After multiple tries, I will no longer be ordering from here. Every time there is something wrong with my order but this time was the worst. Ordered a pancake combo with hash browns, sausage and bacon. The hash browns were BURNT! The bacon was hard and the sausage was cold. My over hard eggs were runny. My mom's combo was the same except she had ham instead of sausage. The slice of ham she got was such a joke. It was smaller than my sausage link. My husband got a machaca burrito and there was no meat in it. On to of that everything was cold! My husband arrived to pick up the order when he got the notification that it was ready and when he asked for it they said it wasn't ready yet. They finally gave him the order after it sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. Horrible food. Horrible experience. Not worth the almost $70 we paid.

Great place and delicious food. Karina and Nery were great servers. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a very short time frame in which to eat and we let them know and we were served quickly and with a friendly attitude. We would come back here again. Thank you for the great service!

As soon as we walked in, we were seated right away. Instead of the usual chips and salsa, they brought out two warm Conchitas--a small but thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Menudo, and it was so good. It had the exact pieces I love--the chewier cuts (not sure which part of the animal they are, but they're my favorite). My husband ordered taquitos along with a breakfast combo, and everything was delicious. He cleaned his plate completely. The atmosphere is very family-oriented--warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It honestly feels like a Latino version of Denny's, in the best way. On top of the excellent management, we had about four different waiters check on us to make sure everything was good. That level of attentiveness is such a great detail and something you don't find in most restaurants these days. Rafael was our waiter - very quick, efficient and friendly.

Friendly service as we walked in. Vanessa B our server was friendly and helpful. She came to check on us multiple times despite the restaurant was busy. The food was delicious and flavorful, highly recommend the menudo!! Will definitely back to taste other dishes on the menu!!

Parking is great, the interior is spacious, and the food is decent. I had the chicken enchilada plate along with the horchata agua fresca on an empty stomach and it was enough to fill me up. There was nothing too special about it, but it got the job done. I might order something else next time, though. We thought they stopped serving Conchas, so I asked the server about it. It turns out they weren't able to serve them to us because it got really busy. The server kindly gave them to us at the end. The booths surrounding us were a bit untidy and had a scraps of food on the ground. Otherwise an all right place.

We're only back today because of the great experience, food & service last time, but today the service was less than acceptable. Here at 11:30 am on a Friday and only a few tables occupied. SMH. Maybe our waitress visited us out of boredom, but, when asked what soup they had today, she had no clue. She returned with water, but no information on the soup, until I asked again. Told us they don't have soup today and haven't had it in a long time (?) ... even tho it's on the menu and offered that "she didn't know why". OK, moving on... I get pancakes, with no butter on the plate, or on the side. No syrup until I asked. No coffee refill without asking, but considering the service so far, no surprise here. As we're having a leisurely lunch, she asks if we're ready for the check. She brings it and stands at our table waiting for us to get our money together. (???) If mgmt has the need to know the name of our waitress, feel free to private message me. I'm sure she would be better, with a bit of training. read more

Best food and service by Jennifer! Must yet this place!!! Conchas are amazing, chips are home made. Salsas on chilaquiles are delish and spicy... just like home. I ate the tacos ahogados and nachos!!! Both are amazing! I came here during my lunch break on a Thursday, I was crunched for time so I asked the lady for a lunch menu. They have daily specials, and I ordered the chilaquiles, the red ones to be exact. The portion of it was a joke, it was very small portions, even the amount of beans they put was laughable. The tastes of the food was mediocre, nothing to be impressed about. Came to this place due to so many of my friends' recommendations. I came around 9:30 am, and it was decently busy, but we were sat in 5 mins. We sat, our server was Aleah. This is place is a nice mixture of everything. Have really good juices and shakes. I got chorizo with eggs and it wasn't great at all. My friend had chilaquiles and that wasn't great either. But my green juice made up for it, My chorizo plate. They have so many things so I'm willing to give it another shot. The service they give you is really genuine and made my first experience want to come back. Great service when you walking and even when they take your order. Established in 1990.

Loaded Cafe Restaurant Long Beach was built from a taken over IHOP Restaurant. We decided that At Loaded Cafe, we're all about fresh, flavorful food—nothing is ever frozen. Our journey began in a former IHOP in Long Beach and now includes locations in Gardena, Bellflower, Santa Ana, and Orange. Despite our 15 minute drive home, the food was still warm and really delicious. The burger had good flavor with and without their house sauce. The chili cheese fries were skinny fries with a cheese sauce and bean-less chili. The chili was filling and had a little kick to it. The batter-fried onion rings were (still) crispy and yummy with both ranch and the house sauce. We will definitely be back to fill our smashburger and chili cheese fries cravings! The guy points to the cups next to the register so apparently we were supposed to grab our own cups. The water from the soda fountain was good, didn't have that tap taste. That's a plus. We didn't share the soda, which I felt we were silently being accused of doing. The fries are hot and fresh and were really good. The grilled cheese was nothing special, smashed kinda flat so not super cheesy and pretty much like one your babysitter makes you at home. But that's a good thing so no complaint. My friend said the burger was really good, and the thousand island style sauce was superb- he said it tasted homemade and had a nice kick and took the burger to a higher level. Anyway, it was just an annoying experience that would have been a lot better if the guy showed any sense of friendliness and if he simply said "go ahead and grab your cups". Will I come back? No idea. Maybe not during a heat wave. I'd like to try the burger myself.

May 31, 2019 Well today was a first in many months, I actually came and sat down with mini me for breakfast after my medical appointment. I never eat inside any restaurant but I love all of the Loaded ones and out first time to this location. So we were looking for a Starbuck's for coffee when eagle eye mini me spotted this location. So we decided to try it out and have a small breakfast. Well our server was Brisa and she was very polite and attentive to all our needs.....this told me we were going to like it here. After we ordered our food Jesus the Manager stop by our table to greet and check on us. The people here are very family like they make you feel welcome and not like other places that give you the feeling of eat and leave already. So come to find out the Loaded Cafe's are family owned so now it makes sense. They are very consistent and the people working there are so nice and professional. I had such a great experience at Loaded Cafe! The latte was so good--I ended up drinking two because I just couldn't get enough. Definitely one of the best I've had in a while. The cheesecake crepes were amazing--perfectly thin, light, and cooked just right. You can really tell they know what they're doing with their crepes. I also tried the asada chilaquiles with hashbrowns, and wow...so flavorful and satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. So I saw this on my social media and thought to give it a try. When I came in, it wasn't busy, a hostess led me the way to be seated. I actually told my server, named Abigail how I found this place, all because of TikTok so I thought to give it a try. The complimentary concha was yummy and it was so good, it warm and soft. This place is always full and has horrible service. Not only that but they are lousy liars, the manager with glasses kept saying the waiting time was 20 minutes every 20 minutes. We had the chilaquiles verdes, menudo, side of fries, kids strawberry cheesecake combo. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. It was so good in fact that we decided to add a stuffed dulce de leche French toast that we saw on the menu earlier. I was blown away. I love that it was salty and just sweet enough. It was the best thing I tried. But the the best part of the whole experience was Alma, our server! We didn't even notice we came in hour before closing, and when we did we apologized and she was so kind and told us not to worry and to enjoy our food. She was the last server there and was juggling multiple tables but still managed to be extremely attentive to us. She is so kind and has a great personality. Thank you for everything, Alma! Also big shout out to the kitchen for not closing before the restaurant! They let us add our French toast about 20 mins before closing, which is really unheard of in the restaurant culture of "last calls" 30 minutes before. I loved this place!

The quality of Harry's burrito is amazing, and I'm starting to see where my dad got a burrito for me on some Saturdays. It's funny because this place is close to my house; given that some of the small place isn't in a clean state, this restaurant cleans it well (no pun intended.) I might want to go there someday, maybe on some occasions. So overall, I'd recommend going there. I don't know what's been going on with a 1 star review. Whatever it is, just try it out, and you'll thank me later.

It just gets extremely frustrating when you're saying "no cilantro" and they keep saying "no tomatoes?" ‍ I just give up after some time. 8 times out of 10, unless you're okay with everything they add in a burrito, they will get your order wrong. For example, if you dont want hot sauce in your burrito, chances are you still may get some‍ And fyi, have no salsa verde.

Nobody should have to risk their back, knees, balance, and future medical bills just to pass a customer a burger. This setup is not just inconvenient, it looks unsafe for the employees. Management at Angelo's Burgers needs to stop acting like this is normal before someone gets hurt. A drive-thru should not require mountain climbing skills, Olympic stretching, or a worker putting half their body outside the window. Please fix the drive-thru before the next combo meal comes with a workers' comp claim.

Instead of showing any understanding or offering a solution, the hostess simply told us we couldn't stay. Because of that, we had no choice but to leave we're not going to let our child go hungry or waste the food we already purchased. It was disappointing because we were fully planning to dine there and spend money, but the lack of customer service and flexibility cost them our business. I hope management takes this as feedback, because situations like this don't just affect one table they impact whether customers ever return.

They have an open kitchen, but frankly I'm not trying to see the behind the scenes of a spot like this, where at one point they used an ice cream scooper to get "butter" out of a multi gallon tub that was sitting in a sink. They also microwaved the syrup, which I assume other spots do, but not tryna see it. Will be back, but to the Irvine location.
