The sides change a bit from week to week but favorites like collard greens, sweet potatoes, beans, squash, potato salad, fries and hush puppies are some of the fare as well as rolls and a cobbler or pudding. They have other buffet days (I think Sundays too-check schedule) There is a bar attached and you can eat at either the bar or restaurant side. But when you can spend that time in rocking chairs on the oceanfront deck watching the sunset, it's pretty hard to complain and the wait flew by. Our server Courtney was AWESOME. He told us he's been working at Damon's since about 2000, and you can tell he's an absolute asset to the restaurant! The food wasn't necessarily anything I'd write home about, but it was solid, portions were good, and I LOVED the fries.
