I gave this a three stars not because of the food, which there was so much to choose from, and it was all good. I gave it for the people who worked there I think if you're in the United States, you should at least know some English I went to the woman's bathroom and somebody had gotten sick on the floor. I came out and I had to ask four people to have somebody go in the bathroom and clean it up, nobody knew how to speak English until I found the fourth one. My family and I came here on Sunday after they've been closed for sometime due to Covid. I was a bit weary due to the fact that it's a buffet so I called them ahead of time to see what their procedures were. I was pleased to see how they were operating during these times. Everyone was wearing a mask, they were seating guests every other table, food was served by employees and condiments were given at the table. I've always loved their variety here and food was fresh. The only thing I wish that had were more sushi choices. We normally get our sushi fix here but unfortunately they didn't have much of a spread; otherwise everything tasted great. It's my third time in this location , I'm not sure what happened since the last time when I was there , but I don't remember if the food was that bad . The beef for the steak looked like he sat there all day , the other selection was dry , not fresh and it didn't look that invited . No bowls for the ice cream . And my wife claim that she was sick the day after . I thought to give one star , but because it's not my first time in this place and I really hope it was a bad day or a bad time . Came back here after 10 months since they first started the ticketing restriction for crab legs for weekends, and surprisingly found that they actually stopped that 6-7 months ago and instead just raised the price for $1 more. Glad to see they finally got back on the right track. To me, what makes Lin's buffet stand out from the rest of the buffets in town is the quality and variety of the food so I don't mind paying a little more. if just want to save money, I just go to the other ones. There aren't a whole log of changes since we last visited 10 months ago. Most of our favorites are still same as before, the make your own Pho, the crab legs, and the ice cream. But some of the items didn't seem to be as good as before. The BBQ brisket didn't look as good as before and you still need to wait for the guy at the station to cut it for you. The salmon and tuna sashimi are cut into super small pieces that's hard to pick up. Overall, it's still the best buffet in town and we will come back again but with the higher prices, I would expect them to do a better job to keep up with the quality and even make some improvements. read more

Very Impressive! I have stayed away from Lin's because of the name. "International" left much to question and I was expecting a mix of common Chinese buffet standards, pans of enchiladas, overcooked pasta and who knows what else. We arrived and perused the selection before deciding to stay. I was in the mood for Asian Ribs and they had them. The most impressive thing once we arrived, aside from the massive and beautiful chandelier, was the sushi station in the center. So many varieties is sushi to choose including sashimi which was my hands down favorite with a squirt of lemon and soy sauce. Instead of Mongolian Wok like many buffets they opted for Pho station which was amazing! Fair warning, it was not cabbage! The stuff that looked like possibly cabbage was tripe, which is not for me! The broth was fantastic and gently poached chicken was tender and perfect. The best part was the topping of fresh cilantro, fragrant basil and green onions. Typically at Asian buffets I stay away from the traditional dishes that I love from non-buffets because they are never very good. Though the Sesame Chicken was mediocre at best, the General Chicken could stand up to some of my favorites. The ribs were just okay. It was what I was most looking forward to but instead of that red lacquer type of coating I was hoping for with its sticky sweet perfection, they fell short with a decent rib with a very average more southern style bbq sauce instead. They had a nice offering of dim sum. They were not my favorite but I enjoyed being able to try some. The desserts were your typical overly dried up selection of cake and some fruit. My favorite dessert type is the sesame balls with sweet bean paste filling that manage to be sweet, nutty, chewy and slightly crisp all at the same time. Not to mention how fresh it is as well. They have options such as shrimp, oysters, lobster, fried fish and sushi. If seafood is not your thing and just want to some good Asian food they have that as well. From pho, sesame chicken, dumplings, egg drop soup, egg rolls and many more! They also have steak which I have to say is cooked and seasoned pretty good for a buffet restaurant. Before you come in to Lin's thinking it's just like every other buffet, give this place a try. Food is just "ok"; service was very lacking. I tried a little bit of everything and again, the food was ok. Typical Chinese food buffet. The "international" food was the added Pho "bar", BBQ station, and steak grill--all made to order. The pho was very bland, it had a good smell but was very lacking in flavor. The BBQ was actually pretty good! The steak, grilled based on your preference but was a tad dry (ordered medium rare) but overall still very good. Tables had dishes on it the whole time, drinks were never refilled, plates at the buffet station were far and few in between. We had to tag our server down anytime we needed something but she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Having lived in Las Vegas for 46 years, I find myself uniquely qualified to rate a buffet. I've tried many mediocre and bad buffets in my life, because rarely would I consider a buffet "good," but this one rates up with some of the better ones. I was pleasantly surprised...actually shocked...to find decent Pho (with Tendon, my favorite), a selection of Dim Sum, Sushi (not great, but not terrible either), and a large selection of classic Chinese dishes. This buffet says international but it's really just seafood, Chinese and American. The difference with this buffet compared to the other ones is that it has way more options to choose from. Seafood options were shrimps, oysters, crab legs, octopus and so much more!! If you get a chance to try the crab legs please do and pair it with some steak. The steaks are prepared in front of you and cooked to perfection. I like mine a little charred so I requested it be cooked that way. My favorite think I liked about this buffet was that they offered dim sum and unlimited pho!!! I was surprised with how fresh the food is. I'm aiming to tackle this place in segments in the future, with a new segment each visit because there are just too many food items to try. -- For the "Others" -- For the "others" in the group who don't feel like partaking in the Asian food party, there is sausage, pizza, baked potatoes and steak (steak after 4pm on weekdays, or all day on weekends) available at the back. There is also a large variety of shellfish such as oysters, mussels, shrimp, crawfish and king crab legs in the inner circle. My friend grabbed a few king crab legs and really enjoyed them with no problems getting the juicy meat out. The establishment is kept clean and it is huge. I was shocked at how well the place was decorated. The selection of food is grand. The food was enjoyable. They have: sushi, steak to order, Pho to order, and all the typical buffet style foods. They didn't have crab legs which I though was odd. I usually see crab legs at buffets. Great for a date night or any event/occasion. Slightly pricey, but I'm willing to look past it for the quality and quantity of what they offer. A few seafood dishes fell flat, in specific the stuffed crab, but seafood can only sit for so long until it starts to lose the freshness the dish needs. Sushi was also a touch bland. This location is new and just opened by where I live. They were super busy so we thought we would check it out. There was a wait to get a table. This place is huge, so the wait was surprising for a buffet. Once we were seated I started with the sushi: The sashimi was still frozen in the middle. The salmon that had defrosted had no flavor. The sushi rolls have too much junk in them. I didn't try any because I couldn't tell what all was in them. Many items were out and never refilled. Several items over-cooked to the point of petrification. The sesame and General Tso's chicken were both too sweet to eat. I really liked 1 of the soups, but it was not labeled so I don't know what it was. They do not have lemons only limes. Its extremely hard to get drinks refilled. Watch out for the ice cream! I'm usually not a fan of buffets but we decided to try it anyway. Typical buffet and not impressed. It was very warm inside, the thermostat was too high for the amount of people inside. I felt suffocated, especially with all the aromas of the different foods, it was bad. They had a pretty nice selection of buffet sushi, along with seaweed salad, dim sum, soup selections, and an assortment of Chinese entrees. They also had a Pho station, however, no bean sprouts or eye round as an option ... weird. I always find it strange to see nuggets, mac and cheese, fried potatoes, ribs and brisket at an Asian buffet. It was quite busy during lunch and they kept the trays pretty full. My favorite dish was the stir fried mushrooms, whole fried fish and grape jello. I think they can expand on their salad and fruit selection, remove the American dishes and replace with some Asian cuisines. I think it's overpriced pretty much $14.00 for lunch with a drink before you tip your server. But if you're a fan of buffets and get your moneys worth then it may be a steal for you. At first glance, this is just another Chinese/Japanese/American all-you-can-eat buffet. Well, it is that, but they definitely bring some things to the table that I haven't seen in other places. For one thing, they make pho. Load up your bowl with your desired meats and veg and the chef will fill it with noodles and broth. They custom cut beef brisket (was not the highlight of the buffet) and have tons of seafood options from steamed fish, baked salmon, kani salad, battered and fried tilapia, octopus salad, sushi, and fried whole fish (there was more that I can't remember off the top of my head). The staff was friendly and attentive, refilling water, clearing plates, and replenishing the buffet as needed. Oh man oh man... My heart has been crushed as the Lin's on South 35, upon opening was absolutely superb, above and beyond the traditional buffet options in town. I had such high expectations and walked out of this location needing the restroom. The steak was very bland and overcooked, I'm a sushi, more specifically a sashimi lover, I'll eat it all but am fond of the simple clump of rice and seafood with soy sauce and a dab of wasabi and ginger as a taste compliment. Needless to say I won't be trying the sushi anymore after my one experience, if I return. The veggies, namely the broccoli were off colored and unappealing and the pork ribs were crunchy for being too dry. Crawfish was blah It was prime time dinner, I didn't attempt the oysters with a $5 tip and tea ended up with a $23 dollar tab... Ouch... It was the dirtiest Asian restaurant I've ever entered. First, I look at is the cleanliness of the doors and windows when you walk in an entrance, it was filthy, thank goodness I carry my antibacterial wipes. The reason I gave it a shot was my family was hungry and I went with it. I next witnessed the staff standing around at the front and not do any cleaning in their area, I think Covid really killed our post service care, because there are so many jobs in this industry the pick of the litter is desperate.
