I really feel badly about a review that is not necessarily positive, so please judge for yourself as the following are just the facts. 1. Ordering time online 4:25 PM on Friday March 15, 2024 setting my pick-up time for 5:30 PM or one hour and five minutes. However, Little Caesars online Website added (5) minutes to my pickup time automatically moving to the pick-up time to 5:30 - 5:35 PM on my receipt. And no you cannot change the added time for pick up to what you wanted. 2. Ordered an Old world Pepperoni, and Sausage combination cheese pizza. 3. Ordered pepperoni cheesy puffs. 4. Ordered garlic butter chicken wings. When I got to the pick up counter, three other people in the store. I asked if order confirmation number XXX was ready? I was told by the young gentleman behind the counter "We don't use numbers we use names." I said "Your Website only lists a confirmation number for my pre-paid order." The young gentleman repeated "We just use names." I gave the young gentleman my first name. He checked in the back of the store and when he popped his head out of the front entrance from the kitchen said "No, I don't have that yet." Time: 5:21 PM. I said " I entered the order at 4:25 PM." He repeated, I don't have that yet." Sat down and waited, and at 5:27 PM my Little Caesar's Website account I was logged into showed my order was started at 5:27 PM. I got up again, and doubled checked asking the young gentleman to confirm that the three items listed is what he had on my order. Pizza was correct, cheesy puffs right, but the chicken wings were buffalo instead of the garlic I ordered. He told me he would get them corrected, and he did. Received my complete order at 5:45 PM. Drove home (22) minutes, got in opened up the cheesy puffs and received no pepperoni. Then opened up the Pizza and received a regular pepperoni pizza. It had no sausage at all. and no Old World pepperoni. I then had to take back the pizza and cheesy puffs another (22) minutes. When I waited in line for another (10) minutes as everyone was in the back of the store with no one at the counter. The same young gentleman I spoken with on my first visit told me "You have an extra pizza." I said "I only ordered one pizza, not two." He said "Oh, well this is the right pizza." I opened it, had sausage but looked like the same pepperoni as before. I said "This doesn't look like the old world pepperoni. The young gentleman's female partner at the counter said directly "yes it is!" I said "It does not look like the picture on your Website. She said "I know." I asked the young gentleman "Can I please have the pepperoni puffs I ordered." He said "what are those, pointing to the box of plain cheesy puffs." And I said "They are plain cheesy puffs" He said "Oh, pepperoni". He then grabbed a box of pepperoni cheesy puffs out of the heated case. I tried to return the wrong pizza and cheesy puffs I received however, the young gentleman told me they cannot take it back. I asked if they donate to the homeless? He said "No". No apology for supplying the wrong order. No eye contact at all when I returned. I drove the (22) miles back to our home. Premises clean, staff extremely transactional. Pizza were both smashed with cheese all on 1 side, and it looked like the breadsticks were being eaten by the delivery guy. Also the breadsticks were extremely undercooked. Don't waste your money here, go anywhere else. read more

This may be the worst pizza I've ever had. Pizzas looked like they had been on their side in the delivery car, all the cheese had slid off. One bag of breadsticks had nothing on them and the other bag were almost raw and looked like the driver had been eating them. Go literally anywhere else for pizza, a gas station would be a better choice than here. read more

Terrible manager and staff, not only did i wait 40+ minutes waiting for my pizza i ordered on the portal application, the manager had the audacity to tell me that she could not make the pizza as they were "understaffed" and was extremely disrespectful stating that there were people waiting for three hours after i confronted the manager on the fact that i was not notified they could not make the two pizzas i ordered. If i could give 0 stars i would. The franchise should change the whole staff or just close that store down as it is useless and a big waste of time. read more

Scheduled an online pickup for 11am. When they open, it's now 11:30 and the door is still locked. No one will answer the phone or the door. There is a line of customers who have prepaid for pizza. Very unacceptable! read more

This review is for management and the owner! I am soooo disappointed in the management of this Little Caesars pizza location (Bluffton, SC). I really love the pizza, so don't use this review for that. It had been a long time since I had one of their pizzas. In fact, it was pre-covid. I go on line to order one and found this location does not take on line orders (per the PC web site). I did see the claim of "Hot and Ready", no waiting, no lines. So, my wife and I head for two pepperoni pizzas. I'm greeted by a semi-friendly (no customer personality at all) wearing a t-shirt that looked like it had been worn for three weeks, maybe more. I ordered the pizzas that were NOT "hot and ready". Before even getting my credit card out, she boasted, "we don't take cash"! No problem as I was paying with a credit card anyway. Then, I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Had I known this, I would have called in the order. As I waited two other customer came in, ordered, then left after being told "no cash". When a third customer came in, ordered two pizzas, then told "no cash", he started to leave. I could not handle this incompetent demonstration of mis-management! This would have been the third loss of business in less than 15 minutes! At least they could put a sign on the door to keep from wasting customers' time! I stood us and said, "excuse me, I will use my credit card and you can pay me". He paid me $16 and I used my charge card. The employee said she was sorry. "Management" should not be putting employees and customers in this position. It is extremely poor business! Bottom line? Phone in your order and make sure you have a credit card. I'm not sure why I'm helping them out. But, they have great pizza and I don't want customers to be disappointed. Too bad the owner does not feel the same as I do. There is no excuses or acceptable reasons for this bad management. If I could review with "zero" stars I would. For those of you that would be irritated from this, I recommend calls to Little Caesars corporate office, as well as emails. This approach will only work if many of you do this. I would love to help out with some clean t-shirts if the owner will contact me. I can even put their logo on them. Listen! If you want a basic large pizza for under $10, you cannot go wrong here. Even if you want a special, you can get it within 5-7 minutes, piping hot. I make my review based on how good the pizza is relative to the price and for $7.12 (tax incl.), I can get a fresh, hot double pepperoni pizza to take home and eat for dinner with no BS. You can get a plain cheese, basic pepperoni or basic sausage pizza for $5.40 (tax incl.). They also have a Three-Meat Treat pizza that has pepperoni, sausage and bacon for $8.00+tax. You can even ask to substitute the sausage for extra pepperoni, no extra charge. While the menu is limited, they do it quite well and on a consistent basis. Every pizza I have had has been good. Yes, I HAVE had better pizza, but only by paying a LOT more for it. For the money, I can't get a better pizza. Better than a crappy DiGiorno any day. This place has been open for over 4 years and it surprises me that no one has reviewed it yet. read more
