Liquid Tea Bar Signature Matcha Smoothie LTB Signature Drink

I go to this Liquid Tea Bar location all the time on my days off. The food (the drinks) are delicious and they have a wide variety, of both dairy and dairy-free ingredients. They make both boba teas and ice-cream-based smoothies. They also offer a BUNCH of different toppings, making it very easy to completely customize your drink. The servers are always polite, and make drinks quickly. I've never gotten a drink that was made wrong! The only problem I'd say is that there is very little seating, but as the location is one of several small eateries in an outdoor shopping center (and they all have limited seating) that's not really their fault. I like their drinks, their servers are nice, and if you are in the area and looking for Boba teas or a smoothie, you might like it as well!

This place is nearby to where I live. It is also 1 of 2 Boba places right down the street from each other. I usually frequent the other Boba place more often than this one for no particular reason, other than this place closes earlier. Today I decided to try them out again and ordered 3 drinks for myself. LOL what can I say, I love boba tea. I ordered for delivery through Uber Eats: Coffee Milk Tea with black tea and added cheese foam (yum). Got this in an XL size. Love that they have these huge sizes for us greedies. I got it at 75% sweetness, and it wasn't very sweet at all so next time I will probably just get the full 100% sweetness. 7/10 Blueberry Green Tea: Pretty bland. Not much flavor at all. Tea is not strong enough. Kinda weird, cuz this is what they do. They had one job, to get the tea right. Best part about this drink is the fresh/frozen blueberries. 1/10 Peach Green Tea w/ Green Apple Jelly: Same as the blueberry green tea. No flavor at all. The peach flavor wasn't strong nor the green tea flavor. Just blah. 1/10 Overall, I guess this place only makes good coffee and/or black tea. The green tea has no flavor or they are watering it down. Not good when you're paying over $5 to actually taste the tea. I guess I will keep going to my other boba tea place in the city until I find something better close by. There's a really good boba tea place in Rialto off of Riverside Ave and Baseline.

After my visit at Baguette Express yesterday, I headed over to Liquid Tea Bar (LTB) to check out their boba drinks. Yes, I am a huge fan of boba drinks wherever I go! Anyway, LTB is a cute and hipe tea bar. I love the wall art and decor especially the pink and lavender octopus! My favorite colors! On the outside window, they have a fun quote and a sketch of people making drinks... very spunky. Thanks for making this place inviting and welcoming! First time here so I had some decisions to make on which new drinks to try. They have an OG milk tea that was interesting... the girl at the cashier offered me a sample. Thanks for the taste tester! It wasn't bad, but I thought the milk and tea flavors were very light... perhaps it's called OG for originality LOL. Anyhoo, I went with 3 large drinks... tiger milk with aloe vera (good solid milk and tea flavors... looks similar to a Thai tea), peach green tea with lychee (it was okay... peach flavor was very light and green tea was strong and slightly bitter), and mangonada with lychee (loved this amazing drink and it's very pretty with the orange and red colors... it's actually a slushie mango blended and topped off with savory Chamoy.... will definitely order it again!). First two drinks were for my daughters and last one was for me. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. For each topping added, there is an extra charge. I checked into Yelp and got one topping for free... sweet! I think this is the only LTB in existence at this time... I didn't find any other locations via Google... don't think it's a chain yet. We will definitely be back for more liquid tea drinks... can't wait to try their thai, cookie and cream, and taro flavors! They have shakes, smoothies, slushies, etc besides their milk and fruit tea drinks. I think I know why they named their shop, Liquid Tea Bar... all liquids in various forms... very different and fitting! May you guys become a liquid tea chain one of these days. We just made the last of our weekly visits here for the Tuesday Special. My teenagers have loved boba since they were tiny, and they look forward to it here every week. We have been here almost every Tuesday for two years. I take a photo of our visits each time, and roll them into an ig reel at the end of the year (ig: apple_something). I have always appreciated the exceptional service and value of LTB, especially when everything around us seems to be decreasing in the relative bang for your buck. Drove really faaaaaaar to try to find this place. Lol I came here towards the end of December. This was my last boba milk tea I had before I began my boba fast for the month of January. I ordered a milk tea w/ easy boba. The milk tea was more on the milk-y side which I liked a lot. The only downside was that the flavor was not really strong. The drink overall was sweet but lacked much flavor. Considering the drive I made out here just to get the boba, I made sure to finish it all. I enjoyed the huge mural inside and the quality of the cups. The parking lot wasn't the best considering the amount of traffic passing back and forth in the narrow lot. Probably wouldn't try this place again just because of distance but the cashier/barista was very nice and pleasant.

They open & close WHENEVER they feel like it. Its been this way for so long, they close early randomly not just 30 minutes no they close 1-2 hours early sometimes. I drive 15 minutes to come here for them to not even be opened by 12:45. Its annoying & u cant order anything with coffee at 8pm

My family and I did a boba tour of the local boba shops and included liquid tea bar. The milk tea was so good and has such an amazing unique taste. The cup size is a smaller than Sharetea or Sunright but it is also cheaper (~$5 vs. ~$6). The milk tea was really good, their matcha and Thai tea were okay. I highly recommend stopping by for their house milk tea - so good!

It's been ages since I've been here. Located on University Parkway to the left of Little Caesar's. Limited parking in front of store, but there's plenty parking spots in the plaza. They have $2 Tuesday Special. Today's special is green apple green tea, but they serve this only as a small drink. Ordered the large cookies and cream milk shake with boba for my son. The size is really small and the cup holding is made taller but thin to give you the illusion that you get more. Small price is $5.45 and $1 if you want a large, plus an extra .70 if you add honey boba. My son loved it because he loves the flavor, but for the price, I would prefer to go to a competitor

First time here. I ordered the honeydew milk tea with boba. It was good but it wasn't as sweet as I personally like. Since I've been off sugar for a while most things are too sweet. So I feel for the average person this milk tea wouldn't taste sweet at all. I want to try the honeydew slushy next time. The staff was nice and the service was fast. They even give you a card to get a free drink after so many visits. The store was clean and there was hand sanitizer at the register.

If you're ever around this spot, live near by or are even a student at CSUSB (considering it is right across the street), you definitely HAVE to stop by for a drink here at Liquid Tea Bar. They're teas and shakes are all GREAT. My first visit here I ordered the Coffee Milk Tea and the Matcha Milk Tea. One of the employees, Daniel, offered 2 samples of their new upcoming holiday seasonal drinks that will be out soon so just a heads up. I loved the sweet and nutty taste in both and can't wait to buy one when they're out! If you need a to-go container, instead of molded pulp cup holders, they use a plastic bag instead.. I know what you're thinking, "WHY? The drinks would only spill inside and make a hot mess" believe me I thought that too and I made sure to let Daniel know with my stare BUT it is divided into 2 pockets in the inside to prevent that hot mess :) read more

It's ok. Nothing to write home about. The slushes and smoothies have too much ice. Not sweet. If you want better quality boba in terms of tea taste or creaminess, drive further down to Rancho/Ontario. I came here on 3 occasions but it seems pretty inconsistent. Prices aren't too bad read more

Hi! Just want to give Liquid Tea Bar a shout out. We just went in to take advantage of their grand opening special of buy 1 and get 1 free and I have to tell you how impressed I am with the quality and how delicious the boba drinks are! My husband and I got the passion fruit slushy with lychee jelly and the OG milk tea with boba. Soooo gooood! Plus, the customer service was fantastic! The special deal ends tomorrow at 3pm so I encourage everyone to go and check it out for yourselves. I love this place! read more

So good , I've gotten so lazy to drive there because of postmates but this place is really good . Usually just go after school with the kids and bring a pizza from next door. It really doesn't get super packed which I like . Very clean and sleek design, would love to get more games here so everyone can be entertained lol but I love it . read more

This has become our favorite, go-to tea place near CSUSB! Love their OG milk tea (one of my favorites), their mangonada or just mango slush, the coffee latte w/honey boba and starting to order their sea salt foams a lot more recently too. Their sea salt foam caramel milk tea is our overall favorite with their sea salts, but their sea salt foam green tea is a good choice as well if you're in the mood for something lighter with their sea salts. My husband and I always order our drinks 50%-75% sweetness with/without honey boba... And that's been a perfect sweetness for us. I've recently seen some recent complaints on Yelp about customer service. I'll admit, lately we've been (of course) ordering delivery more, so no experience with their customer service there. But from past experience, it's been fine be with us. The female cashiers have always been sweet to us and the manager hasn't been ride to us at all. On a side note, we're usually on the go all the time and when ordering from there, as long as they get our order right, quickly and properly made and tastes great... then we're good and good to go! read more

I will never return to liquid tea bar! The boy at the register shouted at us to leave because my 3 year old toddler didn't have his mask on. He has extreme sensory issues and screams with things covering his nose. I tried explaining to him and he just gets shouting NO and pointing at the door. He's freaking THREE! Good luck covering a 3 year olds mouth and nose and telling him to not have a fit! We took our business elsewhere! (And yes I had a mask on) if your that scared of getting corona virus from a 3 year old just shut your business down all together because trust me a little cloth mask isn't going to protect you from it. I highly recommend avoiding this place and going across the street to Tea terminals. They didn't shout at us and provided excellent customer service. Shame on you ! read more

Stopped in on 9/14 on my way home from work and asked for a Thai Tea Boba Smoothie. Worst Smoothie Boba I have ever had!!! It had no flavor and was more like a slushee and was watery. Never again will I buy a drink at this place nor do I recommend this place. read more

I had the "Matcha Late", it was a little too sweet, I recommend the "Matcha Milk Shake" instead. The Mocha Milk shake is more matcha flavored. And the water they have has a terrible after taste. read more

Came in looking for some place to study. PROS First impression. The place is nice. Decent size and menu is extensive. Prices are reasonable. I got the passion tea with green apple and it tasted good CONS Poor customer service! I was looking for non dairy options and the male cashier, I think name was Daniel was basically looking at me like "figure it out" standing by the register like im holding him up Loud music If you want to meet up here and chat, relax it's not the place. Its good, it tasted ok, but what disappoints me is the ingredients. Getting a milkshake I expected it to be made with ice cream or something but it was made with powder and ice. And my other drink was made with a syrup. I just wish they used better ingredients, for the price i pay I expected it to have decent ingredients, not all artificial. read more

I went there yesterday and I paid for my drink, and then they added their own tip without my approval I don't recommend anybody go there cause there customer service wasn't good that's why I didn't leave them a tip how do they think it's OK to add your own tip on my card without my permission that's crazy . read more

0/10 Would never recommend. Terrible staff that can't bother themselves to engage with customers. The poorly made drinks already come out tasting watered down. They don't even call you up to let you know if your drink is ready or not. The drinks were a complete letdown and should serve as an example of a failing business. read more

Omg! Personally, I love Liquid Tea Bar. The tea tastes are very authetic. Love it. Gone here a few times already and it has been nothing but greatness to me. Just did the Monday Special. A 24oz drink of their choice for $1. It is [CASH ONLY] so with taxes $1.08. My go-to is an OG Milk Tea, simply Milk Tea. And today's special was a Strawberry Green Tea. It was so gooood! No longer have to drive more than 5 mins to get to a yummy boba/bubble tea place (:. Btw, their honey boba is just right. Tastes delicious. I've been here multiple times & I keep coming back, it's seriously that good. Anytime I get boba elsewhere I compare it to this place! I love that they have plant-milk for their milk teas. I've tried 4 flavors so far & they've all been delicious! The boba is cooked perfectly too, unlike some places where it's gummy or hard on the inside. The service is very quick too, all the employees are very friendly. Well deserving of 5 stars!! read more

This place is my favorite boba place in the Cal State San Bernardino area. This place is literally next to subway and Little Caesar. In front of it is Carl's Jr. They have few chairs and table, so it can be full sometime. I always order their OG milk tea or the peach yakult something. They are really good. The guy that is serving( manager I think) is also nice and helpful. I don't usually wait a long time for them to make my boba because they are usually fast. The 1$ tea Monday special is the best thing ever my friend and i saw it for the first time after leaving cal state, and since we're broke ass hoes we decided to stop by right. So this monday special was strawberry green tea, so i decided to give it a try. Was excited to try Liquid Tea Bar, but was very disappointed! I ordered a taro latte with honey boba. The drink was way too sweet and the boba was tough and rubbery. Plus it was expensive! They don't even have matcha on the menu, either. I much prefer Tea Terminals, which is located close by in the CVS shopping center on University Parkway. Tea Terminals medium size is the large size at Liquid Tea Bar and they charge about the same price as a large drink at Tea Terminals. Perhaps, it was an off day or maybe another drink might have been better but overall between the lackluster service, high price, and poor drink quality I say three strikes and you're out Liquid Tea Bar! read more

Love that they are starting to bring boba out to San Bernardino! Fairly brand new and it's located near Cal State San Bernardino. I got the large Thai Milk Tea and I LOVE IT! Huge thai milk tea lover so I tend to judge it a little harder than the average person. Just so smooth and perfect amount of sweetness. They also serve their boba in these really nice and reusable cup (down to save the earth any way possible) so that made me happy. The only reason I gave them a four is that the people working their seemed a little frazzled but I don't blame them this is still all a new system. If you are out in San Bernardino and want to make a boba stop then this is your place! read more

I really love this boba store!! Definitely gonna recommends to anyone I know!! I have that milk foam green tea today.Honestly, best in the area! Also for the boba, it is freshly made. I really like the tenderness. Not mention they give away free drinks on their opening! Furthermore, that server, I think his name is Tian. He is really friendly and so patient. Excellent service, staff, tea, and atmosphere. From the moment I walked in I was impressed with everything that I saw in the tea bar. The artwork on the wall impressed me and I had never had this type of tea so that made me want to try it more. My cousin came along and suggested what she thought would be good, but I'd wager everything is. It's definitely worth going to try out. The liquid tea bar is definitely hidden gem. read more

Boba wasn't that good. We got the og milk tea with salt foam and it just tasted like milk. My friend got the sea salt foam caramel milk tea and it was sweeter. The pina colada was horrible though. It was sour (not in a good way) and didn't taste like pineapple at all. Otherwise there was only 1 person working so we had to wait a little while but that's okay. This is not the best boba shop in the area, there are way better ones. read more

The staff spends more time fooling around than paying attention, which explains why orders are constantly messed up. I understand this location is near a college and staffed by young employees, but that's not an excuse. It's management failure. If no one is training, supervising, or holding people accountable, this is exactly what you get. Careless services and incorrect orders. Tighten up the management, retrain the staff and maybe focus less on socializing and more on doing the job. Drinks are decent. Everything else needs work.

The written menu advertises nondairy milk and ingredient modifications, but the kiosk doesn't actually let you select any of them. Staff told us to put substitutions in "special comments" and promised they'd be honored. They weren't- on a single order, twice. We ordered two coffees (oat milk, whole milk) and two customized breakfast burritos. It took 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the cafe. When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.

They know my partner's name and chat with him (when it isn't too busy) and have helped him through several online ordering issues. He's gotten to know way more of the bobaristas here than back home. The inside is a standard Sunright. This chain is very much grab n go style, often in quite small business locations. They decorate sometimes for the collab events, it's cute! Even though it's small it luckily gets to participate in most of the Sunright collabs (except that one bread collab).

Was skeptical about this place but gave it a try and man best decision my GF and I have ever made. This is our spot now and it's amazing. The drinks are cheap but taste amazing ! The cups are reusable but what is kind of a bummer is that since the cups are reusable I feel like they should offer a %5 discount or something when you reuse the cup just like how they give you a stamp card for every time you buy a drink. I have been to this place numerous times and absolutely love it! The boba always tastes warm, fresh, and is simply amazing! You can adjust the sweetness level to suit your taste which is great! I definitely recommend this place!
