Amazing! I'm surprised of how quiet business is, as well as the the low reviews! Me and my family had just came from Galveston and needed a place to eat.. long story short we ended up there and we are so glad we did! The place was clean and very comfortable, bathrooms were fine and it was overall a very welcoming restaurant. Our waiter was very sweet and the waiting time wasn't long! I have dined at Logan's about four or five times now, and the only bad thing that I can remember from those visits was that one time we were seated right under the A/C vents and it was very cold. Real bad, huh? My recent visit was great. I ordered the Mesquite Grilled Pork Chops with french fries and mac and cheese. I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so I did not eat the mac and cheese. I ended up taking those home in a "To Go" container, but when I went to pack them up at the end of the meal they still had that creamy texture when scooping them out of the bowl. They did not dry out. The pork chops were great. They started out very juicy and by the time I was finishing up the second chop it still maintained the juices and was not dried out. My meal is photo #6. My wife ordered the Onion Brewski Sirloin steak and enjoyed it thoroughly. Her meal is photo #7. All the peanuts you could possibly eat before your meal are available for you in a small bucket at the end of your table. As far as the peanut shells, just wipe them off your table and onto the floor. For those that are weirded/creeped out by this then you may want to avoid this place, but after all it is a roadhouse. read more

Definitely not the Logan's I used to go to 2 times a week for lunch. I picked up Dinner here, and several small things created one big disappointment. First they forgot my dozen rolls, I called. They forgot one of my loaded baked potatoes, and I called again. Upon further inspection, they forgot the gravy for my dish. I didn't call. The fish was vastly over cooked, and so was the chicken. Yes, I spoke to a manager, and he offered to prepare the items I didn't receive. But as the issues kept adding up, I just decided I wasn't going to drive back up there. I was tired from the day, and didn't want to have to drive back up there for basically another whole meal. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. I'm hoping so. read more

I have not been back to this location since my last visit. Frankly, at this rate, I doubt I'll return to any location. Seems the company runs on empty promises and believes mismanagement, rude and questionable behavior of their employees is just as acceptable to the company as poorly undercooked food served to customers. The boyfriend and I have enjoyed coming here since they opened which has been for several years now. However, the last several times we have gone, the service has really deteriorated with tonight being the worst. They forgot one of his sides and me, well... let's just begin with I only had 2 rolls and the side salad for dinner. My medium steak came back cooked between rare and medium rare. It was still bloody and so gummy it was hard to cut. Blood was all over my plate so I requested all of it to be recooked which left me with no food, showing Facebook videos to my date instead. I saw the manager walking around aimlessly with my new plate. I requested to just receive our check instead of my plate, since my date was already finished eating and needed to get back home before an early work shift in the morning. The manager was slightly condescending and told me they cook hundreds of steaks (like I didn't know that). Really... then your cooks should know how a medium steak should be cooked. She appeared to be under the influence of something. The manager on duty (different one) that night promised that wouldn't happen again. Seems they don't care about anything anymore. Although we are not regulars we do enjoy coming here as their food is pretty consistent. Server was on top of his game and did a good job. Felt like the floors could be a little cleaner. Totally cool with all the peanut shells everywhere cuz that's what the do but straw sleeves on the floor show be picked up Salads are always good with nice portions. The rolls, well if you have not had them, they are pretty awesome. Just like the ones in old time cafeterias! Today we had the pork trifecta sandwich. Plenty of meat and very good flavor. If you are really hungry go for it. But technically should be shared if you are trying to control portions. All the meat on it was very tender. The tenderloin filet it what I always get if eating steak as I like the cut. It was cooked as requested but I enjoy other chains seasonings for steak a lot more and with the price you pay for tenderloin it has got to be great in flavor as well so and will not reorder tenderloin again here. We also ordered the moonshine glazed chicken and would definitely order again and may even come more often due to this dish. It's difficult to find a restaurant that does not over cook chicken or cook it stringy. Nice job in this option. Flavor, tenderness was all good. We ordered the donuts for desert. They were good but would have been excellent if they had been cooked to a very light brown vs dark brown which conflicted with the flavor donuts and the dips which were good. So ask for them to be cooked light brown and don't order if watching your weight! read more

Went to dinner last night with the family. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited an hour for our food. The waitress had already filled our glasses 4 times and brought out bread 4 times. When I asked for a manager, she came back telling me that he was moving our order up....no manager came out. Finally, our food arrived and it was the saddest thing I've ever seen. This was our first time and Logan's and we were excited to try some place new. To start off we walked in and the staff were just in a bad mood. We didn't let that effect us. We ordered spinach artichoke dip. It lacked flavor, it was watery and the chips were so stale. Once again we thought okay it could only go up from here. We get our entires...the ribs were dry as a bone, mac&cheese was also dry and flavorless. The bbq beans tasted like ranch style beans out of a can. It was just a horrible experience. Upon arrival Establishment had 7 party's for dine in . I was sat immediately and the waiter arrived to promptly take my order . Salad arrived by a runner within a 5 minute window . Ate my salad and never herd from my waiter again . Never a check in refill or a simple " hey your food will be right out ". I would like to pay for my salad and rolls and leave the establishment". She said oh ok no problem let me grab the manager . Roughly two minutes later the busser stoped by and re assured me that the manager should be by any minute now . After several more minutes the manager arrived . She said " good evening sir I am the manager how may I help you " to which I stated " yes ma'am I have waited a lengthy amount of time and am requesting to cash out my order of which was received ". She apologized and said that they were extremely backed up and my food should be out any minute now are you sure you don't want to Waite ? I said no ma'am 14 minutes ago I told myself that if my food or waiter did not check in within a 10 minute period that I would be leaving the establishment . She responded " ok you are free to leave " after this comment she turned on her heels and was gone as quickly as she arrived .
