We have been to this spot quite a few times since 2023 and we absolutely love it. Most times we have been it has been a 5 star experience. The staff is always very warm and welcoming and the food is always wonderful! My family and my girlfriend always rave about their side salads! They're our absolute favorite! The hazelnut in there is seriously so good. I LOVE their iced coffees and most of their breakfast items are so good too! The potatoes are some of my favorite. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the most recent time we went, it was like a 1 out of 5. We got seated at the bar instead of a table, we didn't get our order taken for about 20 minutes and then the wait for our food was about 40 minutes. It was so bad that the people sitting next to us at the bar got there after us and left before us. It was crazy. I think they forgot about our order or something. Since then we haven't been back, but we really do enjoy the food and the nice cozy diner feel to it. I personally love the art for sale all over the walls and the welcoming vibe! Eggs benny and a strawberry mimosa, you cannot go wrong! The fact that the servers are aware of what goes into each dish is also awesome! With odd food allergies it can often be hard for me to find something to eat where I don't have a mild reaction. But my server was able to point me in the right direction, and make substitutions so I would be safe. I feel very safe to eat here, which is always a major plus! Fried Chicken Benedict (3/5) - I really wanted to give this a higher rating, but I've had better fried chicken in other places. The eggs were good, but enough to just leave this as OK. Had a nice breakfast at Little Griddle with a pal a couple of days ago. We arrived on a Saturday around 10 expecting to wait, but that was not the case and we were seated right away. I blame myself for not ordering more carefully, I ended up with a poached eggs on polenta dish and it came as a bowl of polenta and I was expecting griddled slices, but that was not the restaurants fault. Definitely use the yelp check in to get ahead of the queue and make sure to check in with the staff upon your arrival. The wait time for sunday brunch was fairly short in my opinion (15min). The street also offers a lot of browsing so its easy to put your name down and wander outside. Parking is fairly straight foward with residential parking off of Hawthorne. I tried the blueberry french toast and was delighted to scarf it down. The syrup was a tad too sweet for my liking, but it comes separate on a side (which was nice). Solid place for brunching.
