Hired this company to replace a water heater. They uninstalled all the old and damaged equipment and installed a 50 gal water heater with a new stand and mounted it for earthquake protection. Had an city inspector come out to approve the replacement and they told me to get sediment trap was not where it was supposed to be. Called this company to let them know the issue. Nate let me know that was under the service we paid for so he cane out the next day and corrected the issue at no additional cost. I needed a pull and reset of a loose toilet. Nate was very quick to respond, quoted a flat and fair fee of $250, and was very clear and transparent as to what he and his assistant found when they removed the toilet. A toilet flange needs to be about 1/4 inch above the floor, but due to four different flooring replacements over the years, my cast iron flange was 1/2 inch below the tile. This required additional work to cut and remove the old cast iron closet flange, which took some doing, and the installation of a new one to be 1/4 inch above the flooring. After that the pull and reset was done for the agreed upon flat fee of $250 and the toilet should be good for years to come. The removal and re installation of the cast iron flange was a bit pricey at $850, but I feel confident the job was very well done and will last. Got to hand it to Nate from Linear Plumbing. He traveled from Anaheim to Chino Hills to do a job for me. It was my first time using him. He was very communicative, arrived when he promised, was transparent about costs, and he sent me before and after photos of the job. I'm super satisfied. Plumbing is one of those trades, where as consumer you often feel helpless. I called Linear on one plumbing job after getting bids from two other companies that I thought were high.
