    Spaghetti with meat sauce.

Tasty spaghetti! Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was very flavorful. I really enjoyed the soft and nicely toasted garlic bread (wish it came with two, so good)! The service was fast and very friendly. The ambiance is nice and welcoming.

Randomly picked this restaurant among many in Cannon Beach. They have both patio and inside seating. We chose outdoors, right off the street. We were very happy with the experience and found nothing to complain about. The highlights: The warm seafood salad (see pic). Lots of perfectly cooked seafood in a bed of lettuce. The scallops were the best part. I had the chicken salad sandwich and chowder combo to check out the soup and save room for dessert. The sandwich was very good and the chowder, excellent. I hate starchy overly- thick chowder and this had the perfect consistency. Lots of flavor and a great mix of potatoes and clams. Two in our group had the shrimp fettuccini which they enjoyed. One said the portion wasn't large enough, but he's a growing teen so there's never enough food. The pasta came with a side of toasted bread. For dessert we had the Marion berry pie and an Americano. Great combo. Nice that they served espresso and not just drip coffee. Only food drawback was the limited draft beer selection. All Pilsners and IPAs due to it being spring time. I had a bottled Black Butte porter that tasted almost as good as a draft. The service was excellent and the food came quickly. This place is very dog friendly and the bathrooms are very clean. Will definitely be back.

Half a Crab cake BLT and cup of soup.

The service was top notch. Lots of variety, especially the seafood. The server gave great recommendations. I ordered the crab cake BLT with a side of clam chowder. Both were delicious. I'm a tad sensitive to spice and the sandwich had wonderful flavor with a little kick.

The restaurant across the street had a 45+ min wait time, so we decided to walk around and came up upon this place. Thankful we did because the service and the food was great!! I highly recommend the crab melt (added grilled onions ) and the oyster shooters! Dogs welcome! Water bowls everywhere! All the staff was very attentive. Prices were a bit high though.

Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience at Local Grill & Scoop. After walking by a bunch of outdoor seating, we thought it would be a great place to stop for lunch. We asked if we could sit outside and were abruptly (and a bit rudely) seated at the table right next to the door (and the only table without an umbrella on the entire patio). It felt like a weird choice when there were many other tables available. Considering the sun was out and shining directly in our eyes, we asked our server if we could move when she came out. She was not the one who sat us and seemed a bit confused but didn't object. We moved to another table next to the one we were originally at and shrugged it off. We ordered the tuna melt and the chicken fingers. Our food was ready quickly so we dug in. The fries were pretty good, but unfortunately that was the only redeeming factor of either of our meals. The chicken tenders were not good quality. The tuna melt was pretty bland and the bread although toasted/grilled was a bit soggy. I also found a hair that I'm 99% sure was not mine in the second half, so I called it quits. We paid quickly and our server was nice enough once we ordered but overall it was a very underwhelming experience. I know that Cannon Beach is a bit of a tourist area so prices are higher but we didn't expect anything fancy and were still let down. I would try another establishment if I ever return.

Great food and top notch service! Oyster shooters were so good! We also had the Clam chowder in the sourdough bowl, spaghetti, patty melt, and few other dishes and dessert. If you're ever in the area, stop in and dine in this great family business! We had an unforgettable experience! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the owners and staff for being such great people!

Traveled here from Nebraska and loved this place! Super fast and nice service! Would go again if i'm the area.

They aren't cheap at four dollars a Chelle but they're very reasonable if you consider the size, and extraordinary freshness, and sourcing. They weren't sitting in an ice bins while-being trucked from somewhere else: they were literally harvested that morning according to the shop. These were particularly delicious and creamy, so much so that it was clear I should go back for a few more... how I managed to resist, I really don't know. The dude sitting next to me was having fresh fish and chips and that aroma wafted over to me. I couldn't believe how good they smelled. Making a note to try that next time. We knew that it was counter service, bus our own dishes, and noisy. However the tarter and cocktail sauces tasted store-bought. The halibut was dry. The chowder was the best course, but still unremarkable. In fact nothing was memorable except the crab cakes. They had almost no crab in them. Seriously, they were almost entirely bread stuffed griddle cakes. They should not be on the menu. I'm sorry to sound harsh, I do love family businesses. I know you all work unimaginably hard in a very competitive industry, and I wish you success. In my humble opinion that means you should cut your prices or dramatically improve your offering. We sincerely wish you the best of luck.

Being a tourist destination, things are expensive here. Mo's is within walking distance of our hotel, next to Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site. Inside, the atmosphere is casual, with tables inside and on the outdoor deck. It was Monday at 4:30, and the place was not crowded. We were seated at a window table that had a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. No one else was sat around us. Our server was Aidet, and she was very friendly and high energy.
