The restroom is well stocked and clean. There is also a lounge area where anyone can sit, relax, drink and watch some sport games. I will appreciate it more if pets and their owner dine in outside the main area. They may not notice it but the dogs have certain smell that some people don't like to smell while eating ( like me ). All in all it is good. The servers are fast. They check on you and ask if there is anything that they can do for you. Napkins, utensils and to go boxes are available on the counter. Our family has ordered from this pizza place at least once a week and has relied on them for many of our family gatherings. Unfortunately, after the customer service we received tonight, that will no longer be the case. I ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, but instead received a cheese pizza with a black hair sitting on the crust. When I called to request a replacement, I was not asking for a refund simply the pizza I originally ordered, made correctly and without a hair in it. Instead of addressing the issue, the older gentleman on the phone insisted that he personally handled the pizza and claimed there was no hair on it. Then another employee got on the phone and incorrectly stated that I had only ordered a cheese pizza. That was not the order I placed. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What is disappointing is the way the situation was handled. A loyal customer should not be met with denial and accusations when bringing a legitimate concern to your attention. Sadly, because of the poor customer service we received tonight, our family will no longer be supporting this business. We will also be sharing our experience with others so they can make informed decisions about where they choose to spend their time and money.

I'm still giving them 4 stars because the staff were super friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to make things right. I'll definitely be back, and hopefully the kitchen has addressed the issue with the undercooked meat.

I recently visited Locals Public House with a group of friends, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The bar seemed somewhat inviting from the outside. However, once we walked in, we noticed that we were the only people of color in the establishment, and it felt like all eyes were on us. The bartender serving us was professional, but our experience took a turn when a server named Shannon approached us. She was completely and utterly rude, making us feel unwelcome from the start. Her behavior made it clear that this place caters to a "white only" or "white passing" crowd. Upon checking other reviews, it's no surprise to see several other 1-star reviews mentioning the same issues regarding the unwelcoming atmosphere for people of color. If you are a person of color, I would advise avoiding this bar. The atmosphere and treatment we received were unwelcoming and uncomfortable. We won't be coming back. read more

I was with a group of friends having a good time when the "owner" she was a blond lady started yelling at our group that we were wasting space and not buying anything when we spent more than 100 already??!!! And that isnt even it. She decided to yell in my friends face because he told her that we were spending money and that there was no need for her to yell at us. She continued to scream in his face saying you dont have balls and put her hands on his neck. My friend pushed her off and a guy intervened and the guy tried to punch my friend so he pushed them both down it was messy and pointless! She was so drunk and loud and started a fight for what? Decided to come here for brunch since it looks like they are open for dine in according to people's posts on social media. I called to confirm if they were open and lady was rude, answered with "hello" and not the name of the restaurant. I asked what times the hours are, and she said curb side only then hung up very rudely. I went on Facebook where I always see that they are open for dine in, and sure enough it was open with people inside eating today! I actually wanted to support them since it's a local business. People shouldn't be posting on social media if they don't want others to know they are open for dine in. Bartenders don't smile; not very friendly; one or two of them is extremely rude. Owner "Kim S." does not seem to care; cares more about her rude employees than her customers. One particular bartender "Travis" is allowed to swear at customers, call them the Mother F(er) word and insult customers. I've never seen anything like this. I have never encountered a business owner who could careless a out her inappropriate bartender is is one day going to get her sued! Why is he still working there. They had 6 pool tables, 3 foosball tables, darts and an air hockey table. This place also has plenty of space and they were playing good music. The owner was a real nice guy, gave us a deal on his premium table. That table was the best pool table I've ever played on. All the servers were kind and had excellent service. I ordered the pizza and the wings. Pizza was surprisingly really good for a pool/bar place and the wings had a lot of flavor. I'll definitely be back to kick my friends butt in pool again.

Music was freaking loud for some reason and honestly not it for us. Our Parmesan cheese that they had packed with our pizza looked like it had something other than cheese in it (it was green). There was no Monday video game night there fyi. False advertisement

Because of that, she decided to just order a standard meal and plan to take it home. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and requested a little extra dressing on the side. When the food arrived, it was actually very good--the salad was tasty and they were plenty generous with the chicken. However, the issue came when we got the bill. I noticed a $2.25 charge just for the extra side of dressing. My complaint isn't necessarily that there *is* a charge, but rather that it wasn't stated beforehand. There was no mention of it when ordering, and in my opinion, $2.25 for a simple side of Caesar dressing is excessive. We finished our meal and left, but between the heavy substitution fees and the surprise dressing charge, the customer service policy here feels a bit nickle-and-dime. Good food, but transparency on their pricing could definitely be improved.

The Stable is a sit down restaurant with waiter. The ambiance is pretty nice. The building is only a few years old and it represents a great upgrade from the old Barn. Most universities don't have this option of a kinda upscale dining on campus so it's a bonus. The food is quite solid. They just updated their menu so I haven't tried everything yet but everything I've had is solid. My favorite is the chicken Mediterranean salad and I get it almost every time but the brisket is good too and the waffle fries and pizza at happy hour are great. Even though it's nice, I guess it's almost all UCR folks and their guess. I'm not sure people off campus would come since the only public parking is paid.

The space is used for many different types of events and is a very large venue. There is ample outdoor space and ample indoor space. I would estimate that the place as a whole could hold about 500 people, if not more. I was very impressed with the catering. It is very well prepared, visually appealing, and tasted wonderfully. The serving staff is very kind, attentive, and customer service oriented. I appreciated that they were on hand for any questions, concerns, and overall smiles for the event. There is a stage for performances, 2 bar areas (inside and outside) and also enough space to have corn hole and other outdoor games setup. I could see a wedding (ceremony and reception) in this great space. Great work UCR at preserving and providing The Barn, an iconic venue in Riverside.

This is one of the worst things i've ever forced myself to eat , and if I was in better shape and wasn't recovering from surgery , I'd be knocking on their door right now and chewing them out in person.
