This was my first time stopping in, mainly because I was getting my hair done at a salon in the same shopping mall. I ordered the lunch special with the chicken puffy tacos and sides of rice and beans, and choice of a drink. The puffy tacos were delicious :) ! But I felt like the rice and beans were just ok. Overall though, the customer service was very courteous and friendly, and the employees prepared my food promptly, which I really appreciated because I was so hungry :) ! The restaurant ambiance is simple, but very nice and comfortable :) ! It doesn't look like much from the outside. But when you step inside, the restaurant decor is cute and vibrant :) ! The next time I come though, I'll most likely come from Monday - Friday between 6 am - 11 am so I can get their breakfast tacos for $4.99 :D ! read more

It doesn't look too impressive from the outside but the inside is really nice . Lots of places to sit (especially if you have a big party) and is super clean . The breakfast tacos are only around $2.55, the Monterrey omelette was SO tasty because they add tomatillo sauce and covered in white cheese. Both waitresses were very accommodating and nice. We were on the hunt for a new spot and drove by Lindo. Looked up the place on Yelp and the reviews basically told me I had to try this spot. Quaint, cutely decorated. I'd say it's IG worthy if that's something you enjoy with your meal. The service is speedy which is great. To start the salsa is okay. Not really my style but not bad. They serve queso with chips as well just needed some salt. We decided to try the Crispy Taco plate. It comes with (3) tacos, rice and your choice of refried beans or charros. We opted for the charro beans, which turned out to be really good. Love the beans, the rice was yummy too. The picadillo was different but still yummy. It does need to be dressed up so make sure to throw the lettuce and cheese on, slap some salsa verde on there and drizzle some charro bean juice. And squeeze some lime. The tacos are heavy either, I was able to eat the whole plate. If we come again I'll probably try something else, maybe try their enchiladas or the breakfast tacos, that's what most people like in the reviews. But I definitely get the charro beans. read more

This is my 3rd time getting breakfast tacos for my office, and they are always tasty, but not once has the order ever been completely correct. This morning I spent $75 (including a hefty tip for a to-go order)- this isn't office money, and I am not a manager, this is something I do once in a while because I love my co-workers, so I save and get them the kind they want instead of grabbing a dozen bean and cheese from a chain. I love their food, the people are kind, the place is clean, but the orders are NEVER correct, it is heartbreaking to spend that money and not get what you want. Lindo Jalisco Grill has seem to be around for a while in the Medical Center area. They used to be open for breakfast and I would often go there to purchase their breakfast tacos, which are awesome, homemade flour tortillas and all. I passed by recently and noticed they are now open for dinner. To my surprise they expanded their restaurant and now have a full bar. It was happy hour so I ordered a flight of their frozen margaritas and the enchilada plate. The food was absolutely delicious TexMex style cuisine and right up there with all the rest. I went here after work, wanted something quick to eat and ordered the asada tacos. The consistency was in comparison to ground beef. I called waitress and let her know I could not eat this mainly due to how greasy the meat was. The waitress was courteous and I told her I would prefer the carne guisada instead. I first want to say the combination plate was an absolute steal. It was so good and the tortilla on the asada taco was so delicious. I had a really great waitress she was very quick and attentive. So the food at this place is just okay but the staff leaves for a whole lot to be desired. Placed order, they got it wrong. Our waitress never made it back to our table even while they were only at 20% capacity. Took forever for a different waitress to make it back. Came to Lindo Jalisco specifically to try their Tortilla Soup that has been widely recommended by my coworkers. The overall experience was good. I would say 3.5 out of 5. The soup was good but I feel like something was missing that would bring out the flavors more. I rate Lindo Jalisco with 0 stars. If you don't order speaking in Spanish you will receive unprofessional service. I unfortunately have food allergies when I tried to ask what came in the food I was ordering the waitress brushed me off. When my plate came, the food had several items I couldn't eat. The waitress argued that it's written in the menu which she never proved then she called me a liar in that I never tried to explain my order. Worst of all, the waitress grabbed my plate took apart the meal with her bare hands and said here now you can still eat it since I removed some of the items I am allergic too. That was quite unprofessional. Worst than that the waitress told me if I didn't eat the meal I would still be charged. The waitress refused to allow me to order anything else that I am not allergic to because she had to throw away the meal I was allergic. Yet, all this could have been resolved with good communication at the time of ordering if I was allowed to speak. Yet, since I spoke in English I wasn't allowed. And because I have some food allergies I wasn't allowed to eat at this restaurant. Since this was my first time trying this restaurant and received unprofessional service. This place is amazing. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend. The omelette was full of ingredients and the beans were super flavorful. The food was good. Not anything I would write home about, but solid Tex Mex. The drinks, however, were awesome. I got the Rosa Paloma. Very refreshing and a great spin on Palomas. My wife got a margarita flight. Going back for just that as they were all hand made and didn't taste like syrup was added to a generic margarita. Our waitress was really nice and on top of it.
