I have been gluten free for 30 years (due to intestinal issues) but recently had it resolved and the first thing I wanted was Little Caesar's pizza. The pepperoni is my favorite and I got my first pizza after all those years at this store by my house. I would go on to get many more, some delivered and some picked up. I love being able to pick up a regular size pizza ready to go when I drop in; they are always hot and fresh. There is a woman who works the register who is so sweet and polite, and really hustles to help all the customers. I've been here a couple of times simply to pick up whatever pizza they have available, and that's the charm of Little Caesars, no waiting, for the most part. I honestly love going in ask, asking what they have, and quickly getting out. This last visit I had a bonus in that they have crazy bread available, which doesn't always happen. The thing is, I don't need the crazy bread, I just like it. The service is efficient enough and the food has been very consistent regardless of which Little Caesars I visit. We called to complain and were told to pick up a replacement the next time. We stopped in again today, sticks were raw again. Employee stated that's just how they are. No, they're not. Maybe the oven needs to be checked or they're rushing them because they're backed up. Regardless they're not being cooked properly. Employees weren't wearing gloves. One guy kept pulling up his pants then would return to handling food. If you're looking for a quick pizza and very inexpensive this little Cesar is perfect. I love to order our food via the app, because it allows you to get a barcode for when you pick up your pizza. After you walk in you scan your barcode in a little oven opens and you take your pizza and leave. You have zero contact with the employees and it's very quick to get in and out. The only downside to this location is that it's extremely small, and a lot of the patronage don't use the app so you have to make your way through a crowd of people that are waiting for their pizza. It's too bad the company doesn't advertise more or insist upon its customers to use this app first very efficient it would clear up there's extremely small waiting area. read more

I recently moved to the neighborhood back in July 2019. This location borders Palm Desert / Bermuda Dunes within a shopping plaza next to Albertsons and a laundry mat. The majority of the residents here are 55+, retired, or seasonal snowbirds. I severely underestimated how busy this location can get after 4pm. It's always busy in the evenings l. The issue that I have with this location is the lack of readily available items (Hot & Ready, crazy sauce, etc etc). Even before covid, this place has always required at least a 15 minute wait. Online Orders - Give yourself an additional 10-15 minutes if your order is ready. This location will NOT have it in the pick-up kiosks. Isn't this the point of online orders? To save yourself a wait in store? I'm glad to see that many customers are still supporting Little Caesars, but for the love of god, please have some Hot&Ready pizzas available for a quick and simple pickup. On Saturday, April 20, 2013 I tried to go to the store at 11:25 am. The store hours said 11:00am was when they would open, but the doors were locked and even a guy who worked in the store couldn't go in because apparently there was some issue with the safe being open. I ordered pizza and wings on-line. The app told me that it would be ready in 29 minutes. I arrived and the place was a zoo. At first there were five of us waiting, that grew to 10. No food was coming out. The food that was coming out was being put in the portal delivery ovens. The only thing was, that no names or codes were coming up on the outside. In the meantime the kid working the counter kept disappearing. When he did return to the register he purposefully wouldn't make eye contact with anyone or offer to assist anyone. He was a total waste of space. The phones were ringing off the hook, no food was actually being delivered and the portal was filling up with no names or codes to empty them. Finally, people started demanding refunds. The kid panicked, but he did have sense enough to ask the other kid who was filling the portals what was wrong with the delivery method. That kid told him that the scanners weren't working, so he couldn't enter any info so that people could retrieve their orders. So literally, they kept filling up the portal ovens, which were incapable of dispensing the orders. No one thought to just call out the names on the boxes. I was lucky, I got a little pushy and after a half hour past my due time I got my pizza but only cause I asked and became pushy. Lesson learned, don't go back. The pizza and the wings were actually pretty darn good, but the effort, wait, and total lack of customer service is something I won't go through again. When I walked out, I half expected a riot from the 10 people in the lobby......I don't think I'm alone when I say I won't return to this location ever again. read more

Vast amount of spaces and they even have single pull through spaces in front of the store! Located in a bustling area that's been thriving for a long time. The food here is great compared to other places! Yes, I know it isn't 5-star cuisine and yes I know it's Little Ceaser's BUT it's top notch Little Ceaser's! They always have them "Hot-N-Ready"s ready to go *insert smooth hand motion* haha They also sell drinks here in 20oz and 2liters, but they're pricey like most pizza places. It's a plus that they're located next to a grocery store, so that solves that injustice haha Employees here are super friendly and in a good mood too! Overall, 5 stars! It was very busy at 5:00pm. I was told the wait would be 15-20 min. After 20 min, found they hadn't started one deep dish. Total wait was over 40 min. Watched three different customers leave with incomplete or inaccurate orders while I waited. They were all offered a corrected order, with an additional 20 min wait, but nobody wanted to wait. I was offered a free order of wings and an apology for my wait. A kind gesture, but I'd rather have my time back. And listening to some commercial every two minutes when someone opens the front door is incredibly annoying. They seemed very understaffed to handle the evening rush. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be hot n ready, and was given a 10 minute wait. I get it, it's a Saturday. In the 20 minutes that I've been waiting I've seen employees doing strange cash transactions on the side, people not in uniform walking into the back with arms full of snacks, and a general lack of professionalism, all of which led me to write one of very few reviews. This location is always busy but they've never messed up on our order. Today we waited about 20 mins passed the quoted time but it was so busy. Everyone in there was working hard and running around. I felt bad for the workers. They're mostly young kids and some of the adult customers that were in there were acting terribly because they had to wait. Overall the pizza is pretty good for the price.
