I've been a customer of this location for 25 years. Ever since COVID, the quality and service just hasn't been the same. They changed their moo shu pancakes and now they're almost like tortillas - not the best. Additionally, they have a difficult time quoting accurate wait times. For example, on thanksgiving eve, I was quoted 25 minutes and ended up waiting over an hour for my food to be ready (being that it was the night before thanksgiving, I was willing to wait - just wish I had an accurate wait time so I wasn't waiting AT the store). Tonight, it's the same thing. I door dashed and expected a longer wait time given the holiday but my dasher has been waiting for my order for almost 20 minutes. I know they have a help wanted sign and they're doing their best but it would be really appreciated if they could respect our time and give us accurate wait times. read more

I have ordered from them 3 years ago. Was not a huge fan of their general Tso chicken. Today we tried them again. Food was fresh. I used online ordering to make it easier and avoid confusion. It was a lot of food for the price. Definitely worth a try. Not sure why people are salty about their reviews. read more

The lady who works there just assumes I don't understand what they were saying and started making comments about my body to the chefs in the back in Chinese ( which I speak) and on top of that combined my fiancé's rice with mine together and had a whole argument over rice. Located in a very small strip mall. Decent amount of parking spaces and it can get busy during lunch hours. The place itself is pretty small with a few booths if you want to eat in. Both times I've been there, I've gotten take out. The food is good. Flavorful and tasty. The fried rice with the lunch and dinner specials were good. Place is cheap too. Foods good, I think I would give more stars if they didn't constantly mess up my order. I always ask kung po chicken no peanuts and brown rice; somehow they always give me the order with peanuts and fried rice. One time we ordered a dish that says it comes with steam rice, we opened the bag no rice so we go back and tell the lady and she tried to charge us....WHAT. I live within walking distance but would rather drive 5 miles away to a different takeout place instead. Last time I ordered, the dumplings were so big and doughy that I could have played baseball with them. There aren't many dishes here that you haven't seen a thousand times before, but the kitchen is competent enough to make them tasty, and the ingredients are almost always fresh. The dining room is cafeteria-style, with a few paper lanterns and framed Chinese prints. The worst Chinese food I have ever had hands down. I place my order an egg roll and wonton soup pork fried rice and beef with extra spicy curry sick so it took over an hour which was fine with me for the delivery. The food was absolutely disgusting. How can you mess up an egg roll or simple dish like wonton soup. They did not even give me one drop of soy sauce or hot mustard even though I requested extra.
