I was visiting from California and decided to grab a green juice as it was next to Cafe Fixe where I was going for espresso. I had the green healthy monster, which had cucumbers,er organic kale, organic spinach, green apple, organic romaine, celery and lemon. I asked if they chose the organic produce based on the dirty dozen and the kids working there had no idea what I was talking about. The joule was good, but I would have liked it better with some ginger. Beware as the space has the awful smell some restaurants get that's kind of like burnt oil = order, wait outside, grab your juice, and run. read more

I've never had plantain chips before that I liked -- this place has them. They are thin enough and crispy enough to be like real chips to me. I had the buffalo solder wrap which was delicious. I would get again and again. I asked my partner (who picked it up) why he only got me one. read more

The smoothies and food are clean and delicious! Super interesting blend of healthy, tasty and vegan. Lost two stars because the service is terrible - I've been three times over the course of a few months and the lead cashier (a tall, husky younger man) is so rude, curt, and downright ignores customers. He screamed about being overworked, how he can't handle the front alone etc. I'm sympathetic to being stressed, but he absolutely ruins the ambiance and makes me incredibly reluctant to return. read more

Buffalo soldiers wrap is amazing. I don't even love Buffalo sauce that much but the flavors in the wrap are so balanced and amazing. I'm a very adventurous eater but pretty picky when it comes to vegetarian food, since I was a vegetarian for 25 years and know that veggie options can and should be dynamic and taste good. This DEFINITELY hits the spot, whether you're veg or not. Juices and smoothies are expensive, and I haven't loved all of the juices I have gotten-- but that's just because I'm not a big fan of green juices to begin with! This review is based off a doordash order, but I am a frequent customer in person and have never been disappointed! We had a large order through doordash and the smoothies were left behind. After calling the store, the owner personally drove and hand delivered them to us, and even threw in some treats for the inconvenience. Cannot say enough about the awesome customer service, and how great all the food, smoothies, etc are. We will absolutely be ordering again in the future! read more

I came to Livite one sunny afternoon while sauntering about in Washington Square. It's a very quick spot to stop by if you want a smoothie or juice or just something healthy on the go. There's no seating area, but we're also new englanders! Bah humbug to taking our time, right? Let's just be happy we're being healthy. I felt that the prices were too high. $7-8 for juice pressed vegetables? I also wish the menu was displayed on the wall. Still, I ordered a mango and pineapple smoothie. The ingredients were fresh, and it was flavorful as much as I had hoped. It did taste quite natural and fulfilling to my warmest heart's desires. Thanks Livite! read more

It really sucks to give this place a bad review because the food is usually good but I will likely not be ordering from here again. We put in an order for our office through Grubhub, 3 wraps, 2 salads, and a smoothie. Everything was fine - the food was delivered and we sat down to eat. I opened my salad and noticed that something was missing. I ordered the spinach and pear salad, expecting there to be a decent amount of pears considering it made it into the name of the salad. To make this short, there were no pears. All in all, it would have been good if there were pears. The dressing was good and the food was fresh. I wasn't even upset about it because I knew that I could call grubhub and maybe they'd give me a small credit towards the next order. We order quite a bit of food for the office and things get messed up from time to time. That's not the reason for this review. I called grubhub, explained the pear debacle, and the rep put me on hold to call the restaurant. While I was on hold, someone from Livite calls me, which is strange because I called Grubhub and expected them to just resolve this for me. Just as I answer the call from Livite, grubhub comes back on the line to tell me that they'll issue me a credit towards my next order - great. I get back on the line with Livite thinking that they're just calling to say sorry (which would have been unexpected but very nice). Instead, the guy from Livite begins to tell me that while he is sorry the pears were missing, there wouldn't have been a lot of pears anyway. I'm sorry - what? How do you call a customer to tell them you're sorry for messing up their order, and then tell them that it's fine because the amount of pears was very small. The guy wasn't overly polite, not rude really but more like calling me to tell me that it was ridiculous for me to complain about food missing when there wasn't going to be a lot of it anyway. Who does that!?! Grubhub has amazing customer service and already took care of the issue, which I told the guy from Livite. I wasn't looking for an explanation of why something was missing, just my money back because I ordered a spinach and pear salad and you gave me no pears therefore I should not have to pay the full price if you did not actually give me what I paid for. Stupid and a waste of everyone's time considering it was just pears. Review over. read more

I just had a morning sunshine and a Livite bowl with extra shrimp and it was so good that I had to take the time and write a review. Came to this place about a month ago to see if like what they had and I have been coming at least once a week ever since. Very friendly staff (Thomas and Yvan are the best), they even offer me water while I wait for my lunch to be made. I missed Victor this last time there. Probably my favorite health food restaurant in the Boston area. The staff have great suggestions for what to try next and are always very accommodating for my orders. My go to's are the Super Hydrator juice and the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla with added avocado. My favorite part is the house-made Lentil soup in the winter time. This is the BEST juice place. I highly recommend the beet specialty drink that they have. First off I will say that the customer service was excellent, but the food was lackluster. I ordered a vegan tuna wrap which was mostly lettuce and the "vegan tuna" was used as a spread on the wrap rather than a fillng, so I felt ripped off paying $10 for that. The smoothie was very bland as well, so I will never come here again. read more

I love this place. Their juices are amazing and their wraps are even better. All of the ingredients are fresh (they make the juices and food right in front of you) and delicious. I especially like the side of plantain chips that come with the wrap. read more
