I'm driving down the i5, turned down an invitation to have dinner with a shipping manager in Tukwila WA; since I have to be at the border of San Diego by Thursday morning so I had to sacrifice all the good Asian restaurants options in Seattle WA...bummer... And couple miles down the i5, I end up here in Chehalis WA at the Little Caesars. Ordered on the spot, parked my rig in the back alley of the plaza, left with one box of ultra thin crust cheese , and their Hawaiian Detroit Style Pizza, and the Caesars Chicken Wings. Overall average rating because there is much better pizza out there, but here's what I liked- Technology makes it possible to get your food quickly and without any interaction- I ordered on my phone, got an email to tell me when it was ready and then picked it up from a "pizza portal," a locked food warmer in the store. You put in a code from your email and it unlocks, you get the pizza and go on your way. Pretty cool! The pizza was cheap, greasy and sat in my gut like a rock. Good thing that's just what I wanted. If gourmet is what you seek, go elsewhere, this is the fast food of pizza. read more

I went there for the first time and won't be back. I ordered the extra most best pepperoni and 2 of the half pizza half cheese sticks. All three pizzas were burnt. The manager refused to replace them and had me call a 1800 number which I sat on hold with for over 30 minutes. The owner called and told me they'd replace the pizzas. I went back in and they changed the cooking temperature so the the pizzas weren't burnt but they said they would only replace half the order. I explained all the pizzas were burnt and they said the owner is right here. A woman came out from the back ...not the person I spoke with on the phone and refused to replace the pizza and charged me . I was very disappointed the cook was the owners wife and extremely rude, the lady at the front said it depends how the customers act to how they are treated. I was shocked I was honestly just explaining I talked to the owner and the pizzas were to be replaced at no cost. I learned my lesson and will never be back. read more

This is my first and last time ordering from Little Caesars Chehalis. There's a convenience to being able to order and paying online. I didn't realize until after my order that this location uses DoorDash for delivery. The order included a service fee, delivery fee, and I also tipped the driver. The additional fees and tax added up to just over $10.00 for a $20.00 order. DoorDash drivers are just regular folks trying to make some money. I'm sure they're good people. Unfortunately, they're not really equipped to make hot food deliveries and may make stops at more than one restaurant before getting to your home. So the food arrived cold and appeared to have been sitting for awhile. The pizza was flat and just wasn't very good. I wanted to try another pizza place besides Sahara in Chehalis just to change things up. Big mistake. Sahara pizza delivers warm just prepared food for a comparable price. Their pizzas are way better. Plus, they have dedicated drivers from the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and skip Little Caesars. Order from Sahara. read more

This is the SECOND time in a row I have had crap service from this location. A couple of weeks ago the app wouldn't let me order, told me to call the store, charged my card. I called the store and asked them for help. Was told by the male manager " I was not charged, try again". He hung up on me. Tried again tonight. They have ONE job! The manager was so busy talking about how slow it was, who was leaving early and whether "so and so" completed some paperwork, that he put the wrong order for me in the pick up oven. I drove 20 minutes home to find out I had crap my family wouldn't eat. Called to tell him, he said bring it back and place a new order. I asked him if he could place my order so I did not have to wait when I got there---my husband works from home and has limited dinner time---he got shitty with me and I got loud. He said call the owner and hung up on me, DONE WITH THE GARBAGE HOLE! Crap service and I'm sick of it. Glad they have so much business they don't need mine. read more

Zero stars would be much too generous of a review! I installed their app because it stated you could get free crazy bread with the order of a pizza. It gave a promo code to add at check out. The app was terrible. I couldn't order the pizza we wanted and forget trying to add the coupon code (it was expired, despite the fact that the coupons said they were good thru the month of December, 2019!) The girl taking orders had NO IDEA how to help me figure out the online ordering issues thru their own app. So, 10 minutes later I finally figured it out myself AND showed her so she would now know "something" about their own app. Ok, so now my order is placed and the clerk says to give them 10-15 minutes. I wander the strip mall for 20 minutes and head back to Little Caesar's. I walked in and she said my order wasn't done yet but would be done soon. Now, I take a seat and wait. I'm still the only customer in the store. I asked again if my order was ready. The clerk goes back into the kitchen to check, and no, it's still not ready. I ask why it's taking so long but never got a straight forward answer. Enter...3 more customers come in and every last one of them get their pizza and leave! Mine is STILL NOT DONE!! I finally ask one more time and she says she can't figure out what happened to my order. I ask, "Could it have been put in one of your other warming racks?" "Oh, no. It's not in there" she answers. I asked her to please go back and check it for me, which she does! My pizza was 'MISPLACED!" Wow! How long had it been sitting in there? WHO KNOWS?? Now, she still has to put it thru the Pizza Portal before I can have it. I'm thoroughly disgusted at this point, but I take my pizza and get the hell out of there because I am fuming inside! My pizza was STONE COLD! The box had a slight warmth to it, but the pizza was dead. NEVER WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN!! I am going to refer all my friends to this review so I do not have to relive it over and over !gain. BEWARE! TURN AROUND AND LEAVE, NOW! You've been warned. I could've gotten a pizza delivered from Italy and gotten it fresh, hot and much, much quicker! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! About a year ago Little Caesars opened at 1549 NW Louisiana Ave Chehalis, WA we were excited. First time we entered excellent pizza. Lots of pepperoni , cheese, sauce just like their ad is pictured on television. Last two times in this location low on pepperoni, cheese, sauce, poor service. What happened? It is a crime what is being sent out of this location; I am expressing my opinion strongly do not order from 1549 NW Louisiana Ave. It is not worth your money and you could be disappointed. Stopped by last night to try the new Smokehouse pizza for dinner. I don't expect 5 start service at a place like this. But I also wasn't expecting to hear the little girl making my pizza yell out "are you fucking serious!?" When the cashier told her what I wanted. Not sure what she expects to do while working there during business hours. Shortly after she yelled out "it's going to be a 35 minute wait!!"
