We came here for my dads birthday on the second of December , our server seemed a little overwhelmed though it wasn't em super busy, mom got a filet and there was something very wrong with it , just had me try it and I chewed on it for quite some time before realizing that I'd be chewing on it all night , we think it may have been old steak or spoiled even.. we let our server know this , she apologized and brought my mom a sirloin instead , because she wasn't about to try any more of the filet they offer , not once did a manager coke and speak with us after such a disgusting experience which was shocking , our server then let us know that she took the filet off of our check but still charged us for the sirloin , I wouldn't come back here if they paid me too , also I had a burger that was pretty gross , dad enjoyed his meal at least, my wife, my mother and I on the other hand were disgusted, also at one point our server (apparently trying to make small talk) let us know that the hostesses were complaining about how long we had been there , I was shocked at how bad of an experience this place could offer read more

It had been a while since I'd eaten here, and I couldn't recall specifically how the previous experience was. We went in and everything started off okay. The appetizers were just run of the mill bar-type pallet pleasers. Let me mention that when I walked into the restaurant, I was starving. I held on pretty well through the appetizers. I wanted to leave plenty of room for my steak. Well here comes my steak. It "looks" great. The other one was, well, I don't know how to put it...old looking? It was also cold and raw. We ordered two $30.00 dollar T-Bone Porterhouse steaks. I took my first bite, and it was like a lick of salt on my tongue, before a tequila back. Both pieces of meat tasted like they were marinated in pure salt. It was through and through. I kept my stake, although I should not have. The other was returned for a substitute. No way would the replacement steak be like the last one, right? Especially after making the issues plain. That it was cold, raw, and salty. So we get the third stake. It "looks" great. We pay the tab, leave a nice tip for our waitress, it was no fault of hers. Get home. Cut a piece off this very nice "looking" steak. Put it in my mouth, and "YOWZA"! Steak was a very poor cut and size was small (we order 6 oz all the time at Texas road house and it was 1/2 the size), gristle in a decent size portion and the taste was poor. Neither steak cooked properly: baked potato was not fully cooked and after food delivered no one ever came back to check on us: after about 15-20 minutes i finally (as she was bringing the check) asked her to speak with the manager. I advised her i wasn't looking for a free meal and i would gladly pay for my meal. I gave her this feedback and told her how disappointed in our meal we are. she seemed irritated that i was telling her about the problem and walked off hasty. The absolute worst food I've had there and it took them 4 tries to get what we ordered. The wings had to be a day old and NO mesquite on them. The homemade chips were cold and to greasy to it. We came on a Wednesday night due to a coupon we had. We were there for an hour and five minutes before our food hit the table, and bored and annoyed looks from other customers around us with nothing but dinner rolls and peanuts on their plates told us it wasn't just us. My wife ordered grilled salmon with a sweet potato. I ordered the All American Cheeseburger, which they refused to prepare medium rare a as I requested. My wife's salmon was over cooked and dry according to my wife; the bed of rice was an incredibly small portion. To their credit, her sweet potato was huge and quite good. My burger wasn't bad, but it was also relatively small in size. To her credit, the waitress was moving, but she simply wasn't supported by her kitchen staff. So usually Logans Roadhouse is pretty good. Tonights experience is an example of what poor customer service should look like. We were seated at 8:05 and by 9 01 we still hadn't received our food nor did we have anyone come over to the table and apologize for the delay. It wasn't until we motioned to the bartender to come over. At that point he asked us if everything was OK. We told him we been here for an hour and so far no food. He said we're very busy tonight and have new people in the kitchen. OK I get that you're very busy. He said let me check on the food. Another 15 minutes pasted before he came back to the table and said we're still working with the new people. At that point we said we just want our tab. He said let me get a manager up here. After 10 minutes of no one coming to our table we decided to go ahead and tab out. At that point they weren't thatllby the way, the rolls, water, Diet Coke and beer were very good. Wont be back for a while hope they get it right next time. UPDATE: Thanks Logan's roadhouse for replying back to us quickly, great customer service. We will give you guys another try when we head back to Yukon later this month. I moved my rating up to 4 stars based on the great customer service on getting back to us. Dan the manager reached out to us within 24 hours too make sure that we would be back to give the store another try. Our experience at this location was not too great. In Yukon we are somewhat limited in our selection of restraunts, so we decided to give this place a try. The staff was friendly, but the food didn't really appeal to our taste buds. My wife got a fish dish that was sub-par, and I wasn't impressed with my steak. The flavor just wasn't really there, and I didn't really enjoy it that much. We went here becasue it was close, and somewhere that we hadn't tried yet, but I do not see us going back anytime soon. The drinks were not inexpensive either, I had a draft beer, and my wife tried one of their specialy drinks. In the end, the specialy drink was almost as expensive as one of the entre's, and too sweet for my wife to finsih. I have ordered from here several times. The first time I ordered the steak was tasteless but the peel n eat shrimp was awesome so I wanted it again a couple weeks later. The next 2 times I got the shrimp it was awful and I tried the roadhouse rice which was disgusting. For one of the orders they forgot my drink! And today I ordered a steak with crab cakes, bbq fries and mashed potatoes. The ONLY edible part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. The steak was supposed to be medium and was cooked way past well done. The crab cakes were mushy and had no flavor. The bbq waffle fries tasted like cardboard. The mashed potatoes were edible but didn't taste good at all. So disappointed because I spent almost $55 for me and my two children and I literally only ate a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes. I ordered the 8oz filet mignonette ( price 23 bucks) med well. They brought me a steak that did not resemble a filet mignonette at all. It was pouring blood as well. When I told my waitress that I didn't believe it was a filet mignonette because it looked more like a sirloin , flat wide and thin . She explained to me that they flattened out my filet mignonette which completely destroyed the purpose of a filet mignonette!! They are the choice cut of beef due to the tenderness and juiciness! Disappointed is an understatement. We eat out everywhere, (we are from Missouri). I have never left a 2 star but this should have been a one-star. My full slab of ribs was a tasteless blob of fat. It did not even resemble a slab of ribs, My salad was wonderful minus the fact that the ranch dressing was so watered down that it was runny. Total bummer trip. We went here for dinner on the night of my daughters 11th birthday. I had heard from a friend that they sing for birthday people so I thought it would be funny to bring my 11 year old here. I asked the front greeters if they do anything special for birthdays. They said they always sing and give dessert. I asked first because I wanted to make sure since it was my daughters birthday. I told them thank you and asked them if they could do that for her. They said yes. So when I sat down I whispered to my server that it was my daughters birthday and she said they would sing and bring her dessert. I said that was great and continued ordering. We gave our order and then came the hot rolls. We had no utensils to put butter on our bread because the door greeter lady said they didn't have any utensils rolled and we had to wait. We were sitting a good 35 minutes before we got any utensils. We received our food and one of the people received their medium steak as a well done. My daughters kids meal roady sandwich thing was not good at all. She couldn't eat it. I tasted it and it wasn't good at all. It tasted like dried out hamburger meat in a Logans roll. I ordered the BLT and it was decent. Everyone else said their food was decent. Then I was waiting for them to sing cause we were done and the waitress came and said they can't sing because it's against store policy. That was super weird to hear after they said they do sing. It wasn't the end of the world of course so I told her it was fine and so I just sang Happy Birthday to my daughter instead. Our waitress was one of the sweetest people so I have nothing negative to say about the waitress she did the best she could and that made all the difference. I gave her a more than generous tip just because she was so sweet regardless of the glitches. All in all we had a solid 3 star experience and I can't really give it more or less than that. read more

It took 20 mins to get drinks and order our food. Then it took forever to get our food and when we did my salad was completely wrong and my boyfriend got barely any fries and the ones he did were completely cold and hard. Just left Logan's after the worst food we have ever gotten there. We went a couple of weeks ago and it wasn't very good but I chalked that up to being a busy Sunday. After waiting well over 45 minutes, the fries were pale and limp, pulled pork sandwich had very little meat on it and very dry. My steak was cooked correctly but hadn't been seasoned at all and the Mac and cheese was cold,dry and crusted over from having been sitting out too long. The new general manager graciously gave us a whole $3 off coupon for our next visit which will never happen. The wait I could have understood had it been busy but it wasn't at all. There were many a dozen tables with customers. The server was very sweet and apologized profusely but obviously the new general manager really does not care. That was out last visit to Logan's. Literally spending 100s of dollars a month at this place because I only eat seafood and there are not a lot of seafood places in the area. Well tonight was the night that broke the camel's back. But in addition to that my sweet potato was burned, I was missing a side, and for some reason if you forget to ask, the butter that is supposed to come with the meal is NEVER in the plate. I called to let the manager know and told him I was not able to come back tonight, and he did not even offer to rectify my missing food!!! I mean wtf??!! I shouldn't have to ask! My husband ordered his bone-in steak med rare. No pink to be seen. And had a six inch long hair under his mushrooms. When he showed the waitress his steak, he also pulled hair out from under the mushrooms (that was when he first noticed it). She did take his plate & get him a new steak & hopefully new shrooms. His second steak was much better. I ordered a rare ribeye. The steak was thin & barely pink. A ribeye should be at least 1/2" thick. I didn't say anything because I won't send anything back. I came to pick up a delivery for doordash. And the employees three of them seen me and did not want to assist me. The blonde turned her back towards me. Whike the other looked at me while she was talking about me. I was in here 15 minutes earlier and they helped me just fine. I had to ask somebody that work the bar who was helping others at a table to help me with my order because the other people were not willing to assist me. If you're going to discriminate against people you should not be working at this restaurant at all. If I was not doing food deliveries I would not eat at this location and I wouldn't recommend anyone else too. all three of them were white. I'm black woman and if this is how you act towards other people when they come to pick up orders you do need to be doing customer service. read more

Went in on 5/20/18 and had to wait for a table to be cleaned even though they weren't busy. Once they sat us, the waitress brought us rolls right away. They were cold. Sat around for atleast 20 minutes waiting for the waitress to take our drink order. She didn't have time to do that although she had time to get drinks for friends of hers that she then stood around and talked to. Looked at us 3 different times during this conversation and then turned her back to us and walked into the kitchen. We walked out at that point. Went there for dinner, there was a wait of 15 minutes. We asked if we could sit in the bar area, they said only if you're sitting at the actual bar. We noticed there was 3 empty tables in the bar area and 4 empty tables in the regular seating area. We asked why were they empty and could we sit at one of them. 1st time to any Logan's, never going back. We did take out tonight with a 50$ gift card. Ordered 2 steak and grilled shrimp, med rare. What we got was 2 well done steaks with fried shrimp that looks like it came from Long John Silvers. Theirs probably tastes better... Steaks had no flavor! I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy on the side.. But gravy was drowning my potatoes when I opened it. My steamed broccoli was just a bag of mush.. So gross, so disappointing. And then there's the check out. They tried charging us more because the 50$ gift card wasn't enough?? For 2 20$ meals.. I have a small tree of recipes that make no sense..
