The service was absolutely outstanding, and everyone I talked to was so friendly. My waiter Jasmine especially had such a positive attitude and knew any questions I had asked about the food. I had got the steak alfrado pasta and it was super, the steak was cooked perfectly and I Really enjoyed the mushrooms with it. I really wanted to love this place, but it simply did not deliver what it boasts, not even close. FOOD: The BUNS were absolutely delicious and stands completely alone in salvaging a star. I had daydreams and fantasies of warm, soft, fluffy, pillowy, buttery, squishable buns with soft, melty, honey butter oozing from all ends, and it satisfied in all the right ways. I brought some home as well! Unfortunately, the rest of the food we ordered was a huge disappointment. Fried Mushroom app: extremely greasy; however, after squeezing the grease into extra napkins, it was somewhat tasty dipped in enough of the accompanying horseradish sauce. Entrees: Mom had the NY Strip (well done) and I had the Bone-in Ribeye (medium). Both came out rare. Sigh. With respect to off days, we thought to return them both to correct. The strip came back medium, the rib-eye came back still rare. Mom was too hungry and decided to just eat around the edges. I sent mine back again, and the 3rd time they sent it out, it was still too rare, but I was done. Unfortunately, it was so full of gristle, I barely ate 1/4 before asking for doggy bags. It was the most expensive dog food ever and my dogs enjoy it. Sides: steamed broccoli was cooked perfectly. Sweet potato was delicious with a light dusting of cinnamon. The baked potato was underwhelming, but slightly better than the steaks. SERVICE: The waitress was terrific. I'm terrible at remembering names. She earned the other star for this establishment. She tried so hard to correct the steaks outside of cooking it herself. She handled the embarrassing situation well. OVERALL: We will not return. read more

Worst meal I've had in a very long time. I'm so disappointed and upset for even coming here.... How hard is it to make broccoli and cheese? Genius in the kitchen thought they could just slap a WHOLE SLICE of American cheese over some broccoli and zap it in the microwave for a few seconds. The same cheese you use for the nachos, Mac n cheese and baked potatoes would have sufficed! Shredded cheese, liquid cheese something other than a slice!!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT try the prime rib. I have never had a steak come out on a plate filled with bloody juices. They recooked the steak and it came out black and burnt tasting. I couldn't eat it. Green beans are canned with a little salt and pepper sprinkled on top. Queso dip is so watery it gets all over the table and your clothes before it reaches your mouth. 80 dollars for 2 people. I couldn't see spending money on food like this again. Terrible experience. If I could leave zero stars, that would be too much. read more

We ordered prime rib medium rare. Server was nice. But the 2 plates came out. Solid red blood and meat not even cooked. Killed our appetite right then. We asked them to cook the meat but it was sickening. Baked potato and salad were like a kids plate. Would never ever go again even if it was free. I suppose I should start with the pluses. The iced tea, coke and bread were all really food. We stopped in midday. The place was fairly empty. We ordered apps and one of the "specials" that was advertised on a table tent. The waiter told us it wasn't available. Then seemed put out that I didn't have a second choice ready to go. The salad came out first, the peppercorn dressing here is yummy! We went downhill from here. The steak was ordered Medium rare, it came out medium and was flavorless. The broccoli and cheese. . . Was more like broccoli mush with a piece of American cheese laid on top. The kicker was when I mentioned to the waiter that the kitchen was off and tried to show him the food, he just walked off. Robert is a great server. The manager makes her rounds to check on customers. The food is below subpar. The cook cannot cook steak. The steak was colorless and bland. Ribeye is a fatty cut, but there should still be meat on it. I spit out more fat and bland meat more than I ate. The baked potato was the best thing. The fried okra were salted and too salty at that. Personally, I don't like my breaded and fried okra salted. I only came here over TRH for the rolls. I won't be back here or any Logan's after tonight. It's a bad taste I won't be able to shake from the name Logan's Steakhouse. It's not that busy here either and it's a Sunday evening around 6:30. Again, Robert is a great server so, if you come and get him, still give him a tip bc he doesn't cook the food, he just takes the order and brings it out. I was too lazy to take pics. I go to Logan's at Thanksgiving and Christmas to get their take and bake Yeast Rolls. You pick them up unbaked then bake them yourself. Everybody in my family love those rolls. I couldn't tell you if their other food is good, hence, the 3 stars. read more

For some it's to easy to find things wrong with people and places. So here goes to giving credit where credit is due. Shout out to COLLEEN for being hands down the best server my whole my family has had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. We hadnt been at this location in years and may just make it our favorite again.We have had other get servers at other places but she is the cats meow. We never asked for seconds on drinks. She took the guess work out of everything. Calmly taking our orders, never rushing or dismissing any questions we had. Didn't pester us with unnecessary promotion pushing or extra menu suggestio overload. Just a gem. She is polite and to the point never making herself a subject matter but still connecting with us her customers. Food was good and maybe not as hot as it should have been but the taste and presentation excused it. Hope the circle booth is never taken away. Had to sit in some but this one the sitting is comfortable and not a squeeze on my 6'1 big boy. Only disappointed we didn't have room for dessert. A M A Z I N G!!!!!!!! I had never eaten at a Logan's Roadhouse before and decide to bring the family including our 13 month old baby. The service was excellent and they were so gracious about our little one throwing things on the floor. Sorry! I am usually a filet mignon person, but decided to go with the sirloin and OMG it was so juicy and delicious that I am a convert! My wife and I came here for dinner Last Saturday. The dinner and service was good. But on the way home, I realized I forgot my phone. When I got back to the restaurant, my phone was nowhere to be found. The manager was helpful in trying to find my phone, we looked at and around the area we dined. I had to use the FindMyIphone app on another device, which led me towards the dumpster behind the restaurant. I got my phone to play a sound using the app and I found it hidden behind the dumpster. One of my colleagues just recently switched to a Keto diet, so I have been looking for new lunch options. I didn't realize we were a very heavy carb lunch diet before. I have driven past Logan's plenty of times, but never stopped in. Today for lunch we gave them a try, the best part is still their yeast rolls. Because my co-worker didn't eat any, I ended up with 3! They also do the bucket of peanuts, that he was able to eat. I had the turf and turf which comes with a steak, I recommend ordering 1 level rarer than what you actually want. It also came with a half rack of ribs, 1 side (corn for me), a small cup of coleslaw and a slice of watermelon. Everything was delicious, my only complaint was the steak was overcooked.
