I hate to do this but this is my last time coming here :/ I've had multiple times where I come here for a dip powder manicure on my natural nails and it takes 2 hours with an appointment. I don't know what it is about the powders but there has been two times, this time being the last where my nails glow in the dark. I have to specify each time that I dont want my nails to glow in the dark. Today I asked for a pink/white dip color and my nails are completely white and glow in the dark. I feel like I just wasted 2 hours and 50 dollars. And my cuticle is cut as well. I've been coming here since Covid but will unfortunately have to find somewhere new. Everyone here is super sweet and welcoming though.

Today was my first time going to logo nails in Rocklin. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the salon was. It was very cute and cozy as well as relaxing. I had a wonderful lady working on me. Her name is Lam. She was absolutely great! She listened to exactly what I wanted and I ended up with beautiful nails. She was very gentle and took her time which I don't find very often. I definitely will be going back to see her again. read more

Gel manicure by Brian. This was my first visit and it went very well. I shared that I didn't want a ton of sanding my nails when removing gel polish because my nails can be weak. He listened and followed my request. Nails look great. He checked with me on how I liked them and I asked for a little more shape and he obliged. Unless you say what you think no one can read your mind..so I asked lots of questions and made sure to verify price before we began. It was a great price and was done in an hour. My friend and I get our nails done together every 3 weeks approximately and finding this salon was one of the best things to happen to us. Mui and Brian are amazing--they are detailed oriented and always open to doing the designs we show them, no matter how complex. Compared to some other salons, the prices for our requests are very reasonable here. They also have the best attitudes and energy, we laugh the whole time and it's so much fun. I not only love the service I receive, but also the technicians. The salon itself is gorgeous inside and has a very comfortable, cleanly vibe. worst experience ever. a waste of 70$ it took 3 hours to do a short full set. the man doing my nails was extremely rough. he didn't prep my nail beds or cuticles before applying acrylic. then it took two people to finish my nails and they didn't clean the glue off my skin. they applied oil and sent me on my way. read more

My go to place. I always get the best pedis here but the place is not clean. Stains every where, the buttons on the remote for the massaging chair are often broken, and the floors are often filthy. But I still go because the price is good, service is great, and the quality of pedicure is suburb. As long as I wear mostly open toed shoes, the pedi lasts at least 2 weeks. I do bring my own nail polish, though, because I use non-toxic brands. If it was clean, I'd give 4 stars. 5 stars would need to be all that plus posh and non-toxic brands. read more

WOW!! I am VERY picky about my nails. I am fed up with being rushed/not listened to & getting nails I am unhappy with (I end up taking them off within days). They live on my fingers after all ... I need to like them! I drove by the other day & noticed a nail salon I didn't know was there. After reading the great reviews on Yelp, I thought I'd give Logo Nails a shot. Sara did my nails & she was absolutely amazing with her attention to detail!! They are all even, consistent, & smooth. I'm hopeful I finally found a great nail home! It was also a treat for me since I usually do my own pedicures at home nowadays, to save money. But since it's hotter weather now, thought it'd be good to have my toenails professionally painted. Wanted to make an appointment for sometime between 10:30-10:45am, but the employee asked if I could come at 11am instead, so I wouldn't have to wait. I said, no problem. Got a text confirmation immediately after, with the address of their salon. Seemed like a nice touch, so customers don't accidentally go to the wrong location or forget their appointment time. We arrived around 10:55am. Two employees inside the building, working on one customer. A few minutes later, another (younger) employee arrived. The younger employee worked on my mom and seemed pleasant. Offered us some small bottles of water. However, around 11:10am a young girl arrived and said she had an 11am appointment. She was asked to have a seat and choose a color, relax,'etc. I could feel the younger employee rushing my mom's pedicure since the other employees seemed to not be finishing anytime soon. I noticed the employee working on my pedicure didn't seem to be the most precise. There are some nail salon workers who are perfectionists, and others who do a hasty job. She was the latter. I had to ask her to fix a few areas that she had missed with the nail polish. And trust me, I'm not usually that picky about my toenails--which is why I usually can get by with at-home pedicures. Decided to be fancy and do a flower like I used to do all the time in my younger days. Big mistake. The flowers looked uneven and a mess. She had already spent quite some time trying to fix them to look more even, but the more she tried, the worse it got. I didn't want to be a karen and have her do it all over again either. She seemed to know that it looked pretty bad, though she wasn't able to say much. Just kinda did an embarrassed laugh as she tried to fix it. My mom, who had finished super early, was growing tired of waiting. I explained the uneven, weird-looking flowers but my mom said nobody is going to notice my toes anyways (lol). So I just let it go. Also felt bad because it seemed like the employee only had use of one eye. The other was closed or swollen. Probably has issues with depth perception. Decided to just pay and leave instead of trying to get the flowers to be my liking. Basic pedicures are $35. There is a Yelp discount but the employee who rang me up didn't seem to know what it was. She ended up giving the discount anyways. Might be a change of ownership deal, since their parking lot sign still says "Tresor Nails." Maybe the Yelp $5 off offer was for the previous business. So many nail salons out there with better pedicures so it looks like we won't be back to this one.

The one thing I noticed right away was the quiet soothing music playing and no loud chatter at all going on. A very relaxing and soothing environment. It was a much needed hour of pampering my raggedy nails and a gel manicure with massage at the end that sold me this was a fantastic decision today. Very reasonably priced and I was very pleased when I left. Thank you!!

Looking closely, it also appears the dip powder may not have been fully cured or sealed properly because you can still see tiny white spots throughout the nails. I usually don't experience this with fresh sets, so I was disappointed, especially since I initially liked how they looked. I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully this helps with future services.

I booked an appointment for myself for Friday at 4:30 and my sister booked 8:30 on Saturday. i received a text from Debra on Friday late morning saying that she needed to reschedule my appointment, i replied asking her when she wanted to reschedule and gave her stipulations to my own availability. she asked if i could come in on Saturday, i replied that i couldn't because of another appointment. there was no reply from Debra, but i decided to give her a couple of days before asking again(in case of an emergency). my sister continued to receive reminder emails and texts about her appointment the next day. my sister is 6 months pregnant and drove 30+ minutes from Sacramento. when she arrived on time to her 8:30 appointment, she was told by the other ladies there that Debra no showed her 7 AM appointment and probably won't show to the 8:30. the ladies were not apologetic that my pregnant sister drove so far. they gave her Debra's number. my sister called and texted a few times and gave her 30 minutes before she ended up leaving. this is wholly unprofessional and i am embarrassed that i recommended my sister. i WILL not be rebooking, and neither will my sister.

Amazing!!! Love this place and for Rhiannon L. It's a small world I was the lady in front of you and witnessed the whole thing. First of all Tonia doesn't speak English very well and she suggested to your daughter to pick another color because the one she picked out was dry (she wasn't rude or disrespectful) and the baby who was walking around is only two year old!!! Maybe some patients would help considering you are a parent yourself . And as for nails turning yellow, never happened to me in all the time I've been going here. Danny is a really hardworking man and awesome at what he does . If I had a problem with my nails I always talk to Danny and he goes out of his way to make sure I walk out of there satisfied , even if he has to start all over again. Communication is the key, they can't read your mind but if they know your not happy they will fix it for sure. I have never seen lack of customer service THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! No where better to go to in Rocklin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!? read more

i've been going here for a couple months now and it's been such a pleasant experience every time. usually nail salons are either too expensive or rude in my experience, but they are very sweet and have reasonable prices. LoGo Nail Salon is definitely the place to go in Roseville/Rocklin!! New owners have completely rejuvenated LoGo Nails! This salon is updated and very clean. I go to Miu for my nails and Nancy for my pedicures and cannot say enough good things about them. Service is amazing .
