Fabulous dinner after our movie! I wanted a restaurant with some down home offerings and not too noisy. We spotted Logan's. It was about an hour before closing. We usually don't eat out during this window because service, and or food quality begins to wain. However...we were pleasantly surprised! We were promptly greeted and seated, and within minutes by our waiter Benjamin (I believe that was his name). He brought out fresh piping hot rolls and our drinks. Our order was out within minutes! Our food looked and tasted absolutely delicious!!! This is now my new favorite spot, and I'll look for Benjamin as well. The restaurant isn't fancy, but has a nice vibe. I especially like the patio area, which looked peaceful and inviting . I did notice the patio chairs seemed to have open sides which I like. I'm hoping to plan an afternoon out with some friends. Oh! Only a negative review because of the manager on site My wife and I go to Logan's once a week and we've never ran into an issue. It's one of the places we look forward to going every week. Tonight I had a terrible experience specifically with the manager on shift tonight. I had ordered a meal and the check came, and I was looking through my rewards And I noticed that I had a free appetizer coupon if I spent more than $30 (Check was currently around $25$). Seeing as I'm only five dollars away from an expiring coupon, I decided to order Steak special for $12.99 to go And ordered my appetizer, and I even gave the code to the waiter. Waiter comes by and apologizes and says that we cannot combine 2 specials. I asked if I could speak to a manager for help because that wasn't explained to me prior. Everything up to this point is completely understandable, but once the manager inserted herself into the Equation everything changed. Manager comes by And I explain the situation to her, and she is extremely rude and gives me attitude the entire time, rolling her eyes And refusing to provide any kind of Solution. She kept saying that the coupon couldn't be combined and I showed her the coupon and she was saying oh well it's in the fine print, but you can't see it now. After explaining to her multiple times the situation, she said, she cannot comp anything or provide any discounts. I explained to her that I'd like to come up with some sort of solution because I would hate for y'all to Throw away all this food, and she simply said "I don't care it's whatever". And walked off. She came back and removed the two items off the check when she clearly stated earlier that she can't remove items off the check. There's only three situations that could've happened after that 1. She threw away the food, which would be completely wasteful 2. She served that food to somebody else which would be disgusting considering it's just sitting there 3. She decided to take it home and eat it herself I completely understand there's misunderstandings But honestly, that lady does not need to be in management or any kind of customer service because management and customer service is supposed to provide solutions and honestly If I do dine in the future, I do hope not to see her because I would feel extremely uncomfortable around her and feel like she's gonna do something to my food. Never had an encounter like this at any restaurant and typically Logan's is a great place to go. It's unfortunate that they have people like her representing the company. read more

Came in during a quiet time--place and bar were empty, but staff were pretty loud in the background. Food was great: filet mignon medium rare with green beans and sweet potato, very tasty. Only downside was being asked to sign the check quickly right at 10pm while I was still eating, which felt a bit rushed. Overall still a solid meal. read more

I don't often eat at chain restaurants but within the past couple of months dined here twice for various reasons. Both times it was a good experience. Parking space is plentiful and at night they have a security guard in a truck watching the parking lot. Inside they have both a bar and separate dining areas. First visit was for the hamburger steak on a bed of mashed potatoes and gravy for $14 and I added a side salad for another $2? The salad had cucumber, tomatoes, cheese and croutons on the greens and was quite good tasting and a value at that add on price. Also the complimentary basket of hot soft rolls was appreciated! The hamburger steak had mushrooms and onions on top of the 8oz hamburger patty and with the mashed potatoes and brown gravy was very good taste wise. The loaded baked potato that I ordered as my side dish for a small up charge was equally good. Table service was prompt and really all I could ask for. For a little over $20 with tax it was a good value meal that was tasty and filling (4). The second visit a few weeks later was for the 8 oz sirloin steak and green beans with a regular baked potato with just butter and sour cream. I again added the side salad and again the salad is the way to go for that price. The steak was good and cooked as I requested (medium). Not the best steak I have ever had but I gave it a 3.5. The green beans were very flavorful (4) and the regular baked potato acceptable with just the butter and sour cream (3.5) but I prefer the loaded version. Again the table service was very good. Those rolls are always a hit. I give an overall score 4 for this restaurant. I think if you come here you will get a good meal. read more

I walked in with my children and had to move to the side because people were leaving. There were 4 women (hostesses) standing behind and next to the hostess bar none of them spoke a word to me they were talking to each other and a couple of times glanced in my direction... and a couple walked in a man and a woman with their kid they got attended to as soon as they walked in. I got upset didn't even want to eat there anymore. This all happened on Mother's Day between 4pm and 4:30pm. For there to be 4 hostesses standing there and not one to acknowledge me standing there is sad and pathetic. Hire better people. read more

Delicious steaks. Everyone in our party got their steaks cooked exactly like they asked, except for one person, and the waiter took care of that very rapidly with no complaints. Sides were plentiful and delicious. We really liked the special which I think is on Wednesday, including a steak and a couple of sides. Makes it easier to take out the family. read more

After hearing a friend of mine rave about the Logan's Roadhouse that she has in her city, I decided to venture out and try the one by my house. When we first walked in, I was surprised at how empty it was and also noted how cold it was. Regardless, we were quickly seated and our server was there to take drink orders. Inside, it is a causal neighborhood steakhouse feel with different sections (bar vs restaurant). We ordered beers to start and decided to skip on the appetizers. While we decided on our meal, the server brought out rolls and butter. The rolls were soft and paired with a whipped butter. For our meals, both my friend and I ordered the New York Strip with a garden salad (cheese removed) and french fries. The salad came out first and was a classic garden salad. When the steak arrived, we were ask to cut into it and ensure it was cooked appropriately. My steak was cooked correctly and tasted pretty good. While it wasn't the best ever, it was good and would be an item I'd order again if visiting Logan's. All in all, I'm glad I tried logan's and would be happy to visit again if someone else wanted to go but this wouldn't be my first pick of chain restaurants to run back to. read more

The staff were very friendly. I had heard that the food here wasn't great. But it was close to my hotel and I was craving steak. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a pretty good steak. Being Texas made I dig the country ambiance and this particular location our server was a bit slower, but had great intentions and management even checked on us which says a lot about this restaurants level of care. Texas Roadhouse was closed, so we came here instead. The rolls were stale because they were baked in the morning and not used throughout the day. We need fresh rolls. We ate all our rolls and asked the server four times for refills, but she didn't bring any. It wasn't until the fifth request that we got them. Our water glasses were empty, and she didn't check on them. We arrived at 3 p.m., which isn't a busy time, but it still took forever to get our food. The server's service was terrible. read more

I placed my order steak with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Ask for garlic butter on my steak along with Cajun seasoning on steak and broccoli. It took forever to get my food, I didn't get my hot rolls until 2 minutes before my meal came out because bartender on her cellphone. My broccoli looked like the cook spilled entire bottle of seasoning. Presentation is everything I was floored they brought my food out like that. OMG. I have been driving by Logan's Roadhouse thousands of times when I used to work nearby. This is my first time dine in here. Yup, I'm here because of Veterans Day free meal offer. It's limited to 3-6 pm with American Roadhouse Meal choice $9.99 comes with 2 standard sides. Premium sides are 99 cents each. I ordered chopped steak, BBQ brisket rice and baked potato, and iced tea. The steak was so tender and juicy. The sauce covered with grilled onions was perfect for a king. I finished it in 8 minutes. I wish I had time to order another one. My waitress Ashlee was friendly and made me feel really welcomed. She asked which branch I was. Great conversation opener. I shall be back to try other things on the menu. Oh, I want to get a full order of that BBQ brisket rice next time. Wait. Just heard it only serves during 3-6 and one size.
