I liked the vibe here. Edgy and dark, which makes sense since it doubles as a music venue. There are a good amount of seats and tables. Order at the register. Service was nice and quick. The concept of the food is great. I would say they are more of a BBQ place, than a Burrito shop. They have smoked meats and make burritos and sandwiches. And served with chips and salsa. The salsas have a variety of hotness and flavor. They have a few beers on tap, sodas and more beverages in cans and bottles. I got a Carne Asada burrito. It was just ok in my preference. Good amount of food and decently priced. Reminded me of a Chipotle burrito. My husband, mom and sister also got burritos. And they expressed the same idea. My dad got a brisket sandwich, and he thought it was very good. Should I make it back this way I would try the sandwiches.

Not to everyone's taste, but good solid burritos if you tend toward liking barbecue. The service was prompt, the staff friendly, and the food good. We got two burritos - a veggie and a smoker ... both were large and tasty, plenty for a big hungry guy, too much for a single meal for a smallish woman. Given the size of the burritos, the prices were understandable, but this isn't a "cheap eats" place - two burritos with tax and tip were almost $40, and that's without anything to drink other than water. The veggie was sauced in a southwest or bbq kind of way -- and while it was fine, it was nothing special (not surprising given their focus here). The smoker was delicious, featuring smoked beef brisket. It's an odd filling for a burrito, and I don't think it would ever be a favorite for me, but it was exactly what they said it would be, and it was done well. The atmosphere was somewhat uninspired, with a focus somewhat reminiscent of a heavy-metal honky-tonk BBQ place on the inside, and a couple of tiny tables on the sidewalk outside next to parked cars. And from the look of the stage, they have live music here regularly. This is a place where the menu tells you exactly what you're getting ... if the menu appeals, go for it. If your taste in burritos doesn't extend to carne asada, chorizo, pulled pork or brisket, perhaps you should go elsewhere. We liked it ... but I'm not sure it'd be right for everyone.

First off the food was DELICIOUS! We all had different items. The pork sando, chicken sando and chicken tacos. The pineapple salsa is so darn yummy I could probably eat it by the spoonful. The woman working the front was awesome. She was the whole vibe. Once she left the vibe died. Give that woman a raise!

Wow! Based on its outside appearance, this is a spot that I normally wouldn't even notice, but it turned out to be a gem! Thanks to Yelp and Google, I saw that this restaurant had high ratings and was voted "best lunch special" from 2012-2022. Their mission is to serve affordable smoked meats to the Port Angeles area. These days when prices are constantly on the rise, it's amazing to find places like these that have such delicious food at a reasonable cost. This restaurant has some of the most unique decor I've ever seen with hanging skeletons, masks and posters adorning the walls which were painted bold orange, red and green. They also have a stage for live music. I felt a little out of place, but of course they welcome everyone. As my family walked in, we were immediately greeted with a smile by one staff member who took our orders at the counter. Their menu mainly features tacos, burritos and sandwiches filled with their smoked meats. These items come with a side of the tortilla chips and your choice of salsa ranging from very mild (tomato) to hot (ghost pepper). My sister was on the fence between two of the salsas and the cashier kindly included a cup of each for her at no extra cost. After a few minutes, he brought us our order and we took it back to our cottage. I got the LITTLE DEVIL'S TACOS which includes three tacos and the chips & salsa for only $10! What a steal! They have several meat options and some of them do cost a tad extra, but not by much. I selected my first with smoked pork, second with beer can chicken and third with shredded beef (extra $0.50). The shredded beef was my favorite as it was so succulent and nicely seasoned. The smoked pork didn't taste too smoky, but it was lean and not fatty... just how I like it! I enjoyed the chicken as well which was tender and juicy. All tacos came topped with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tomato salsa. Every bite was delicious! For the salsa, I loved their medium Verde one. It was super herby, garlicky and fresh with a slight sweetness. So so good! If you prefer more spice, try the Chupacabra... their smokey chipotle habanero blend. It has a strong kick, but is extremely addicting. My parents both liked their burritos, which were huge and stuffed. Additionally, I was impressed with how perfectly they executed my sister's order after she made quite a few customizations with her tacos. Our meal at Little Devil's Lunchbox turned out to be one of my favorites on our trip. Give it a try if you're nearby!

Lil Devils is consistently serving tasty lunch deals of the day. Love they have an $11 deal with something different each day of the week. The lunch is hearty and quick! My 3 tacos plate was loaded with protein. The "beer can chicken" be it in burritos, tacos, ect. is always flavorful and moist. Chupacabra sauce snd verde are the best salsas here. imho. Rocking vibe soundtrack, ya gotta love this spot!

Super glad I decided to stop by this trendy joint, their smoker burrito is phenomenal! Moist, savory, perfect ratios, and the perfect temperature to dig right in. Their salsa also packs a nice amount of heat, the chupacabra level is true to a 4/5 spice level. The ambiance of the place is a bit fun and quirky with all their decorations. It's clear this place is loved by the locals, the lunch rush was crazy busy, but service is quick! I'll definitely be back when craving some Mexican.

Really good local Mexican place in town! I was iffy on if Mexican food would be good around this area but this place did not disappoint. Burritos were huge and all the salsas were delicious and had lots of fresh flavor. The restaurant wasn't too busy, so we easily found seating for a larger group! Highly recommend! Our group got the Johnny, Carne asada, and the smoky burrito and we had no complaints!! Not dry at all and tons of meat.

This place has won several awards so we wanted to try it while we were in town. It was just OK. The guac looked like it had been squeezed out of a tube and my burrito was good but not great. Atmosphere was really cool and my kids liked playing with the toyslike Mr. Potato Head.

Tacos were good, chips nice and crunchy. Salsa good. Guacamole was premade from a tube. The corn shells were soft not fried.

This was an amazing Discovery recommended to us by the staff at Swains, the general store in Port Angeles. The food was absolutely amazing, featuring smoked brisket, pulled pork and other delicious specialties. It is labeled as a Mexican restaurant but the meats stand out and make this anything but a usual Mexican restaurant. We loved the delicious food and friendly staff. Definitely worth a return anytime we revisit Port Angeles. read more

Fantastic! We hadn't been in a few years and decided to go to the new location. Oh my gosh...The food is phenomenal! I had the smoked beef brisket tacos and my husband had a Bantha Burrito with pork. My only quibble was I wasn't crazy about the salsa on my tacos but next time I'll just leave it off. Chips are addictive. I can't wait to go back. read more

Found this place via my Yelp app while hungry in Port Angeles. Was not disappointed. The place was small but busy. The staff was young and friendly. I had the lunch special, a pulled pork sandwich. Awesome choice! Only had one day in town, so no chance for another meal. Bummer, the rest of the menu looked great. Give this place a try if you find yourself in Port Angeles. I saw all the great reviews and it was good, but nothing amazing. The smoked pork tasted great. It may have been the pineapple salsa that turned me off. It had chunks of canned pieces in it. At least use fresh or frozen pineapple so it has more flavor and doesn't look almost white. read more

This place is a little gem if you like BBQ and/or Mexican food. It's a little out of the way but it's worth the effort to find it. The food was excellent and inexpensive. I can recommend the Smoked Brisket Burrito. The place is quite small and was very busy when we arrived but there was a nice little outdoor seating area that was empty. It may not be a fine dining experience but it certainly serves great food! read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in port angeles to eat on our way back to seattle from the olympic national forest and we were more than delighted to find this little place. The chupacabra salsa was so good that I regret not taking some to go. My boyfriend had the beer can chicken and I had the shrimp NOLA sandwich and both were delicious. We loved all the show posters and the whole vibe of the place was awesome. They had a good selection of hot sauces too! read more

Every time we're in Port Angeles, we have to have lunch at the Little Devil's Lunchbox. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful and I love the beer can chicken tacos. My husband tried the ghost pepper salsa and really enjoyed it, but I prefer the pineapple salsa. The restaurant is a little place with a few tables, nothing fancy, but the food is incredible. read more

We've been wanting to try Little Devils for a while now, but every time we would swing by it was Sunday and they were closed. Finally made it yesterday and now we get it! I got the pork tacos and hubby got the brisket. The brisket was definitely delish, but I felt like the smokieness of the pork was a little much with only lettuce and cheese to accompany it. I would try it in a sandwich or burrito, though. And damn... The burritos looked amazing! We just did not want that much for a late lunch. As for the tip, I normally would not add one in this type of place but they do bring your food out to you and clean the table after so I'm glad I did. read more

Super tasty, large portions and very reasonably priced. I had the amberetta with chorizo and my friend had the McDurty. Both were awesome. The pineapple salsa is extra tasty if not a little mild, but you can always mix it with some of their other sauces to spice it up. I will definitely be back. read more

Awesome Place! Iv'e had the Brisket Burrito and Pulled Pork burrito both were delicious and HUGE! You will leave full if you get one of these and your wallet will be happy too. Just as good as some of the best Taco Trucks I've had down in California, if not better, by far the best burritos in the area. Just something about fresh tender smoked meats in a burrito that hits the spot. It will be hard not to stop by for a bite every time I get a chance to head out to PA. Dropped in here after a long hike and got the pork burrito. Probably in the top 3 burritos I have ever had, and I eat a good deal of burritos. These guys got it down, you can also tell that they have their own style. This is no cookie cutter restaurant trying to please every person out there. My family and I stopped by this cozy place while waiting for our ferry to Victoria BC. We had a small hike to get there and back, as we didn't have a lot of time between checking in to the ferry and getting back before it loaded. The walk was well worth it! The staff was gracious, and had no problem understanding our time constraints. They packed us up with a taco trio with three different selections of meat, a cuban sandwich, matador sandwich, and all the fixings including our individual selection of salsa's to go (mild, medium and hot, hot, hot) and chips. Everything was fabulous! We enjoyed every shared bite! Thank you so much for making the start of our Spring Break so yummy! We will definitely be returning if we are ever in Port Angeles again! read more

We immediately made reservations for dinner. Maybe I should've taken the time to read the reviews and menu instead of looking at the stars. Maybe my family and I ordered the wrong thing. We ordered three bowls of soup, the Yodelin, the Inner Coastal and the Hang Ten. The Yodelin and Hang Ten were bone broth made of fish in a Thai soup style noodle bowl. The Inner Coastal was a pho style noodle soup. My wife didn't like her Hang Ten as she thought it was too sour with the lime that they put in there. The Inner Coastal in no way resembled pho. The Yodelin was the the most mild with its coconut yellow curry broth, but, it was still a little sour because of the lime. Service was okay. We were seated almost immediately. The wait staff was attentive. I wasn't expecting Asian noodle soups while visiting Yodelin. We didn't like it. Lots of people do like this place. I'm not one of them. Maybe we should stick to their Clam chowder or sandwich if we go there again.

We understand it's a shareable plate, but definitely not worth it with a few tortilla chips for $23 (my plate also costed $23, but at least the serving was appropriate for the price). We hope that the food quality improves. It may simply be better to remove those items from the menu, as other menu items appear to be a hit according to other sources.

The margherita was light and garlicky and basily and oh so flavorful. I loved the balsamic glaze as well; added a deep sweet flavor which I enjoyed. The spicoli was craaaazy. The slices are massive and it's loaded with so much cheese and sausage that you can't even pick it up LOL. Flavor also 10/10. Would definitely recommend this place if you're a fan of super thin crusts! The flavors and topping selection is guaranteed yum.

Several parties entered shortly after us so luckily we grabbed a 3 top and checked out the menu. We each ordered a chocolate malt and a basket. My boyfriend and I chose the burrito basket and Aunt C. got the breakfast sandwich basket. When you walk into Granny's cafe you are immediately greeted by the vintage decor and the friendly employee at the counter. Once we sat down I had time to take it all in. Just above us was a ceiling shelf displaying a bunch of different salt and pepper shakers. A piano sat behind us with an old meat grinder nearby. They had some shirts for sale and a restroom just outside. An eclectic mix of vintage decor and several tables to serve guests inside and outside. Once the food came the three of us were famished. The chocolate malts were thick and delicious with a hefty dollop of whipped cream on top. Portion sizes were on point for our hunger needs, we were unable to finish everything. The burrito was stuffed with fresh spinach, tomatoes, cheese, and choice of meat. I got the sausage and all of it together was flavorful and hearty. This little cafe is certainly worth stopping at, be sure to check their hours before getting excited. It worked out that they opened at 11 on this day after we had filled our morning with an adventurous hike. We drove by a few hours later and noticed they got a lot busier after they opened, we were thankful we got there early and filled our tummies to get us through the rest our day. I highly recommend this little cafe if you happen to be heading in or around Olympic national park, in this area. I know we'd definitely go back when we visit again!

Very good, fast, small little restaurant with a small but mighty menu. Vegan/vegetarian options make this place a must if you're health conscious. The salsas are amazing, the pineapple one I could have eaten straight. Kid friendly, toys for playing until the food is ready.
