Stopped by Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2026 just before they closed. There was a line outside the door with a couple of tables full of happy ice cream eaters outside at 2 of the maybe 4 outdoor tables. (There are no indoor tables.) This has a very casual, family friendly, outdoorsy ambiance. Once indoors, Chase and Blaise took great care of us. It was already a few minutes past their weekend closing time of 8 pm but Chase still offered us a sample with an unhurried smile and kept the door open for a few more minutes. When we saw the flavor options in the bins, we noted they were out of our favorite type but Chase happily reassured us there was more and without hesitation opened a new container of ice cream just for us while joking that he would eat the best part of the new container (the extra cookies crunched into the top of the container). We ordered our pint of delicious ice cream then Blaise checked us out at the register. It was a beautiful evening to sit at their tables but we left to eat it because we had others who were waiting at the cabin to consume it as well. If we were eating outside, I'd try to convince my group to order the 4 flavor flight! The 2026 posted summer hours were 12-8 Friday- Saturday and 12-7 Sunday- Thursday. We had just finished a paddle around Silver Lake and on our way out couldn't help but notice the adorable looking building and realized it was our new favorite ice cream shop in the area! We had been to the one in Bishop recently and loved their flavors, so stopped by and I got the exact same thing, lol! The lavender is really delicious and no, it doesn't taste like grandma's perfume, ha ha!! Mom tried something new with the black raspberry chocolate chip and really enjoyed it. Upon entering the shop we were greeted with a warm welcome, much like we received in the bishop location. Really enjoyed the cute little shop and their laid-back seating in front of it. This is a cute little ice cream shop in June Lake! There is no seating inside, but there is seating outside on their patio. A perfect place to sit down and enjoy your ice cream. It's $6 for a single scoop. $12 for a single scoop on top of a waffle. I wanted to get their freshly made waffle, it looked fantastic, but it I had just ate pizza. The girl working was very nice and this place had great customer service. I sampled a few flavors, and they were all delicious! They have a Lemon Poppyseed flavor that is so unique and it actually tastes good! I also sampled the Birthday cake: a classic you can't go wrong with. Blueberry: could have a stronger blueberry flavor. Black Cherry: traditional black cherry flavor. I ultimately decided on coconut and I was very happy! The ice cream and waffles are always good. My kids love it. However, the service needs improvement. There is no greeting, thank you, or have a nice day, but a tip is ask on the transaction. If tip is at zero there is an attitude. The scoops are also inconsistent from time to time. read more

You know what's great about Yelp? You find hidden gems like this place... if not for Yelp and the high reviews we would not have known it existed... in fact, we stopped here from a fishing trip on Tioga Pass heading back to Mammoth Lakes... This has been a highlight of my trip so far... the ice cream is top notch... but the fresh made waffle combined with the Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream was sooooooooo good... this waffle was sweet and chewy... but soft... and crispy... I know, it doesn't make sense... and it held up well with the melty ice cream... all I can say is... wherever you are take a little detour and try the waffle with ice cream on top... the flight was also very very good... but I'm dreaming about that waffle... can't figure out how they made the batter... it's OK... easier just to come here and have it... what a treat! read more

With limited options in the June Lake area for treats it's really nice the locals and tourists have this cute little ice cream shop downtown. We stumbled in for a mid afternoon scoop and thankfully beat the crowd of 10 people that huddled in right after we left. This place isn't open late so make sure to check them out for a lunch or midday treat. The little ice cream shop is very cute and inviting. We appreciated that they had seats outside so you could sit for a bit and enjoy your ice cream. The store had pretty neon lights to invite you in. Once inside it's small but cozy. The staff were very nice and welcoming. A man and a woman, I presume the owners, were working behind the ice cream and register. They were all smiles and attentive. We complimented how much we liked their merch, super cute logo and clothing / hats. We were also impressed with the ice cream flavors. They had more unique flavors which is a nice change from just the classics. My friend got a banana chocolate chip ice cream and I got spumoni which is truly hard to find outside of an old school Italian restaurant. Prices were reasonable. I only docked a star because my ice cream tasted a little frostbite. Could be because this flavor sits a little bit longer I'd assume? Also it was closest to the edge against the cold icebox. Either way I love a more creamy forward ice cream but this one was a little icy if you can picture what I'm trying to convey. Overall though we were both very happy with our choices and the ice cream given we both enjoyed having a sweet treat in town. Staff were very friendly and this is a great local business. read more

What a gem of an ice cream shop! I usually take superlatives with a dash of salt, but I can see why they call their ice cream and waffles world famous. The waffle had a dense and thick texture rather than being crispy or fluffy, which goes really well with ice cream. It was also caramelized to perfection. The Specluoo and Mud Pie ice cream were the perfect pairing for each other. We'll definitely make it a point to stop by here every time we're in the area, and especially after a long day of outdoor activities because that's when sweet treats are best served and deserved! My only complaint is that it's so far, but that's a me problem :( read more

We were excited to try this super cute little family-run ice cream shop in June. Their adorable window display and bright blue chairs caught our eye after grabbing dinner at Epic. The young employee who helped us was friendly and patient while we decided on which of their unique flavors to order. They had the usual flavors and unique ones like cake splatter , banana choco chip, black cherry choco chip, pumpkin, Speculoos, and spumoni. We got three scoops for $9 and enjoyed it on their outdoor sitting area. I hope this spot succeeds here and make June their home for years to come! We will definitely be back. read more

Came here based on yelp reviews and ordered single scoop on a waffle and a single scoop in a cup. They have some pretty choices for ice cream. They gave us a pretty good portion of ice cream which was good and filling. We probably could have shared one scoop. The waffle was really good, it probably had a little more sugar in it when it was made. Service is nice and friendly. Seating is outside with some shade when it's warm. Ice cream runs around $8 or more these days. Been to a few different ice cream places and thats the going price for a scoop of ice cream these days. I'd come back here again. read more
