well. Very honest and kind people. I go only for the teriyaki chicken. They know it's "the usual" when I show up. I recommend this place. Although the burgers aren't bad, the teriyaki chicken is the best I've had. I work close by at the Recycling plant and this place has the bomb chargrilled burgers, delicious cheese fries that not only have good quality chili and cheese but also, they do not skimp, its a really good experience and the staff is really friendly.
