I've dealt with many banks and other financial institutions throughout time, however none have performed and exceeded my expectations the way Logix has. I've been a member with this credit union for about 5 years now, have my personal checking accounts, car loan and other accounts as well. Their service has always been outstanding and friendly. I'd like to specially recognize my go to person which is Christian F., he has helped me recently whenever I have any questions or I have any special requests when it comes to loans or other transactions. He has made my experience extremely easy, like I never imagined and I'm incredibly satisfied with the way he treats his members. I hardly have time to come in the branch, so the fact that he is available for contact through email, makes it so convenient for me and saves me a lot of time as well. If anyone needs to open checking accounts, loans, credit cards, ask for Christian, you won't be disappointed. I have had bad luck with logic bank for quite a while now. The writing has been on the wall for some time now for me but have just been too lazy to do anything about it and thats just sad for me. The last straw was today on 7/26/2020 at about 3:00pm on sunday at their drive through atm machine at the branch office at their west palmdale branch. It decided to shut down right in the middle of my transaction while i was depositing a check into my checking account. It also decided it wasn't going to give my card back and kept my deposit check too. Then it shut down completely and said it was temporarary closed. Now i have to close the account and shop around for a credit union on the east palmdale side of town because driving to the west side of town is just getting crazy....also after cussing and fighting with their drive through atm machine...it gave me my card back but kept my deposit check inside of it...wish me luck as i find a new credit union and all the work that goes to getting my money out and moving it over to another bank..which means..new checks...new credit card..new debit card..new everything... read more

Started off with Chase bank and I was SUPER hesitant about switching to Logix, when you find a bank that treats you right now a days it's hard to take another leap and chase was the best I found at that time. Turned out to be one of the best choices I made. Been with them for 6 months and so far I have rebuilt my credit - Bought a car - and I am now on a plan to purchase my first home in 1 year. Luis Garcia is a PRO with planning a financial route. This guy makes it easy to see what the best choices will be and loves to help people achieve there financial goals. Go in and Tell him David a single father with a red headed toddler referred you to him specifically, I don't know him anywhere else but at this bank, but I can assure you he will know who your talking about. Recently I was in Logix and talked to a Loan Officer by the name of Luis Garcia. Luis helped me purchase a car. I am one not to haggle over the price of the car. He pre approved me and told me exactly what to do. His simple easy steps turned into success. He also helped me obtain a refinance on my travel trailer. Luis is the only one that worked hard for me and made the refi happen. I had been to several banks and credit unions with an answer of "I am sorry we cannot help you at this time" I was able to keep the same terms and lower my payment at the same time. His mannerism is so impeccable. He is a very knowledgeable young man willing to go the extra mile to help his clients. I am living proof. Logix Bankig is Phenomenal! We have had the absolute pleasure of using Logix as our bank for almost four years now. From day one, we have had nothing but excellence out of them. Luis Garcia is an incredibly talented individual and has literally saved us thousands of dollars with his help in our loans, his industry knowledge and his ability to always get us a better rate on things. He is fantastic, and we have never had a bad experience with Logix. We actually now live in Colorado, but still use Logix as our bank because we cannot find another one that compares. I found this Logix location by accident while driving through Palmdale. The customer service and environment of this location is up to par with the many other locations! Every single Logix branch has been so accommodating to me from the moment you walk in--getting greeted by a friendly face that actually takes the time to greet, talk and direct you where you need to go. Wait times (if any) are usually very short, the atmosphere isn't very "bank-like" rather it feels like you're within a community center where everyone knows each other. That's how great the service is, not to mention how good the free coffee is! :) I highly recommend Logix as a whole, if you're looking for a good branch--well--they're ALL good. I rarely have to use the branch but when I do, it is refreshing how great the customer service is. I banked with Wells Fargo and Bank of America before but Lockheed sets them a mile apart. I once came with my parents who were visiting from Germany and wanted to exchange money. While Logix does not do foreign currency exchanges, the employee went out of her way to find a bank for us that could help us right away and even called ahead. I've never had such excellent services. I have been banking with Logix for almost 10 years now and would never switch to another bank. When you go inside, it's almost as if you're visiting family, that's how they treat you. read more

Sabrina, was setting at the front desk waiting to help anyone who came in. On 5/2 my husband and I walked in to have someone help us with our check book. Sabrina asked us what the problem was, my husband told her he could not get the check book balanced.He wanted to set down with someone instead of going up to the front tellers. they were all busy. Right away she said i will try to help you, and after about a hr and a half she found the problem. My husband and I were so happy. She was fantastic, so smart. We've banked with LFCU, now Logix, for over 20 years. We received great advice about how to manage our children's savings and checking as they grew up and went to college. We were able to link our kids' accounts to ours to send our children money to pay for their college expenses and monitor their spending. As parents, we bowed out of our children's accounts once they finished college. THEY STILL BANK WITH LOGIX. He once kept the branch open an extra ten minutes, so I could bring some important documents. There is a very kind woman that warmly greets at the front desk. I've had nothing but excellent service here. Two mortgages, two car loans, savings, checking, and credit card accounts. Even had fraud on my debit card and it was handled immediately and completely within hours. No monthly fees! Rewards! I think we've received a couple hundred dollars or more back in point and customer loyalty awards and we've only been here for 4 years. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My home flooded due to broken plumbing under the house. Insurance wouldn't cover it, so had no choice than to try to get Home Equity Loan. I tried applying at different banks and I was denied. I came to Logix and I was approved with a low interest and great costumer services. Every time I came in to a branch it feels very welcoming. My husband and I have been banking with LFCU/Logix for close to 35 years. Besides great interest rates, customer service is friendly and knowledable. Most important the fraud alert is really on task. We had both our credit card and debit card hacked and the same day we were alerted to the activity and cards cancelled immediately.
