Similar to the West Bend location, the Grafton location is pizza only (I'd give anything to have them sell subs again too). The inside seems smaller than West Bend's with less merch and non-pizza food items. Still, it's the pizza I stopped for and Eaton's has the best take and bake pizza I've ever had. I picked up a couple frozen pizzas and got a "14 sausage pizza made fresh while I was there. If you enjoy pizza, I hope you've tried Eaton's and love it too. If you haven't tried Eaton's yet, what are you waiting for?

Everyone waiting for a table ends up awkwardly standing close together near the entrance, which wasn't very comfortable. You have to check in at the bar, and unfortunately the bartender seemed visibly annoyed whenever groups tried to add their name to the waitlist. He rolled his eyes and came across as pretty grumpy, which was a rough first impression. I honestly considered leaving, but I was really craving pizza, so we stayed. Once we got a table, we had to go back up to the bar to place our order. We got cheesy garlic bread, a deep dish pizza with three toppings, and three sodas. The sodas were poured right away, and I carried them back to the table myself. About five minutes later, the garlic bread was ready, and I went back up to grab that too. When food is ready, they yell out your order and vaguely point in your direction while saying "front" or "back," which works but isn't exactly organized. One positive surprise was the deep dish pizza. It came out much faster than expected. Most deep dish places take 45-60 minutes, but this one was ready pretty quickly. The food itself was very good and definitely the highlight of the experience. When we finished eating, I went up to get a to-go box and pay. That's when I noticed sodas are not free refills, though they're priced at $1.25 each. We ended up paying for six sodas total (three originals plus refills), which honestly wasn't bad and came out to about the same (or even less) than unlimited soda elsewhere. Still, it would've been nice to know ahead of time. I was also unsure about the tipping situation since we did all the running around ourselves: ordering, picking up food, carrying drinks, and paying. We tried the gluten-free spinach feta pizza. As expected, the gluten-free crust was a bit tough, but the toppings were generous, fresh, and very flavorful. We also ordered the Goodfella on regular crust, and this was the real standout. The crust was phenomenal. Thin, crispy, and airy, exactly what you hope for from a New York-style pie. Topping ratio was balanced, and there was a good amount of sauce, though the sauce itself could have used a bit more depth of flavor. Overall, this is a place with really good pizza trapped inside a frustrating dining experience. Despite the poor service and chaotic atmosphere, I'd honestly still come back... but probably for takeout instead of dine-in.

What made the experience especially disappointing was that the bartender acknowledged that this customer is a regular and that she has caused similar situations in the past. The bartender ultimately sided with her and asked us to leave instead. Throughout the interaction, the bartender was condescending and spoke down to us about a situation we did not start. We came to have a good time and were treated unfairly for someone else's behavior. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left a very negative impression, and I can't recommend a place that treats customers this way.
