I'm from the Philadelphia suburbs and have been living in Lancaster County for 5 years. I'm a pizza snob. I grew up with the best pizza in the world. Let me start by saying that I am from Philly but come out to Lancaster each year on Black Friday to cut down a tree. While we are out here we like to try different places. After reading reviews we thought we would try it. We had the cheese steak stuffed pizza. This must be a Lancaster county thing because I have never had stuffed pizza. I have had calzones, Stromboli, NY style pizza, Chicago deep fish pizza and even double stacked pizza but never stuffed pizza. Think of two large pizzas coming together with the toppings touching each other, then pinching the crusts to seal it in. It was delicious. We also had the wings and loaded fries. For 6 of us our bill was $50 including tip which was not that bad. I would definitely come here again. read more

Our large group came to Li'l Nicki just after they opened - everyone was happy with their meals. The cheese steaks, stromboli, pastas and salads were pretty good. They were understaffed but really pulled through for us - so much so that we came back the next day of our soccer tournament. I think the food was 3.5, menu variety was 4, and service was 4.5. I pretty much love Little Nickys. It's not fancy, but it's good. The pizza is greasy, but it's tasty. The stromboli is friggen huge. And it's tasty. The pepperoni rolls are cute. And they're tasty. I like the guys who work there too. They're friendly. I'm always telling the one guy about how I travel around to Europe and stuff and he's always asking me when I get back where I've been. Decided to go to Little Nicki's today because Espino's would have been a pretty major backtrack for our end destination. The location is pretty good here, and the inside is very nice. It is quiet, well decorated, and has a very warm feel to it. Our waitress was very nice and seemed to legitimately enjoy working there. The cooks on the other hand, not so much. They were nice enough, they just seemed generally disinterested to be at work. My partner and I ended up getting a 16" pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, and 10 mild wings. The cheese sticks were good, but nothing crazy. You get 6 sticks for $6 and it comes with a generous helping of marina sauce. They were beer battered sticks, and they were cooked well. I wouldn't mind them again, but would probably try another app first. My partner got the wings and while they did come out steaming hot and almost drowning in sauce, he said they were a little undercooked. He did eat almost all of them, but it went from him commenting on the texture of the chicken, to pulling them apart and realizing they weren't quite cooked the entire way through. The sauce itself was very good, a basic mild sauce but it was tasty. I love to dip my crust in hot sauce, so I'm glad there was a lot of it. The pizza was very very good. It was pretty greasy, but there was a LOT of cheese and a fair amount of pepperoni. The cheese was delicious, and very stringy. The crust was also very good, it didn't have too much of a crunch to it but it was cooked well and complimented the rest of the pizza great. The only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the wings. I don't know if they were really undercooked or not, but it is something to take into consideration. Been getting it here for years and was motivated to give a review after a friend tried it this evening after I gave it props at work. Yes...we talked about pizza at work. He and his texted me raving about my dining suggestion for them and I figured the world (or at least the Ephrata area) should know how great this pizza taste. Best pizza in town, hands down! Their crust is thin and has a nice crisp, plus they nailed the sauce and load the pizza with cheese. They have a really good sausage topping and specialty pizzas as well (the BBQ chicken was amazing). We just orders two salads (buffalo chicken and antipasto salad) and they were huge!! Definitely get your money's worth here. The staff was also very friendly on top of service which is of course great. We won't get pizza anywhere else in town. Had food delivered to St Boniface, delivery was quick. Ordered a meat lovers pizza and spaghetti n mtballs. Everything was still hot when we got home 20 min. Or so later. The spaghetti dinner came with a salad (lettuce, very little tomato and tons of onions, no mozz nor croutons) and a large garlic bread roll, all was tasty. I thought that the spaghetti was a bit shy on the "balls", ony got four and they weren't huge ones by any means. read more

We had mild hot wings (cooked well, not dry, good size), chef salad (fresh lettuce, deli meat and cheese, lovely pickled peppers), and taco pizza (a bit heavy on the seasoning but still good, nice balance between lettuce & tomato toppings). Our first visit for dine-in and were welcomed warmly and asked to sit anywhere. The waiter-in training took awhile to get to our table as he seemed overwhelmed but his trainer covered for him while waiting her tables. We shared a 10-12" (?) cheeseburger bacon "1/2 pounder" that we both enjoyed! It came out quickly and was hot. A cheap date for less than $9 sharing a sandwich! We were intrigued after paying and saw the pizza-Meister making a cheese-stuffed crust pizza...will have to try that on our next visit. read more

I am occasionally in Ephrata for work, and after some searching, I've found that this is the best lunch in town. Calzones are exceptional, and I had a hoagie yesterday that was terrific. Everything is very fresh and made with care. Very clean and comfortable place to eat, the staff is pleasant and attentive. Was frankly very surprised to find food of this quality in this little town.
