I ordered a New York strip entree this evening. I ordered through doordash for delivery and I received my order. I ordered my steak medium well but when I received it it was bloody. I called Logans to let them know. I have never done this as I'm not one to complain bc I know things can get overlooked or mistaken for something else, however the response from the "manager" was to contact doordash for a replacement or a refund which I did not want either. My hope was to let them know they were sending out bad orders and maybe they should make more of an effort to check what they were sending out but all he had to say was contact doordash! The server didn't want to write anything down and had a terrible memory. We've tried carry-out four times, three of them recently as well as dining in once. For all 4 carry outs they left something out of the order. Yes we should have started checking before we drove way after a couple times - but we shouldn't have to, and forgetting a part of our order every single time is a pretty bad track record. The process should be the person retrieving the order checks it against the order ticket before handing it to the customer-- clearly not happening very well. We usually get burger, steak or fish orders with sides and usually for 2-5 people. Most of the time it's a full side order that is missing, or sometimes a crucial element such as the sauce that goes with the coconut shrimp. When we dined in, the waitress was friendsly and good service. Personally I think they need to take the fish out a minute or two earlier, and steaks/burgers ordered medium well usually turn out to be more like well done. The loaded fries are not worth the price. We think their food is good, usually prepared fairly well. The online ordering feature for a later time (rather than asap) doesn't work perfectly. I ordered at 5:14 for a 6:30 pickup. I arrived at 6:20 and the hostess said my "ticket hadn't printed out yet". The hostess did not want to make eye contact; she didn't even in any way acknowledge my request that she escalate to management until I got back in front of her and leaned closer to force contact and make sure whether she heard me. Gen Z I guess.. A Svc Mgr explained the corporate design is to not print order tickets until 10 minutes before. I enjoyed a rare dinner out with my husband on the day of the recent snow storm. The meal I had at Logan's was quite literally the best restaurant meal I've had in YEARS. I got the chicken fried steak, baked potato, side salad with thousand Island dressing and of course their amazing rolls. We had the sweetest waitress who just moved to Indiana from Tennessee. I had to leave this review because I wanted everyone there, the chefs, the managers, the hostesses and the wait staff to know that they made a memorable night for me that I won't soon forget. My bf and I went to Logan's because another similar place had a long wait. I used to really enjoy Logan's but boy has it changed. Our waiter was just ok. Didn't ask for refills or more rolls. I got crab cakes and grilled chicken combo. Our food came really really quick. Maybe 10 minutes. The salad and mashed potatoes were pretty good. The crab cakes were awful. They were topped with a spicy sauce and were clearly frozen or microwaved. Grilled chicken was average. My bf got a chicken bowel with super dry rice. Also they put my chicken and his shrimp add-on on the same plate. Our check after tip was $60 and we had water to drink and no appetizers or desserts. This was unacceptable for the quality of food we were served. The place was not full and there was no wait. I'm not sure this will last much longer in the area. I had a UE coupon and figured I would have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. When it came to ordering I was in a quandary because I did not want a steak that was overcooked because it was cooked-to-order then cooked more while in transit. I decided to order the steak medium rare when my preference is medium. Guess what?!! The steak arrived medium rare. I popped it in the toaster over for a few minutes to get it up to medium. I haven't had Logan's in forever. Last time I had it a few years ago, it was awful (not this location) so we had been hesitant to go back but we had a gift card we needed to use! The bread was good and hot. Our meals were all cooked well. Service was great! I had the salmon, shrimp, and baked potato. Husband had ribs and fries. We shared some potato skins. Not good prices very high in price and also food has gone way down in quality, only thing that is good is the chicken there, also the service isn't very good took the servers a long time before getting to even taking my drink order. Took them 15 minutes before they took my drink and food order, then kept trying to take my food when I wasn't done with it and kept asking me over and over about if I was done or not. And they have very crappy attitudes for the servers, also table was still dirty and so was under it. Woulnt recommend wasting time or $ here. Off to a rocky start. It's 1:30 on a Saturday and they aren't packed. Took a long time for the hostess to come to the stand, then seemed very uncertain. Maybe she is new. She told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait for a table, despite many being open. So they must be short staffed. While we were waiting, another couple was leaving. It's been a while since I've been to a Logan's Roadhouse but we thought we would give it a try today. First impressions were not great. When we came in we waited at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes before the hostess came up. When she arrived, she looked very confused and was not very social. When I told her we would like a table again she looks very confused and said it was be about 5 to 10 minutes which made it my turn to be confused. Because looking at her iPad that had the seating chart there were several open tables. So I chose to go to the bathroom while we waited and was in there only a couple minutes and by the time I came out my husband was seated. Even though when she called his name she said party of two, she only gave us one menu and no silverware. While we were waiting to be seated, there was a couple leaving and their waitress was apologizing to them. And they said it wasn't her fault. Probably another sign that things are not boding well for this restaurant. The person that saved the day was our waitress, Safari. She was friendly and provided great service. Our food came out timely and everything was as we ordered it. Taste was decent, but nothing to write home about. There are a few other chain steakhouses similar to Logans that I prefer better. read more

Peanuts are complimentary if you're eating in, along with rolls. Visited Logan's in Noblesville at 11am on 27 December 2020. I looked forward to this because we have no Logan's in Lafayette anymore. The food and the service was excellent. The server was polite and made menu recommendations. The only place for improvement that I noticed was the cleanliness of the restaurant. We were the first customers in as the restaurant opened. I certainly understand that a restaurant this size is never going to be what one would consider spotless, however, there were a few things that stood out. I used the restroom at noticed that the floor had paper towels on it that appeared to be dry. They did not appear to be used in the last 30 minutes or however long. The mirrors above the sinks had dried water spots. When I went to pull out my chair to sit down, I noted food particles on the seat that would have been left over from the day/night before. Just picked up their top Rib Eye steak and brought it home to find out their cooks have no idea what Medium temp is. The steak is sooo rubbery and has no resemblance of Medium. Not even Medium rare. It was barely on the grill. I could not even cut it with a steak knife from home because of how rubbery and raw it was. Salad was great, rolls were decent, and fries were average. But the steak that was supposed to be the star of the show was literally inedible. And I actually ordered my steak medium thinking it might come in a little under cooked.
