Agree with some other reviewers - milk tea is only ok. I must have ordered the wrong sweetness level, because even at 50% it wasn't sweet enough. We ordered the mango matcha and dirty matcha with brown sugar (comes with boba). The boba didn't have much flavor since it's not boiled in honey. For the small size it seemed too small for the price where most drinks also don't include boba which is an extra .75. There's one bench inside so it's mostly order to go. I usually don't get the fruit versions at boba places, but I really needed something refreshing after walking about 10,000 steps and decided to try their mango slushy option. Oh my goodness, it was exactly what I needed. It hit the spot. It was refreshing, fresh, and nice and fruity. The mango flavor really came through, and as a mango fan, I have nothing but good things to say. The only thing I would say is I got a small and it was definitely not enough, so I would go for a larger size next time, but that's really just me wanting more of it in the future. It's also just in a really nice neighborhood to walk around, so it's a great place to grab a drink and then go for a walk or head to the park. The service was really sweet too. I was really craving an ice boba on a hot sunny day and found this place pretty ideal. There is no place inside except for two stools and one small bench, but basically they don't really have AC on, so it's actually super hot. Even though you can't take a quick seat, you essentially can't stay there for a really long time. There were 3 people in front of me online, plus 3 other orders from a different person that came earlier, and service was still really quick. We only waited for about 5 minutes each person before getting our drink. They charged $6 for their small bobas and $7 for their large. They had quite a range of options from lattes to bobas and other milk options. There's a bus station right outside, so it's pretty convenient for public transportation. The only downside of it is that it's not a place where you can hang out. But if you're only here to grab a drink and go, it is the ideal location. The taste of the Dirty Boba was pretty refreshing and ice-cold as well. You place your orders on a machine right in front of the counter, so we've actually only one employee inside who's making all the drinks. In general, there's not a lot of wait time when it comes to having someone place an order for you. My bes-tea and I love getting tea when we hang out. She chose Tea & Others since we'd both never been. The tea shop is small and unassuming with a few dinosaur decorations. There's a menu posted outside and inside. Order at the kiosk, pick up your drink when it's ready, and take it to go. Service wasn't helpful or memorable but the drink was well-made. The matcha was earthy, I enjoyed that they used real taro, and the drink as a whole was slightly sweet and creamy. My friend enjoyed the strong floral taste of her Organic Jasmine Milk Tea. Having been to A LOT of boba spots, it's getting more and more rare to have a pleasant surprise when we check out a new spot. Still, Tea & Other had been on our list for a few months ever since we saw the cute logo and saw some of their drinks in hand of people strolling around. They weren't busy yet when I stopped by at 2pm on a Friday, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their storefront is small and cozy, and you can use their kiosk to place your order. Although their drinks were slightly smaller compared to other boba places, their prices were also slightly lower. I would come back to check out their matcha drinks if in the area. Tea & Others has been on my list of boba spots to try as they've got such great reviews compared to a lot of others in the SF scene. Came through for a quick boba break during our adventure in the city. We took the bus to get here, but if you drive good luck finding street parking. The shop is located on the corner, easy to find, and there will probs be a short line out the door. The shop itself is SO small, zero seating, and no outdoor seating either. It's a grab-n-go type of spot, so if you're bringing the elders...bring yourself a stool just in case. They do contactless ordering, so there's only one pad to order from which makes the lines longer. There is a paper menu at the front door, so you can take turns reading the menu while you wait in line. I got their mango matcha boba latte which was beautiful, and my friends' Pink panther and Citrus Gardens looked nice too. The presentation truly is pretty with all of the colors, since you can get milk teas, fruit teas, even CAKE teas what. The drinks are instagrammable with their bright colors. But the interest dies there. There was only one bobarista that day, management needs to staff properly! The poor gal was making all of the drinks herself, so the whole thing probably took 30 mins for us to wait. I felt so bad for her. Once you order, there's barely enough space to wait inside, so I would suggest having 1-2 in your party wait for the drinks. No restrooms, but they do have hand sani and napkins. No serve-yourself water while you wait too. The drinks came out at adequate level of taste. My matcha was good, but it tasted like the matcha I make at home. The drink wasn't even cold enough, probably needed to be stirred with ice before arranging. The mango puree they use isn't too sweet which was wonderful, and honestly the boba was a little too hard, minimal QQ bounce. My friend's pink panther was odd, his words not mine. It was odd drinking boba in cake batter form. The citrus garden was probably our fave, refreshing and honestly just citrus juice. The lychee jelly had a nice chew and flavor was good as well! I was hoping that the boba would have more of a brown sugar boba taste to it. I also wish they had an option to add extra boba. I also knocked off a star because the non-dairy options costs more. It really sucks for those who want to order a drink with "milk", but are lactose intolerant. I personally don't think it's fair for those who are lactose intolerant to be "forced" to pay extra. The drink itself was decent. I was hoping it would have a stronger strawberry flavor, but it was still very good! I wish that their menu actually had a description of what each drink had inside.
