Lychee tea w sea salt foam top
    Nidhi G.

I got the lychee tea with sea salt foam and boba. The drink itself was nice and refreshing, I got the recommended 75% sweet. The boba's texture was nice and soft, but didn't have sweetness or flavor. Their menu has a lot of variety, especially for matcha drinks. However, the small is very small for $7+

The store was empty when we arrived. There was one worker, who was attentive and made our drinks very quickly. The dirty matcha was not my favorite. The boba is nice and chewy, but the matcha itself watered down. There's a bit of a fridge water taste to it. I'd give this a 2/5. The dirty strawberry tastes like strawberry milk and I enjoy it. It's not too sweet but has a good strawberry flavor. I'd give this a 4/5.

I was really craving an ice boba on a hot sunny day and found this place pretty ideal. There is no place inside except for two stools and one small bench, but basically they don't really have AC on, so it's actually super hot. Even though you can't take a quick seat, you essentially can't stay there for a really long time. There were 3 people in front of me online, plus 3 other orders from a different person that came earlier, and service was still really quick. We only waited for about 5 minutes each person before getting our drink. They charged $6 for their small bobas and $7 for their large. They had quite a range of options from lattes to bobas and other milk options. There's a bus station right outside, so it's pretty convenient for public transportation. The only downside of it is that it's not a place where you can hang out. But if you're only here to grab a drink and go, it is the ideal location. The taste of the Dirty Boba was pretty refreshing and ice-cold as well. You place your orders on a machine right in front of the counter, so we've actually only one employee inside who's making all the drinks. In general, there's not a lot of wait time when it comes to having someone place an order for you. There's also a sandwiches ATM shop right across the street and a pizza place right next door.

Such a cute logo and such good bubble tea. Quick, friendly service. Ordered two with boba and they were better taste and quality than lots of similar places. I would come back.

I haven't been in a few years so I went back today to get some boba. The shop is a small store, with almost no seating, and you order via a kiosk. I ordered a large matcha latte, and it came with boba. The total was about $7.40. They do charge extra for alternative milk options and for other toppings. The boba itself was good. It was not that sweet so that might be personal preference. The drink itself was okay. It tasted like sweetened milk with a hint of matcha. If you are a huge fan of matcha, I would order something else. But overall, it was a fine boba drink.

My bes-tea and I love getting tea when we hang out. She chose Tea & Others since we'd both never been. The tea shop is small and unassuming with a few dinosaur decorations. There's a menu posted outside and inside. Order at the kiosk, pick up your drink when it's ready, and take it to go. Service wasn't helpful or memorable but the drink was well-made. Milk and fruit teas are available with customizations and dairy alternatives. I got the Taro Matcha Latte with Oat Milk, Light Ice, and 50% Sweetness. The matcha was earthy, I enjoyed that they used real taro, and the drink as a whole was slightly sweet and creamy. My friend enjoyed the strong floral taste of her Organic Jasmine Milk Tea. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but I did appreciate trying Tea & Others. Parking is limited and street only with its location off Divisadero Street.

This place has the best boba branding I've seen! The dinosaur stuck in the boba cup is adorable, and there are dinosaurs all throughout the inside. The service was quick and friendly! I got the osmanthus oolong with crema. It's quality tea; and because I got the crema at 50%, it wasn't too sweet. I highly recommend this place!

I dipped in here with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the drinks! There's no seating in this shop but they have a vibrant menu to order from -- I got the passionfruit green tea with jelly and it was just as delicious as YiFang / some other iconic boba brands out there. Very refreshing on a warm day. My friend also really liked her dirty matcha. Service was also fast. Excited to stop by again next time I'm on Divis.

Having been to A LOT of boba spots, it's getting more and more rare to have a pleasant surprise when we check out a new spot. Still, Tea & Other had been on our list for a few months ever since we saw the cute logo and saw some of their drinks in hand of people strolling around. We were so glad to finally check it out because it was unexpectedly good! It's a small shop without anywhere to linger, and as is common these days, is contactless. Still, the drinks come out quickly and had uncommonly good flavor as well as decent boba. This gets a high rating from us and we would definitely return! I love dirty boba and got a dirty matcha boba which was quite good and my wife got a seasonal special fruit tea that was really tasty!

Stopped into here as I had errands to run in the area & wanted a drinky drink to reward myself LOL. I think it's a pretty solid neighborhood offering. There was no seating in the store, so you can only order (on the kiosk) for take out. They did not have Taro available on the day I went, which I was really craving, but I went with the Mango Matcha Latte (3/5). It was very thick and viscous, and kind of chalky in texture. Could be because I got a mango drink when it's not in season, but the mango in this was very sour and tart, a bit unexpected. Service was quick and prompt, as I was the only one in the store at the time. I'll come back to try out another menu offering.

Tea & Others was such a cute spot. Probably one of the best boba balls in the city, they were soft and chewy but also a bit warm, which is exactly the way I love them. I got the Milk Tea which although good and refreshing, was a little bit less flavorful than some other places I've been to. But I would definitely love to come back and try some more flavors. The cup is so cute and the small was a perfect size for a small pick me up in the middle of the day.

    L: Strawberry Matcha Latte $5.50 R: Pink Panther $5.50 + Crema (+$1)

Jurassic Park had me fearing the TEA-rex since a young age, and pro-BOBA-ly for the rest of my life. Luckily here, no dinosaurs- only some boba drinks. .:: Drinks ::. Pink Panther $5.50+ Creama (+$1): Strawberry Cake Batter laced around the cup with jasmine tea. Added on creama. I liked this drink more than my own drink. My friend got this and was a unique taste with the cake batter. Gave it a more dense texture and a kick of flavors. Strawberry Matcha Latte $5.50: basically everything is in the name, strawberry puree with matcha and milk. Very meh! Strawberry puree was tasting flat, almost didnt even taste it. Usually the puree adds on sweetness, but felt like it was not sweet at all. Matcha was just bitter and watered down. Not the rich matcha you would get at a quality place. .:: Ambiance / Service / Parking ::. TAKE OUT ONLY currently (reporting live on 5/2023). The place looked pretty small though. Cashier and I have very little interaction as it was a order at the kiosk type of place. Only one Kiosk available so can see a line forming if theres many people We walked from another restaurant, but looks like street parking

Crema osmanthus oolong tea and jasmine milk tea
    Serena L.

Jasmine milk tea - 5/5, super strong tea flavor! It's hard finding good boba places with strong tea, so I'm glad my friends decided to walk down to it from Haight. Boba is good too, nice and chewy. Crema osmanthus oolong tea - 5/5, I only had a sip but the tea flavor is strong and the crema is good. I also had a sip of the black milk tea and really liked it. There is a strong tea flavor, which I absolutely love! I would definitely want to come back.

I walked about 30 minutes and arrived too early as the store did not open until noon. I walked out to Geary Blvd. and there was a lot of construction as I explored the area. I returned with only 14 minutes left before opening. The lady opening the store was raising the blinds on the windows facing the street. She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. I wasn't familiar with pomelo and the lady told me it was like grapefruit. I still wanted to order a mango drink and went instead with the mango smoothie also 75% sweet with less ice. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent. The milk tea was not too sweet and I appreciated the peach bits in the drink. The mango smoothie was really creamy.

I don't normally drink a lot of boba, but vacations are for treating yourself, right? The crème brûlée milk tea was basically dessert in a cup. You could actually taste and chew on little bits of torched caramelized sugar throughout the drink. The boba itself was perfectly cooked, soft and chewy. And then there was pudding in there too! Every sip had me going "ooh" and "ahh" as I discovered another delicious texture. The only downside was that the drink only comes in one size, and it was a bit too much for me. I was genuinely sad that I couldn't finish it. That's one of the reasons I don't order boba very often. I can eat way more food than I can drink liquid for some reason. The reason for this review is to address the lack of consideration and customer service from the hispanic male staff member working that night. Instead of listening to the concern, the staff was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying things like "all I do is press these buttons" and "this is what you ordered," without acknowledging the customer's experience or concern about the quality of the drink. Although the drink was eventually remade, the staff did so while visibly frustrated, slamming cabinets and displaying negative energy throughout the interaction. It created an uncomfortable experience, especially considering how polite and understanding the customer had been. Customer service and basic courtesy matter just as much as the product itself.
