After multiple tries, I will no longer be ordering from here. Every time there is something wrong with my order but this time was the worst. Ordered a pancake combo with hash browns, sausage and bacon. The hash browns were BURNT! The bacon was hard and the sausage was cold. My over hard eggs were runny. My mom's combo was the same except she had ham instead of sausage. The slice of ham she got was such a joke. It was smaller than my sausage link. My husband got a machaca burrito and there was no meat in it. On to of that everything was cold! My husband arrived to pick up the order when he got the notification that it was ready and when he asked for it they said it wasn't ready yet. They finally gave him the order after it sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. Horrible food. Horrible experience. Not worth the almost $70 we paid.

Great place and delicious food. Karina and Nery were great servers. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a very short time frame in which to eat and we let them know and we were served quickly and with a friendly attitude. We would come back here again. Thank you for the great service!

As soon as we walked in, we were seated right away. Instead of the usual chips and salsa, they brought out two warm Conchitas--a small but thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Menudo, and it was so good. It had the exact pieces I love--the chewier cuts (not sure which part of the animal they are, but they're my favorite). My husband ordered taquitos along with a breakfast combo, and everything was delicious. He cleaned his plate completely. The atmosphere is very family-oriented--warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It honestly feels like a Latino version of Denny's, in the best way. On top of the excellent management, we had about four different waiters check on us to make sure everything was good. That level of attentiveness is such a great detail and something you don't find in most restaurants these days. Rafael was our waiter - very quick, efficient and friendly.

Friendly service as we walked in. Vanessa B our server was friendly and helpful. She came to check on us multiple times despite the restaurant was busy. The food was delicious and flavorful, highly recommend the menudo!! Will definitely back to taste other dishes on the menu!!

Parking is great, the interior is spacious, and the food is decent. I had the chicken enchilada plate along with the horchata agua fresca on an empty stomach and it was enough to fill me up. There was nothing too special about it, but it got the job done. I might order something else next time, though. We thought they stopped serving Conchas, so I asked the server about it. It turns out they weren't able to serve them to us because it got really busy. The server kindly gave them to us at the end. The booths surrounding us were a bit untidy and had a scraps of food on the ground. Otherwise an all right place.

We have been to other locations and this location is just not it... a Cockroach climbed on my mother in law, and we told them about it and "to make it up" they gave us our two sodas and 1 coffee free... the restaurant looks dirty. The only thing clean was the bathroom. The food was not that great. Wont be coming here anymore. read more

This place is a great spot they have a huge menu with options for everyone and every craving. My daughter had the vanilla Ice coffee and chilaquiles. I kept it simple with an original breakfast and a side of toast and my son had the Machaca burrito. Next time we will definitely try one of their waffles or Crepes but the free Mexican sweet bread hit the sweet tooth. I will definitely be back. I didn't care too much for this spot. Came here after a round of golf at Willowick so it was literally down the street. However, I most likely won't be back. Looking at the menu, we were kind of thrown off as there were so many options to choose from. Burgers, breakfast, chicken fried steak, chicken and waffles, and a bunch of Latin foods. I like a place with variety, however I don't like it if it's overwhelming and you don't have an idea of what their specialty is. So we went with the ranchero and the carne chilaquiles. The ranchero was good. Eggs, potatoes, steak, pico de Gallo with sour cream. However, it's pretty steep at $15.99. They would also charge you an extra $1.99 for avocado. I would imagine that to be included since it's breakfast at a cafe. We're not in a trendy, fancy spot in downtown for that price on a breakfast plate in Santa Ana. The chilaquiles came out okay to me as well. They had a spicy sign when you ordered but I feel that it was a bit overwhelming. We ordered with the red sauce, however the sauce looked brown and there wasn't any pico de Gallo to go along with it. This was $11.99 and honestly I've had way better and didn't even care to finish it. We ordered orange juice which we thought would be fresh, however it was not. Their coffee was good yet after the first round they didn't come by and refill again. I decided by the end of writing this review that I won't be coming back here. read more

I gave 3 star because of their services. Friendly staff. However, the food was not good and overpriced. I ordered the crepes combo, which included two small crepes with dulce de leche sauce, scramble eggs, hash brown, and bacon. Really small portion for $13.99. Also ordered a kid meal $4.99 with scramble egg, hash brown, sausage, and 4 small pancakes. Crepes tasted just like pancake with bananas and strawberries on top. The kid portion was decent. Sausage didn't taste fresh, more like frozen sausage. I didn't try any other food. Maybe the lunch option is better. But breakfast is not worth it for the price. read more

If you're hungry for breakfast, then you should be here already. It's a mixture of Mexican and American food that hits the spot. Moderately priced place for breakfast. Small venue and decent portions. I had the country style fried steak and eggs, and my partner had the asada chilaquiles omelette, they were both delicious. I was surprised on the amount as well, very filling. More importantly the service was above exceptional the servers made every accommodation necessary, our drinks were never empty, they were constantly checking on us and always had a pleasant demeanor. The inside is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. I recommend getting there early as it does get packed and the parking is hard to come by. read more

Was in the area looking for a quick stop to have breakfast and seen Loaded cafe was in my route, very Nice and clean, Music is great, got greeted looked at the menu and everyone looks very affordable and filling!! I had the loaded Steak & egg with pancake With an orange juice, egg cooked to perfection, steak and flavoring was hash browns cooked as the should be!! Pancakes were not too fully but perfect for me!! I went today to this place with my sisters & OMG ! From ending to end it was just NOT IT. At least at this location. Never gone to any other location. This was my first time there. And let me tell youuuuuu ! When we first arrived nobody greeted us. 5-10 minutes goes by and finally somebody decided to greet us and take us to our table. Once we sit down we noticed ANTS crawling around the table. My sister mentioned it to the worker and she moved us to another table. The walls next to the table were dirty. And then nobody took our order after being moved to the new table we had to mentioned the fact nobody has taken our order. Remind you this is 20 minutes of us being in the place already. After all this my sister ordered a coffee with oat milk ... it was watered down. We asked for a new one the employee went to the kitchen and we clearly heard her say "DO WE HAVE OAT MILK?!?" Someone said no and brought us the same drink ‍ and we bought the big huge concha and she said "you have to bake it at home" which is fine I guess and remind you all this and ended up paying $100 ... Loaded Cafe Restaurant Long Beach was built from a taken over IHOP Restaurant. We decided that At Loaded Cafe, we're all about fresh, flavorful food—nothing is ever frozen. Our journey began in a former IHOP in Long Beach and now includes locations in Gardena, Bellflower, Santa Ana, and Orange. The chili cheese fries were skinny fries with a cheese sauce and bean-less chili. The chili was filling and had a little kick to it. The batter-fried onion rings were (still) crispy and yummy with both ranch and the house sauce. We will definitely be back to fill our smashburger and chili cheese fries cravings! Anyway, it was just an annoying experience that would have been a lot better if the guy showed any sense of friendliness and if he simply said "go ahead and grab your cups". Will I come back? May 31, 2019 Well today was a first in many months, I actually came and sat down with mini me for breakfast after my medical appointment. I never eat inside any restaurant but I love all of the Loaded ones and out first time to this location. So we were looking for a Starbuck's for coffee when eagle eye mini me spotted this location. So we decided to try it out and have a small breakfast. Well our server was Brisa and she was very polite and attentive to all our needs.....this told me we were going to like it here. After we ordered our food Jesus the Manager stop by our table to greet and check on us. The people here are very family like they make you feel welcome and not like other places that give you the feeling of eat and leave already. So come to find out the Loaded Cafe's are family owned so now it makes sense. They are very consistent and the people working there are so nice and professional. The cheesecake crepes were amazing--perfectly thin, light, and cooked just right. You can really tell they know what they're doing with their crepes. We had the chilaquiles verdes, menudo, side of fries, kids strawberry cheesecake combo. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. It was so good in fact that we decided to add a stuffed dulce de leche French toast that we saw on the menu earlier. I was blown away. I love that it was salty and just sweet enough. It was the best thing I tried. But the the best part of the whole experience was Alma, our server! We didn't even notice we came in hour before closing, and when we did we apologized and she was so kind and told us not to worry and to enjoy our food. She was the last server there and was juggling multiple tables but still managed to be extremely attentive to us. She is so kind and has a great personality. Thank you for everything, Alma! Also big shout out to the kitchen for not closing before the restaurant! They let us add our French toast about 20 mins before closing, which is really unheard of in the restaurant culture of "last calls" 30 minutes before. I loved this place!

The quality of Harry's burrito is amazing, and I'm starting to see where my dad got a burrito for me on some Saturdays. It's funny because this place is close to my house; given that some of the small place isn't in a clean state, this restaurant cleans it well (no pun intended.) I might want to go there someday, maybe on some occasions. So overall, I'd recommend going there. I don't know what's been going on with a 1 star review. Whatever it is, just try it out, and you'll thank me later.

It just gets extremely frustrating when you're saying "no cilantro" and they keep saying "no tomatoes?" ‍ I just give up after some time. 8 times out of 10, unless you're okay with everything they add in a burrito, they will get your order wrong. For example, if you dont want hot sauce in your burrito, chances are you still may get some‍ And fyi, have no salsa verde.

Nobody should have to risk their back, knees, balance, and future medical bills just to pass a customer a burger. This setup is not just inconvenient, it looks unsafe for the employees. A drive-thru should not require mountain climbing skills, Olympic stretching, or a worker putting half their body outside the window. Please fix the drive-thru before the next combo meal comes with a workers' comp claim.

Instead of showing any understanding or offering a solution, the hostess simply told us we couldn't stay. Because of that, we had no choice but to leave we're not going to let our child go hungry or waste the food we already purchased. It was disappointing because we were fully planning to dine there and spend money, but the lack of customer service and flexibility cost them our business. I hope management takes this as feedback, because situations like this don't just affect one table they impact whether customers ever return.

They have an open kitchen, but frankly I'm not trying to see the behind the scenes of a spot like this, where at one point they used an ice cream scooper to get "butter" out of a multi gallon tub that was sitting in a sink. They also microwaved the syrup, which I assume other spots do, but not tryna see it. Will be back, but to the Irvine location.
