I arrived at Logan's angry. I was with a party of 15, several elderly, two in walkers. We had just left Chili's a block away after being told at 11am they could accomodate our party at 12:30pm on September 18, 2021. Well Chili's had not lived up to their agreement, so I made a quick decision to give Logan's a try. With no reservations, I was gambling, that Logan's could accommodate us. Logan's welcomed us, and was able to seat us immediately. Thank you, Logan's. You saved the day for me. A young lady named KayKay (sp?) was our waitperson. She worked her tail off. Food came out promptly, all of us were pleased with the choices on the menu and the prices. Everyone was so happy that things worked out for the best after our experience at Chili's. My group told me there were very happy with the food that they chose and could not have been more pleased. Excellent steak, perfectly cooked. Homemade potato chips a real bonus and a welcome alternative to the usual baked or mashed. Asparagus was ok, but way too much salt. Others meals were above average as well. French dip got rave reviews. read more

Bad Service - got my own drink..Chopped Steak was ext. pink and undercooked..I sent it back but never got my food while my daughter finished her meal....Left hungry since and tired of waiting..We were there over an hour and never even got an apology. This is a decent place too eat. The atmosphere is casual and nothing fancy. The food is similar. The waitstaff is kind of hit and miss, so you never really know what your going to get. I do like the grilled meatloaf, the chopped sirloin, the buttermilk fried chicken, and the wheelhouse burger. The peanuts are always good as well. read more

Simple menu, simple tastes, consistent result. I'm sure they miss by 10% on either side of perfection because this is a high throughput restaurant, not Morton's. The only reason we went here was because we were staying next door at the Holiday Inn Express( good decent hotel for travelers). Service at Logan's Roadhouse was mediocre at best. Our waiter/server was Jay. He forgot to put a chili app in at the kitchen. They ran out of Cabernet wine...really....in a steak burger house? Ran out of vegetables...really....no vegetables? But you could have more fat carbs...bread or potatoes...just no veggies. The check came and it was included the Cabernet that they ran out of. Jay gets an F in performance and trying to pad our bill. He blamed all on the kitchen and bar. Overall an AWFUL experience. read more

Instead of steak or chicken I just decided to try the grilled meat loaf hoping for something special and definitely would have it again. The Pork & Beef meat is grilled so a nice crust encases tender moist meat. The killer Brewski braised onions and a Sam Adams beer gravy elevated the taste to another level, unlike most bland dark gravies. Sliced mushrooms mixed in and a side of skewered grilled vegetables (zucchini & mushrooms) were a nice complement. Hard to resist soft dinner rolls made for a filling meal. My wife had sirloin steak grilled over open flame that was nicely done with a side caesar salad and mashed potatoes. The highlight may have been our server Austin. You would never know he had only been there 2 weeks and this was his first server job. He was everything you could want from a server to enjoy your meal. My wife asked for the manager afterwards to acknowledge the perfect evening we had because of the service. The manager confirmed that he's doing a great job and would reward him with a free dinner. We enjoyed Logan's 2 for $15.99 dinner special and made sure to leave a nice tip for a great dining experience. read more

My husband and I usually sit at the bar, but it was full. We were sat at a two top. Our waitress took our order quickly. But her check in status was sadly lacking. Her total bill would have double if she noticed our empty drinks. Not sure we will be back. We used to go here a lot but our favorite bartenders are gone. Took my sweetheart for valentines lunch, worst place I have ever eaten lunch. Ordered a chicken fried steak, very lightly coated with water down gravy, lumpy mash potato's with the same water down gravy. Chicken fry was way over seasoned with garlic. I could only stomach a few bits. Had the waitress take it back, bring me a hamburger. Hamburger was ok, but after eating the most unpleasant chicken fry I have ever eaten. I couldn't get the taste off my palate to enjoy or even taste the hamburger. Getting my water refilled was to slow, placing order was too slow, and no one ever asked me how my meal was, instead I had to flag down the waitress and manager. So the manager didn't charge me for the chicken fry, which was nice. Get this, the manager offered me a 5 dollar coupon for my next time we decided to patronize Logan's Roadhouse. I consider this an insult to my intelligence and service expected at Logan's Roadhouse. I will not be back, if I want a hamburger I will go to Wendy's. read more

This place is horrid. They do not have consistency at all, the service stinks all around and they can't seem to ever get our order right. Food is always undercooked and even when we ask them to cook it longer they don't seem to grasp this understanding at all. I've been here three times in the past 9mos. Each time it was basically the same sub par service where most staff is on there phones in the front while patrons are waiting for a table to come open. Or we're waiting on one to come back from a smoke break for 15min to get our check. With service subpar, why not go where it's better and the food is just as good...& you can pick your steak. Note: The Bone in Rib Eye doesn't come with a 3" bone... Stoped by for a late lunch one day to find tables being bused only to wait so long as to just turn and walk out. I waited to give this place numerous chances before writing a negative review.. From other Logan's, this is one at the bottom of the barrel. I hate to leave bad reviews. I really do. But our experience at Logan's tonight really, really warrants it, and their website doesn't make it easy to leave a complaint. So here it is: My family (me, hubs, 87-year grandmother and 6-year-old son) went to Logans for dinner tonight. We were seated promptly in the bar area. There was a very large table next to us having a birthday party...that's all well and good. They had their food and drinks by the time we got there. Our waitress was doubling as barback but there were only 2-3 people seated at the bar at a time. Took 10 minutes to get drinks (water, tea and milk, no alcohol). Food took forever to come out and when it did it was funky. I had ordered my steak medium well (even had the pick to prove it!) but it was VERY well done. I've had beef jerky that was easier to eat. Ribs had a funky taste to them. Grandma had ordered the brisket nachos but there wasn't a lot of queso on them; she asked for an additional side of queso and was told that they pre-portion their queso so they couldn't bring her extra. Ummm...okay??? Had to ask for refills on drinks after they had been empty for quite a while. No manager in sight or this review wouldn't have left the restaurant. We won't be back. read more

We eat at Logan's pretty often but this visit was the worst experience I've had there. Our waiter, Corey, greeted us, took our drink order and said he'd be back with them and rolls. Got our drinks but no rolls. Rolls showed up just before someone brought our meals. We both ordered steamed broccoli -usually very good - but both plates had broccoli that was brown on all the cut stems and looked unappealing in general. Potato was ordered with butter on the side but came with butter in the potato. Corey finally got back to us halfway through our meal and I commented on the broccoli and asked if there was an alternative. He offered a veggie skewer and I accepted - that skewer never showed up. I went here for Father's day and despite being busy I was still able to get great service and had both mine and my son's steak cooked perfectly! The food is always great anytime I go here! The only problem I had is that they seemed a little stingy on their rolls, but maybe they were low because of the rush. Both of us ordered the filet so we weren't being cheap. We came here as a family after church. We ordered our food & when it arrived my son noticed his shrimp skewer was rubbery & he was unable to eat it. We told the server but no one ever came out. While eating we noticed that my daughter-in-laws steak was really tough, my pork chops were hard & dry, the steamed broccoli was raw & my grandson's salmon was mostly raw. We brought it to the servers attention not as a complaint but felt they should know there is obviously a problem in the kitchen. Our server was great but had to tell the manager 2 times to come see us. The manager came out & proceeded to make lots of excuses, though I never heard the word sorry. She proceeded to tell me how difficult it is to cook salmon. In all my years cooking, I have never found it difficult, so clue for you, if it's that hard for you...you're doing it wrong! Message to the manager - we could have made up our own excuses, we don't need you for that! She said she "would look at our ticket & see if she could do anything'". She didn't even take off very much at all. We have been there many times & wont be back. Not because of the food, that can be fixed with training. We were far from impressed. The "fall off the bone ribs" had to be cut and were dry. The chips were overlooked and the fish was undercooked. And, their bread pudding tasted like bread only. My family and I went out last Saturday evening for a family member's birthday dinner and had a reserved table at 5:30pm. Our salads did not arrive at our table for an hour. All the tables around us had only the bread baskets that served rolls and butter. Our actually meals were served an hour and a half after we arrived. We were at the restaurant a total of two hours. Besides waiting for the food that took forever. The level of noise is horrendous; cannot talk to the person next to you or even across the table. The waitress was the only pleasant part of the evening, but beyond that I would not consider coming back ever. read more
